Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

Personality:

Staarkk is a kind elite shinobi from the land of the mist, he hails from no clan and considers himself a loner. Due to the loss of his brother during a top secret anbu mission back when he was older his disposition is unfriendly. He doesn't speak much to anybody and is strictly and constantly on missions. The only people he is open in conversation to are his superiors only because he is extremely loyal to Kiri.

Appearance:

He has white hair in a style similiar to Suigetsu and Mangetsu Hozuki. He wears a standard Kirigakure flak jacket with the camo sleeves on both arms and legs, and the standard Kirigakure headband. He also has a sword strapped on his back.

History:

As a child Staarkk grew up with his brother Rangeku, who was his best friend. One day on a secret anbu mission Staarkk and Rangiku invaded a rogue mist nin meeting. As they began to enter a swarm of fodder ninja attacked. Within minutes they were bested by the two brothers. As they continued to walk in the real challange approached.. The previous wielder of Samehada stood in front of them. As they drew their katanas and kunai they engaged in combat. In a matter of minutes a swarm of rogue mist ninja swarmed in and grabbed hold of them. In front of his very eyes his brother was butchered, but he was spared. The previous wielder of samehada approached him and told him "Do you hate me?" Enraged he replied "yes I will kill you". The man replies "If you truly hate me........ seek me out" Staarkk wakes up next to his brothers corpse swearing revenge on the man and seeking to strip him of his sword. (when i get 4500 posts )
