Personally I have to go with Bardock as he is my all time favorite DBZ character.

But I also liked Goku's initial SSJ transformation, Brolly's SSJ transformation (not the USSJ the regular SSJ where he is still muscular just not over the top) and Future Gohan;s SSJ transformation after he lost his arm
