Terrain:hueco mundo(similar to chuunin exam arena)
*whitsling sound of wind as it blows almost in all directions.In the giant structure,sorta like a colloseum 2 men...well boys can be seen standing in the very center.They are barely mid range apart staring intently at each other as the wind blows their robes as if to rip em off.The collosseum contains only a few other people, who are seated on the high structure watching these 2 set pieces.They both are wearing yellow dessert robes complete with hoods.One of which, is riley....*
My name is Riley.Not Ry-lee,I've heard of similar stupid-a## names from the land of fire.Its just plain Riley. R-I-L-E-Y.I'm an 8 yr dark skinned boy .I have long braided hair, which u would've been able to see if not for this silly costume.If you want to picture how i am, just imagine the most buff well-built person you've ever seen...then multiply it by 10.Yea, thats how i see myself.Of course you might see me differently.

The place where stand i stand now is called Hueco Mund
f course that isnt its real name.We just named it that because of the darkness its walls depicted and because its floors of blood and sand.Most importantly, because its sight signalled only one thing for a shinobi: death.
In Sunagakure, a young shinobi has two different paths which his life can trail.1-The path of the ninja, 2-The path of the Espada.The espada are the strongest shinobi in the sand village and are tasked with the villages protection,however their existence is kept secret from the rest of the ninja community and only operate discretely.
In the young ages, children are studied to see if they have the potential to be great warriors.When this excellence is noticed, such a child is chosen to have the honor of training to one day be an espada.There are always 10 espada,ranked from 10-1 in order of their strength.There is also always an apprentice, who receives training and waits for such a time that an espada dies so theat he may replace him.After months or years of serious training a final tournament,kinda like the chuunin exam is held and the winner is the one in line to be an apprentice.However unlike the chuunin exams, here, you either win or you die.....

Hueco Mundo is where this tourney takes place.Out of about 30 strong kids, we 2 are the only ones left.I'm glad i've made it this far.With only a few cuts and bruises on my hands and just one slightly deep slash on my chest,thats awfully lucky.I could count at least 2 on my opponent.This should've given me a sense of relief but the fact that he wasnt even twitching with pain made me more afraid of him. I just hope he isnt as.....
ANNOUNCER: You may begin!!!
Opponent(Kray): My name is Kray...may i know what name i should carve on your tombstone???
*As he says this he unsheathes a katana with his right hand*
Riley:umm...am more of a cremation guy...coffins give me the creeps
*follows krays action and removes a katana in the same fashion*
Kray: Ahh, a joker.If you care to know the last 2 i killed were jokers too...i really enjoyed slicing them apart.I opened up their brains and tried to find what made em funny but i couldnt find anything.Maybe i'll find something in you...
Riley: O_O....ewwwww.mehhh*cough*cough* dont be telling me em nasty ish. * grabs katana with both hands* Are we doing this thing or what?!
Kray: Very well.........
*Kray immediately rushes at Riley with his katana in his right hand pointing to the ground.Riley immediately takes a small step forward with his left foot to correct his stance and waits for his opponent to reach him.
When Kray is just about short range from Riley, he swiftly pulls out one kunai with an explosive tag from his pouch with his left hand and throws it directly at Riley.
Riley's eyes widen as he sees the current situation and knows theres close to nothing that he can do.In a dire attempt to escape he flings his katana towards the kunai and leaps backwards.The katana clashes with the kunai and it explodes.eventhough Riley is able to avoid the direct blast, he is thrown backwards by the explosion and he lands a few meters away gripping his wounded chest in pain.
(riley thinking):damn!!he tricked me by making me think this was gonna be a sword fight so that he could land the first blow.*
Kray walks through the smoke as he sheathes his katana
Kray:that was just to even the odds concerning our injuries.something like an appetizer...now for the main meal!!

As kray says this he makes the Tiger → Hare → Dragon handseals
Kray:Wind Release: Flower Scattering Dance!!!
This immediately creates a cyclone of petals that attack Riley head-on.
To counter this Riley immediately sprouts a large stream of fire from his mouth incinerating the petals
Riley:Fire Release: Fire Dragon Bullet!!!
Riley then immediately follows it up by making a string of handseals and releasing a huge ball of fire moving straight towards Kray
Riley:Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
After this he keeps his eyes fixed on kray to see his reaction.
Kray's eyes widen as he sees this but he doesnt panic. He swiftly jumps into the air while blowing a stream of wind from his mouth in a direction such that he is pushed to the right and narrowly escapes the fireball.
Riley: hehehehe....
Kray: Is something funny??
Riley: yea, you are. I cant believe you've lived in this hot place for so long and you refused to learn katon first.pfft...and you called me the joker...
kray: do not insult my art!!! Shadow Clone Technique!!!
As he shouts this 1 clone appears at his side.They both make a string of handseals and release a strong gust of wind straight at Riley as they sprint towards him.
kray:Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!!!
Upon seeing this Riley immediately makes the Horse → Tiger handseals and spews a meteor sized fireball right at the two krays.
Riley: Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball
After performing this jutsu Riley drops down to one knee panting profusely.
(riley thinking)amn..pant,pant..dont think i can last any longer.*pant,pant*.i just hope i have enough chakra for this last technique

Meanwhile.........The current espada are observing the fight from the highest floor.
Espada 8: These guys are super booooring!!!why isnt there any blood yet?!
Espada 10: relax Gin, sometimes a fight is more than just inflicting pain.sometimes its about testing your limit
Espada 8: O_O, seriously, theres a difference between a fight and a ramen eating competition...dont mistake one for the other.
Espada 9: 8 has a point.The privilege of being an apprentice shouldnt be sold short.Personally i see nothing special about these 2 finalists.
Espada 8:my point exactly U_U
Espada 10: imo i think the guy using the katon shows some promise.So far he has the upper hand...and his moves are also kinda cool ^_^
Espada 6:Well, lets just watch and see what the other guy'l do now.

As Kray sees the impending doom, he resolves to do one of the strongest jutsu he knew.He disperses his clone so that more chakra would be available and Without even a second to spare, he immediately channels his futon chakra and releases a net of violent wind straight at the giant fireball.
Kray:Wind Release: Cast Net
The end result was a huge explosion of the fireball midair which created strong shockwaves that blew Kray away tumbling because of his close proximity.
Kray gains his posture and stands mid range from riley brutally bruised and holding his left arm in pain and panting heavily.
As the smoke clears kray sees a vague image Riley standing straight ahead with 2 clones by his side. He shakes his head to dispel the dizziness....
Riley: pfft...so you are capable of feeling pain after all...
Kray:*Stands straight* Its just a little bruise...thats all.Dont take me any less serious because of this scratch!!!
Riley:I like you valor,however it seems our battle has come to its end so soon.I'm sorry it has to be this way.You would've been a good comrade in battle.
Riley and his clones make the Dog → Rat → Tiger handseals.Fire Release Co-Operation Technique: Garuda
