He did take all their chakra, and no, it wouldn't, Naruto would mid diff him if both were full power and sasky didnt have 9 bijuus waiting for sasky to take their chakra.

Do you have proof he took all their chakra? I'm pretty sure it wouldn't run out in a couple of shots. Plus the fact that he was attempting to absorb more but couldn't due to not being able to control the Rinnegan.

Actually, no. Naruto put all of that Nature Energy he had collected into his last two attacks. He commented that that amount of Nature Energy was surprisingly large, meaning it was the most he had ever amassed in the series. And he put all of that into his final attack against Sasuke. Naruto wasn't fighting for a draw, Naruto put all he had left into his final attack and gambled that it'd result in a draw.

Or nah, that was not enough lmao and even if it was, that doesn't change the fact that sasky needed all the 9 bijuu in order to compete with Naruto, not to mention Naruto only had 3 TSB.

Not enough? check above, it was the most he had ever collected since he learned Sage Mode. ¨Not enough¨ my ass. And Sasuke needed all 9 Bijuu? Uhhh, what has Naruto been using as his power source since the beginning of this war, pray tell? You Naruto supporters are quick to say ¨Bijuu power is Naruto's power¨ in one breath, then say ¨Sasuke needed the external Bijuu power¨ in the other. Naruto only had 3 TSB, and yet Sasuke never used Kagutsuchi or any other Rinnegan techs or Chidori variants. Both were nerfed until their final attacks.

Kurama says '' He is combining the split chakra into one '' which basically means that he was taking all their chakra and instead of using Gedo Mazo, he used his PS as vessel

That does not mean he used every last bit of their chakra. He only used portions.

1. He wouldn't have ran out that quick.
2. Tried to collect more, meaning the tailed beasts still had some chakra left.
3. When tailed beasts chakra is taken(a large majority), they become smaller/skinnier. The beasts came out looking perfectly normal.
