To be completely honest I don't see how either wins or loses though i lean towards suigetsu in 2nd scenario, bones do nudda to hydrification but sword do nudda to bones only like suigetsu in the water because the form he took when tanking gyukis attack seemed pretty beef. Let me know what you think NB!

Tanking means minimal to no damage. Suigetsu was vaporized.

True that tanking definitely an overstatement but I was still impressed by his feat, even if it did wreck him hard he lived to tell the tale. I guess in the end it comes down to skill not jutsu and kimbo seems to be beyond suigetsu in terms of kenjutsu. Scenario 2 however prbs drowns him.

He could escape the drowning the same way he did the desert burial.

Suigetsu wins by attrition. Putting a blob of water on Kimi's face like he did vs Jugo is obviously pretty effective given durability is irrelevant. If Kimi decides to use Bone Forest then he loses because of his sickness/stamina.
