IMO, it's Itachi. Awesome intelligence, great analytical skill, ability to counter effectively, and the thing I respect about him the most is he's not too OP. He doesn't need the Rinnegan to beat people like certain characters do. I think because of his illness he's been let down, but apart from that he's awesome ^_^ Also Hiruzen has four 5s in the Databook and Itachi has five 5s so according to the Databook it's him. Please note that I'm saying Itachi simply because we haven't witnessed Hiruzen's prime, if we had I'd definitely say him, but for now I'm swaying towards Itachi.

Having a Genjutsu that can 1shot someone in 1second and is unbreakable
Having izanami that can affect a user regardless of their 5 senses.

Actually its you who are the fail, you dont seem to grasp what the thread is about. By hype hashirama should be in the poll and thats about it. Not sure why jiraiya, oro and onoki are there though
