Name: Tiamat
Nickname: Beast, Primordial Mother, Goddess of Life and Creation, Shaper of the Gods
Gender: Female
Age: Unknown
Clan: N/A
Alignment: Chaotic Evil

Appearance

Tiamat is a divine being, capable of assuming different forms as a result of this nature. In her human-scale form, known as 'Femme Fatale', she is roughly 160cm in height. In this state, she most closely resembles a normal human being. Her skin is pale and supple, contrasting greatly against the dark color of the clothing on her body, which consists of a collared blouse and stockings which flair out into individual strips towards the thighs. Small red strings of cloth, in the shape of a repeating pattern of diamonds and pointed crests on each end, bind her arms and legs together, partially concealing her well-endowed figure. A pink tattoo glows faintly on her stomach, gently pulsing with every passing moment. Tiamat's hair is silver in color, progressively turning purple towards the ends of the strands, and is extremely long. Most of the unkempt locks flow freely down her body to her feet, with the exception of twin braids that reach her calves. The irises of Tiamat's eyes are violet, with yellow, cross-like shapes in the place of ordinary pupils. The goddess' most distinct feature is the pair of large horns that grow from behind her ears, out from each side of her temple, and spiral outward to the side of her back. Parts of her horns bear golden accents, with smaller crystalline growths of the same color around the base. Tiamat also possesses a thin, purple tail that emerges from her tailbone and stretches slightly past her feet.

Tiamat is also capable of manifesting in the form of a 'Titan'. In this state, Tiamat grows much larger, easily dwarfing objects such as skyscrapers or mountains in height. Her size is more comparable to that of the Jūbi in it's final state. Structures made from chitin now protrude from her body; two from each of her shoulder blades and lower back. The chitin from the shoulder blades take the shape of large, cleaver-like wings that grant the capability of flight, while the structures emerging from the lower back resemble half-rings with claws on each end. Tiamat's numerous, formerly free-flowing locks are now curled throughout their individual lengths, the twin braids on each side of her head being undone as a result of the horns growing slightly in size. The restraints that physically bound Tiamat's limbs are now undone, allowing for total mobility. Her eyes now bear a crimson glow, and her mouth has disappeared, with a jagged pattern across each side of her face that ripples onto the horns. Her legs no longer resemble ordinary human legs, appearing closer to large spikes, covered by the same cloth-like material that was worn in her Femme Fatale form, with spirals of chitin that loosely wrap around her thighs.

Personality

Tiamat is the very essence of primordial life. Something such as a personality cannot be gleaned from her. What she possesses is instinct; raw and unrestrained. It is unknown whether or not she initially held things such as reason and ideals, or if they were lost when her children turned on her. It can be interpreted either way, but the true reason cannot be known by anyone. Her initial purpose in life was to birth, raise, and love her children; the gods. She existed for no reason other than to foster life itself. In the moment of betrayal by her sons and daughters, she became set against them. The hubris of the gods led them down a path of separation. In the height of their arrogance, they created humans. Flawed creations, even more so than the offspring gods Tiamat had birthed. They possessed all the negative traits that had spurred the gods to rebel against their mother, but were without any of their power. These first humans joined the gods in their opposition to Tiamat, and waged war against the primordial mother. With their involvement, the conflict was no longer just about the gods believing themselves the higher beings, who had outgrown their creator, but also about the destiny of humanity. For the sake of pursuing their prosperity and development as a species, it was necessary that all humankind leave the embrace of the primordial mother. In the face of such rejection, Tiamat turned on her children, seeking to eradicate them all. The emotions driving her behaviour are quite simple; resentment and hatred at the abandonment by her children and the fulfillment of her sole purpose, and joy for being a mother, of both divinity and humanity. Tiamat's hatred and fear of her children drives her to destroy them, but her love drives her to reclaim the world, so that she may remake both it and her children in her own image.

Femme Fatale (Health: 5000 / Chakra: N/A)

The recently risen Tiamat has now manifested in the world. Standing at 160cm in height, her arms and legs are bound by golden chains, the Shackles of Eternity. A mysterious, dark substance flows from her legs, known as the Sea of Life. Whilst the Shackles of Eternity are present on her body, she is little more than the vessel from which the Sea of Life originates, and begins its spread throughout the world. Upon the destruction of the Shackles, Tiamat is capable of moving freely, now able to attack others and defend herself. Though, she will not engage others directly except in retaliation.

Titan (Health: 15000 / Chakra: N/A)

The Titan stage is the form of Tiamat adopted after taking sufficient damage in battle. When she reaches this state, she is far larger, standing at 500m tall. Through her Self-Modification, her physical characteristics have become far less human, her legs becoming chitinous structures resembling those of insects’. Large horns adorn her back, acting as wings through which she is able to take flight. She becomes more ferocious in battle, using more of her godlike abilities in order to debilitate enemies. Obtaining the Titan State grants the Monstrous Strength skill.

Background Information

Other Information

Sea of Life (F) — The Sea of Life, put simply, is the physical essence of Tiamat's power, and the base from which all of her other abilities are derived. It embodies the 'Divine Authority' she possesses, that is; total control over all of 'Life'. Similarly to how all living things possess chakra, Tiamat is filled with the essence of the Sea of Life. It is fundamentally a conceptual power, being a mass of black mud upon taking physical form. Any living organism which makes contact with the pool will be exposed to Tiamat's Authority, subject to complete and total restructuring of their being in order to suit a given purpose. It completely engulfs the target and forces physical and mental change by polluting their cellular structure, such that they can be totally converted into a slave of Tiamat's will in both mind and body. During their exposure to the mud, an 'Amino-Geis' is placed on the target, that completely binds their mind and body to Tiamat, facilitating the effect of total enslavement. The Sea of Life is automatically generated by her body, and flows forth, spreading outward and engulfing more of the landscape as it moves. The phenomenon of Tiamat's Sea of Life spreading throughout the world is known as 'Chaos Tide'.

Nega-Genesis (A) — Nega-Genesis is a skill derived from a combination of the Sea of Life and her Divine Authority, her status as the primordial goddess of life. Through her nature as an 'Earth Mother', a divinity which can be considered as the origin of all life in the world and a figure which exerts supremacy over all things they have created, she can maintain a Conceptual Bounded Field, something similar in principle to a Barrier-type Fūinjutsu. The limits of the Bounded Field are defined by the dimensions of her Sea of Life, and all that it touches, including her body. The effect exerted by Nega-Genesis is simple; the weakening of tools and techniques that are powered by chakra. Chakra is something foreign to life; it did not originally come from the life that Tiamat had birthed. Tiamat, as well as her techniques, is powered by the Sea of Life, and thus, can be considered as inherently superior to the energy known as chakra.

Vessel of Omnipotence (A) — This skill is another extension of the Nega-Genesis skill, which allows Tiamat to exert her Authority as a supreme divinity over humans even further, through methods outside of the Sea of Life. Tiamat has unique techniques which serve to debilitate opponents, be it by inflicting certain status conditions, or reversing enhancements currently affecting her enemies.

Self-Modification (F) — Through the use of the Sea of Life, Tiamat can alter the composition and structure of her own body in order to suit her needs. This skill goes far beyond the scope of something as simple as the Transformation Technique, as it involves fundamentally changing the physical structure of oneself into something completely different. Through Self-Modification, Tiamat can make alterations to her body as required, be it by generating additional appendages such as tendrils or spikes. This skill is the means by which Tiamat achieves her different forms, becoming stronger and deadlier with each transformation.

Monstrous Strength (S) — This skill is obtained by Tiamat upon transition into the Titan stage through the use of Self-Modification. Though far simpler in concept and effect when compared to her other skills, it is extremely potent. Obtaining physical strength unsurpassed by any living creature in the world, Tiamat's might cannot be equaled through any means.
