Theory on the next hokage

The next Hokage will be Naruto, Kishi has already started laying down the foundations for this, namely in the manga a few chapters back where Kakashi commented that Karuma sounded and acted like a captain and was happy about that. the way i see Kishi doing it is by having Karuma bringing the smarts and Naurto bringing the charisma, being the village hero etc... to make the perfect candidate for hokageship,

Thats my interpretation on the subject. Comments?

if it is kakashi it would be a dual reign of kakashi and gai, and they would leave shikaku to the paperwork stuff....if it is naruto, could be dual reign with sasuke(if he turns good), but im sure shikamaru would do all the logistical work, and have kakashi and gai and shikaku as the older advisors....
