A reason for me not to jump into your conclusion would be saying it is dummy attacking surrounded by enemies. According to the way Kishi writes, we would need to ally with somebody, even if for using them as pawns.

I can´t imagine him -Oro facepalmly acting- waving a gun next to (let´s say Hashirama kamikazeed on Madara, Tobirama and Minato joined, and Hiruzen was blown to pieces by some booby trap) Sasuke and Naruto, and, probably Bee +the new sannin= the Haruno girl. Uhu, well, he´ll be sealed by Naruto, cursed by Sasuke, slammed by Bee....and wept by Sakura

Well.... You know Oro likes to play dirty.... He'll find the best moment to do so.... Oro has come a long way for achieving his goals.... He won't let it skip so easily.... He'll find some way by playing dirty as usual.... =D =D

I feel the need to respond. He has a zetsu body, absorbed Kabuto's power (yet to show what exactly), needed to be sealed in the first place to be defeated. If Oro had Uchiha eye's I can help but think he'd be Edo Madara level at least, just look at his experiment Danzo.

Orochimaru already has senju dna with him taking over a leftover zetsu so if he could find Obito's sharingan lab he could grab some and bam he could gain the rinnegan but it could take a while with that method so your theory sounds about right

Checked. I ain´t saying he can´t, just that it feels overpushed (thinking of him turning evil again) because of the people surrounding him.

Agreed. It would be an excellent reason to keep on publishing the manga though!!! (I wouldn´t mind, as far as for e.g. most fans stay stayed with Goku all the way through DbZ, it could happen with Naruto. I do think viewers, fans,a re a bit more demanding these days)

totally cool but Obito dont have full rinnegan its transplant, he dont have the full power of the sharingan aka EMS something orochimaru wants a good sharingan,

Sorry for taking so long to reply, ive been on vacation this summer and havent had a chance to get to a computer. But THIS IS GENIUS. To be completely honest most of it was kind of common knowledge atlthough it would have taken a bit of reading to find absolute truth but it was very nice to see it strung together the way you did. The obito thing was a bit of a twist, personally I would think Madara's Edo would have been Orochimaru's vessel as it is immortal, has both senju and uchiha DNA, can switch between MS and Rinnegan, and would also explain why he was experimenting with kabuto in regards to madara, as they already knew how to revive him in his "prime/golden years".

One thing I would say is that Orochimaru doesnt want to be immortal, that is a common misconception. He wants to unravel the secrets of jutsu, which requiers mastering all jutsu, which takes times. And thus him needing to be immortal is merely a side effect of him wanting to master all jutsu, so i dont think him wanting to be immortal actually counts as a goal persay, could his alliance with konoha simply be a chance for him to grab madaras body?

Someone stated that taking over Obito's body is old news? Well its news to me, I like this theory its very original and has possibility.

At this point in time, Kishi has done well to make Oro's intentions a mystery, concentrating primarily on what his true intentions were in regard to attacking the Leaf Village in the first place. Other than that, Oro's true plans and intentions are muddied in mystery.

I'd honestly like to think that Obito will not be taken over, especially now that he's been defeated essentially, but I love this theory none the less.

Mmmmm...The one thing that separates Oro from Madara and Obito is the fact that he doesn't seem to give two shts about the Bijuus or world peace, and I cant see how the Moon's eye plan would appeal to him. All he cares about is becoming immortal and learning all jutsu. Oro taking over Obito's body doesn't really seem to be a threat to the world apart from him becoming an overpowered pedophile. But then again, most of his pedophile experiments were for the purpose of obtaining the perfect body, so he'll probably cut back on the pedophilia after reaching that objective. All that remains is learning jutsu and other stuff. So...whats gonna happen to the plot if a guy like that suddenly takes out Obito and becomes the strongest villian all in one fell swoop?

Plus, Oro's a slippery motherf*cker. It'd be way out of character for him to suddenly be all gung-ho and decide to take on the whole world. He's the type that'll slither into some dark, damp hole in order to continue with his perverted hobbies. Seems kinda anti-climatic.
