Even though the chakra arm covered more distance than Sakura, the fact Sakura could still cover a sizable fraction of the distance that the chakra arm covered is still quite a feat. Especially when this was an exhausted base Sakura. If it wasn't for Sakura being able to run fast enough, Kakashi would never have been able to save her so it is a good speed feat because without it, Sakura would be dead.
