Intel: Full except Sasuke doesn't know Raikage's secret.
Conditions: This is a fully matured healthy MS Sasuke.
Restrictions: None

Scenario 2: This is Danzo fight MS Sasuke (can use up to V3 Susanoo)

It's as simple as igniting him with Amaterasu and avoiding him with his hawk summon, if even needed.

Sasuke has already kept up with Ay in cqc, and was able to defend against v2 Ay with Enton. He is definitely capable of keeping up with the Raikage's speed, if his eyes can track him, than Amaterasu is landing.

Anyway with full intel, Sasuke wins. 3rd Raikage is no faster than V1 Ay who Sasuke casually dodged and counterattacked so Sasuke does that and uses enton to light the 3rd Raikage on fire. Then as Blunt said, Sasuke rides his hawk and preps Kirin while 3rd Raikage slowly but surely burns. Eventually the 3rd Raikage will be quite weakened and Kirin should finish him off.

So Sasuke wins mid difficulty.

-What chakra shockwave? Ay had to chop off his arm and dodge amaterasu as a simple shockwave wasn't enough even though his lightning armour is stronger than 3rd Raikage due to the ability to access a much higher level of speed than his father.
-He doesn't need susanoo in this fight.

Amatersu could not even burn the samurai armor, despite having been on contact for minutes. It isn't burning nor affecting Raikage's performance, when the latter has far more durable body properties than that of a steel.

That just simply means he has other options of putting Amatersu away. It does not change the point that Amatersu isn't going to be pushed, despite a very basic Shinra Tensei accomplished it, and Raikage possessing Chakra levels of a Bijuu, which have shown comparable raw wave to push Amatersu as Shinra Tensei shown, then 3rd Raikage will accomplish the said feat.

No 3rd Raikage took damage from FRS so a weakened 3rd Raikage from a few minutes of amaterasu gets killed.

The Samurais were screaming in pain so despite the fact that the armour wasn't burnt, they felt the effects of the heat so the 3rd Raikage feels them too. Kankuro and Temari saved the Samurai a several seconds after getting hit. It's not about durability, but about the ability to fight at full performace when lit up on fire. Logically speaking, he shouldn't be at the same level of performance and even at full speed, 3rd Raikage's speed is easily avoidable.

Basic Shinra Tensei is powerful enough to push away an FRS which is far superior to lightning armour. 3rd Raikage having bijuu level chakra doesn't mean the chakra produces a force comparable to bijuu. Sakura and Tsunade have that level of chakra as well but their chakra won't push away amaterasu unlike Neji/Hiashi whose chakra will. The raiton armour's shockwave didn't prevent Sasuke from tagging Ay or Onoki from sitting on his back.

But susanoo immobilizes Sasuke and drains his chakra while weakening his eyes so I don't see how susanoo Sasuke will give a 3rd Raikage more of a challenge than a mobile Sasuke.

Everytime Sasuke evades, he can attack with enton. He can do this over and over again. Eventually Sasuke may get hit but that is disputable because third Raikage will progressively get slower as more and more enton tags his body. Though in an open field, Sasuke mid diffs this clown. Over here, it can go either way high difficulty.

I change my mind on this matchup, this location severely hinders Sasuke. I agree Amaterasu isn't going to kill the Raikage fast enough before he is hit.

Sasuke would handle him comfortably in an open area.

Samurai screaming in pain means his pain tolerance is low. Raikage isn't going to scream, because his pain tolerance is far higher than samurai. His body's properties are also more durable than samurai armor. More like minutes after being burned by Amatersu. [

Shinra Tensei itself governs over the gravitational forces, so comparing its pushes to a Chakra shock-wave is moot. Except neither Sakura or Tsunade have as much quality as the Raikage's Chakra. Ay was producing shock-waves of Raiton; and Ay inherited his Chakra from his father, thus the feat is applicable to Third Raikage as well.

once he starts using his MS techniques, his reflexes and speed drop so nukite is still landing
