00 // REPERTOIRE THREADS
The most important rule regarding the Repertoire is that you own an approved character sheet, otherwise the mere existence of your repertoire is an infraction to the game. After accomplishing that step, below are general rulings that are active always unless specifically stated otherwise. Whenever you have questions pertaining to custom submission rules, refer to this post.

SUBMISSION RULES
1. Each Role-Player Can Only Submit 3 Customs Per Week.
2. Each Role-Player Cannot Submit a Parent Technique and Style Techniques in the Same Cycle.
3. Each Role-Player Cannot Submit or Upgrade Items Unless Their Weekly Participation was Deemed Proper.
4. The Only Eligible Customs a Role-Player Can Use are the Versions Sitting in the DoT Staff Member's Post.
5. The Thread's Beginning Post Serves as the Submission Area, Right Under this Section of the Rules.
6. Whenever Customs are Pended, It Means the Checker Did Not Want to Decline Nor Check to Approve.
6a. Pended Customs Do Not Count as a Submission Slot For Next Week's Submissions.

Quirk Name: Phoenix Flame
Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Level: Basic
Quirk Bonus: Grants the keyword "Bonus." Grants the keyword "Immunity." Grants the keyword "Revitalize." Grants the keyword "Absolute." Grants the keyword "Rushing Winds." Transforming into the Phoenix Form Requires 2 Support Cards are Spent, No Style Technique Required. From that turn onward, 2 Support Cards are Occupied to Maintain the Transformation. Partially transforming lowers this cost to 1 Support Card.
Description: The character has experienced a rare mutation that allows them to summon a transformation recognized as the phoenix, a mythical creature. The transformation causes the character to become this large bird clad with harmless flames. The physique is identical to the anatomy of a hawk and corporeal in nature. The most prominent ability originating from the transformation is the extraordinary healing power the character possesses

Quirk Breakdown: The transformation into a Phoenix causes the character to adopt physique identical to hawks, although scaled to be 1 meter taller than their original height recording. The character develops two wings, each one spanning three meters and allow for flight.

Bonus: Because of these wings, the character is capable of quick and unconventional maneuvers akin to avian creatures. When the character is in flight, they experience an additional 1 ”Bonus” SPM to the Movement Speed.

Immunity: Although the character possesses a corporeal body beneath the blue and yellow flames that can interact and be interacted with the ordinary five senses, the character is not governed by natural laws of reality. This state of being provides two advantages not privy to ordinary life. The strongest advantage is the ”Immunity” Keyword, which is against all Status Effects and Quirk Abilities that require the character to possess a mortal body.

Revitalize: The most prominent ability of these flames grants the character extraordinary healing power. The character's body is granted the ”Revitalize” Keyword; whenever the character takes damage, the flames adorning their body will passively mend the damage to restore lost HP. A key aspect to the flames' healing is their rejuvenating properties; whenever the character takes damage to their normal form and then transform to heal, the healing process will reinvigorate the character physically. This translates to the character receiving a boost in one Attribute, equivalent to the amount of damage healed(rounded up if decimal number) for the duration of that transformation. This effect does not occur for damage healed during a transformation has already been active, whether partially or fully.

Absolute: The healing process, alongside the Immunity perks of the Quirk, both cannot be circumvented once activated/taking place on the character through ordinary means.

Rushing Winds: Through the use of the Phoenix form's wings, whether it be a partial or complete transformation, grant the user the ability to unleash bursts of wind through flapping their wings towards a target. This does not require a Style Technique, but does require the usage of the appropriate card whether used to block or defend. The DMG magnitude and SPM of these gusts of wind conventionally depends on the user's PWR attribute.

Quirk Level is Basic: 0.5 Health Point Per Turn.
Quirk Level is Intermediate: 1.0 Health Point Per Turn.
Quirk Level is Expert: 1.5 Health Point Per Turn.

Quirk Drawback(s): The healing effects of the Quirk can be focused via harnessing the flames to a particular area of the body, potentially increasing the amount of healing that can be done. This process requires a Style Technique as well as the expenditure of a Support Card on top of the Cards needed to initiate the transformation. Naturally, because this is focused to one area, other areas that may be damaged would require the Style Technique be used again.

Type: Supplementary
Rank: E-Z
Scale: Self
Description: The character will harness the power of the Blue Flames, focusing it to a particular area of the body in order to induce a more concentrated healing effect than the passive granted by the Parent Technique.

Note: The degree of healing is dependent on the rank used, outlined in the following rubric:

Epsilon: +.5 to Healing Capacity in Parent Technique| Delta: +1 to Healing Capacity in Parent Technique | Gamma: +1.5 to Healing Capacity in Parent Technique | So On

Note: The user can focus on two limbs, the torso, or the head at any given time with each usage

Note: Requires a Support Card to be spent
