Doctor Mundo continued to look forward, until his brain finally registered that the hero may have teleported behind him. He turned around soon enough to see Don-Dadda jump forward, once again disappearing with only a blue mist like fog appearing. This angered the villain because he wanted to fight, not play cat and mouse. Stomping on the ground, which not only caused it to crack significantly but small tremors resonated outward, Mundo began to beat on his cheat. At this point, the villain was behaving on pilot mode with a programming that recalled classic kaiju related movies.

With his head cocked back, his view became that of the sky. His eyes only widen once the hero appeared once more, this time accompanied by a roller-coaster kart that was descending. Thick-headed figuratively and literally, the villain raised his hands in attempt to catch the falling kart. So much mass belonged to it, evident for when Mundo readied himself to capture the object – it immediately sent him down into the loose gravel. Weakened from his stomps, the kart was heavy enough to forcefully drive the villain into the ground. Debris rushed from the point of impact, clouding the view inside where Mundo used to be…

As the blue behemoth of a man raises his arms and ready's himself to catch the falling kart, the Don's eyes widened at a potential chance of a lifetime. With a look of determination on his face as he rapidly descends, head towards the ground, with his right elbow extended, Luscious quickly scopes the area behind the Villain just before he catches the kart, causing a cloud of debris to arise.
HERE I COME FROM ABOVE!! The Don exaggerates loudly just before entering a ripple in space leading to a smoky realm.

Another ripple would open just 3m behind Mundo, appearing mid.air releasing smoke amongst the dense shroud, as well as the Don-Dadda who exits with his falling force in order to strike the big, buff blue man in the center of his back with his previously extended elbow. Up close and personal he would then quickly proceed to lower his right forearm, grabbing into the back of Mundo, as he then pulls himself in a little closer delivering a left knee, followed by two alternating hand jabs, before ending the onslaught by kicking off the back of the beastly man with both feet sending the Don off backwards. While he delivered the speedy combo amidst the shroud, all possible due to his uncanny awareness given to him by his quirk, the Don-Dadda exchanged a few words with his opponent as he couldn't help but feel enraged at the behemoth's previous onslaught of civilians.

THIS IS FOR ALL THE PEOPLE YOU KILLED FOR NO, GOD-DAMN, REASON!! ARE YOU ENTERTAINED!?

While going backwards he would enter another ripple, exiting yet another by hoping out, putting himself outside of the shroud in front of the direction of where Mundo was originally facing. The Don takes a few exaggerated breathes before catching himself, standing ready, and a little more confident.

Description: The power manifested allows the character to teleport themselves and items on their possession. This teleportation ability involves the character to displace themselves into an altered dimension filled with this toxic smoke inhabiting the realm, traveling through it, and then returning to their own dimension at a certain distance from their point of departure. The character is unaware of the dimension they travel due to the instant speed of which the process occurs. This is possible due to the character's spatial awareness allowing them to subconsciously guide themselves through the dimension via their natural direction-finding sense.

Quirk Breakdown & Drawback(s):

The entire process to the teleportation can only be triggered mentally, despite the overall ability needing physical movement to properly utilize. Because the character needs to mentally will themselves teleporting from one location to the another, the Intelligent Attribute determines the overall range the character can comfortably teleport to via Instant Transmission Quirk. There are ranges the character can reach, however that places a mental fatigue on the character. Below is an excerpt explaining this relation:

Teleportation Cannot be Performed if the Intelligent Attribute is Reduced or Below Three [3] Points.​
Each One [1] Point in the Intelligent Attribute Means the Character Can Comfortably Teleport a Distance of Two [2] Meters Diameter.​
Each Teleport Over a Distance Outside the Current Benchmark Discussed Above Reduces the Intelligent Attribute by One [1] Point.​

The character retains the conscious ability to determine their point of return, possessing an uncanny spatial awareness that allows them to track their movements instinctively and with greater precision than the average person. This uncanny awareness is the reason the character is granted the Sixth Sense Bonus Trait, allowing them remain aware of the environment ( five meters in diameter ) without the need of the traditional senses. Even more impressive, the character never needs to track themselves in any situation due to their abnormal awareness.

Due to the nature of Instant Transmission, the character may teleport inside any sort of target ( although Spawning Rules must be adhered ) which will cause an automatic displacement upon arrival. Despite this ability, there is an extremely danger circumstance when the character teleports within solid targets because of its state of matter. The character is unable to displace solids, therefore doing so ends in immediate fatal condition ( the health points are reduced to zero ). Safety precaution while using this Quirk requires that the character teleport to locations in line of sight or the layout is completely known.

Whenever the character teleports via Instant Transmission, the character is jumping through this ripple that appears instantly. In that moment, the toxic smoke that inhabit that other dimension manages to escape and resembles the smoke of coals being burnt. It is because of this dimension atmosphere escaping into the real world, the teleportation is accompanied by a muffled sound or imploding air rushing to fill a vacuum. This sound also occurs whenever the character re-enters the realm. There are adverse effects for the character utilizing this Quirk due to the toxic environment:

Toxic Smoke Inhale
Each Teleport Causes the Character to Inhale the Toxic Smoke which Causes Adverse Effects to Trigger.​
After Three Teleports of Inhaling the Toxic Smoke, Any Regenerative Perk the Character Possess For Stamina Points will be Nullified.​
After Three Teleports of Inhaling the Toxic Smoke, the Character Experiences an Additional Two [2] Points in Stamina Reduction.​

Deactivating her quirk, Nejire landed on he ground. Someone had engaged Mundo but there were still some civilians around the area that needed to be removed. Collecting them all and leading the group to the nearest exit, Nejire ushered them out of the danger zone.

Spending 3 support Cards to save civilians removing 3 points from Alpha.

BACKGROUND
Frantically searching through the office, Doctor Mundo moved with haste fueled by terror. Every ounce energy, throughout his lifetime, was guided into fulfilling his desire. This resulted in the doctor abandoning all interest in the world aside from his studies, his work. And for what? For the government to swoop in and deem him a criminal for trespassing their stupid regulations? Who declared Quirk Genetic manipulation as taboo? Who had the rights to govern such act? The state were not gods or rulers over the Quirk Phenomenon. Doctor Mundo took such spiteful act as means to control who could evolve – dictated which species could die off.

Frantically searching through the office, Doctor Mundo had recently discovered a breakthrough to his experiments. The ability to transfer Quirk Factors. Such an unfathomable concept, the doctor managed to develop an equation that led to the creation of a serum. Although incomplete, time was scarce since the federal police currently approaching his office. The doctor gained the resolve to throw caution to the wind, otherwise he would be locked away forever. The government now viewed him as a threat, someone no different than a villain.


The debris became still as it consumed the vicinity of the crash. The area became eerily silent since the last citizens in danger had evacuated. Only a moment of silence occurred, interrupted by the noise of metal scraping against the pavement. Mundo was slowly, but surely, lifting the roller coast cart that been dropped on him. The muscles in his arms were extremely durable and strong, allowing the behemoth to toss the cart once his arms were fully extended. Unintentionally, although favorably, the cart’s trajectory would clash into Nejire. Standing up afterward, it appeared as if Mundo only suffered minor injuries.

“PUNY HUMAN!!! HAHAAH!”

Mundo would then draw his arms backwards before performing a massive clap. This clap carried so much force and momentum that the air pressurized and snapped quickly, releasing a shockwave tangible enough to travel forward.

Amidst the momentary silence, the Don-Dadda swiftly looks around and notices the area that was once occupied, now cleared of civilians, leading the hero to believe that there may be other heroes in the area. Nice... Lush whispers to himself just before his opponent rises from his downed state. The Don would then scoff in response to the beastly man's taunt, as well as the sight of him barely being injured. The blue villain would then perform a massive clap that sends forwards a shockwave formed from pure strength, causing the Don's eyes to widen as he stands facing the attack.

Leaping backwards 1m, a ripple in space would open up allowing the Don to enter before it closes shut right after him as the shockwave passes over his previous location. An identical ripple would then opens just 3m before Mundo accompanied with a low vacuum like sound, the Don exits the ripple dashing forwards at his target at full speeds. Now within close range of the blue tyrant, coming in towards his right leg, the Don-Dadda breaks his forwards sprint into a rightward body pivot that allows the hero to perform a sidekick with his left leg, impacting the behemoth's shin, stopping his momentum.

WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE FOR THIS!? The Don shouts while using his left leg to push off of the beast, the hero would then center his body by bringing his torso back to the left before jumping backwards into another ripple in space. The Don-Dadda then exits another ripple 10m behind Mundo, taking on a defensive stance.

The mind of Mundo began to dull a considerable amount due the adverse effects of the imperfect implant. The Quirk Factor he rushed to donate to himself was done in poor fashion, which worsen the ordeal considering the transplanting process was already in its experimental phase. When the hero began shouting, the doctor could not help but continue his laughter as his mind was slowly eroding. Much like a broken record, Mundo could only muster simple noises and shouts despite no longer being able to understand them when issued his way. Once Don-Dadda teleported in front of Mundo, the behemoth locked his eyes on him and attempted to swat the little human.

Nejire took the damage, while looking away, feeling several ribs crack under the weight of the blow. She thought it would be better to try and help the citizens escape but something snapped in the back of Nejire's mind, the fact that this dangerous beast needed to be put down. Using the quirk from her feet, Nejire would fly towards Mundo, keeping 6 meters from him, while 3 meters off the ground. A fierce determined look in her eyes, Nejire wanted to finish this quickly.

Raising her hands, she managed to push as much power as she could spare into her hand, firing off an enourmous beam of circular energy at Mundo, angled down towards him. The beam itself was 56m wide, 56m high and 57m long, pretty much obliterating everything in front of Nejire. She had aimed it at an angle so that it would push Mundo down into the ground, to the best of her ability to avoid any casualties and damage around her. The roar of the beam was that of a dragon, its golden hue illuminating the fierce blue warrior as she had blood coming from her mouth with nothing and no remorse in her eyes. Mundo had killed innocent people, and in effect, his attack on her caused her to defend herself. At least that how she was justifying it in her own head.

Description: This grants the user the ability to convert their own vitality into pure energy, which are released from the hands and/or feet as spiraling shockwaves. The most prominent characteristic of the waves, aside from their spiral formation, is that this energy is unlike any other type. Since Wave Motion requires that the user spend their own vitality, every technique cannot damage until vitality [ Stamina Points ] are exchanged for damage output. This exchange replaces the Standard Stamina Pool Reduction Rates discussed for Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions.

Quirk Breakdown:

The exchange rate, at basic control, is whenever the character spends Five [5] Stamina Points it will convert to One [1] Bonus Damage. The more vitality the user pours into the shockwaves, the stronger it becomes. A shockwave possessing One [1] Bonus Damage will form with a dimension of Eight [8] Meters Total ( Three [3] Meters in Length | Three [3] Meters in Width | Two [2] Meters in Height ). For Each Bonus Damage poured into the shockwave afterwards, it will increase in Dimensions for the Length, Width, and Height by Two [2] Meters.

Since the quirk only functions if the user is convering their vitality, they have developed a resistance to losing their vitality. Any status effects that would negatively inflict the Health Points | Stamina Pool losses potency. Whenever a status effect is inflicted upon the character, their recovery rate will determine when they are alleviated of the effects. Adverse effects that directly lower the Health Points and/or Stamina Points will be immediately halved.

Quirk Drawback(s):

Because the shockwaves naturally travel in spiral formation, it hinders its velocity regardless of the amount of vitality poured into them. All techniques that features the shockwaves being released as projectiles are inherently 1 SPM Slower. Interestingly enough, the power behind the shockwaves are capable of granting the user an additional Bonus 0.5 SPM in movement speed.

Whenever pouring vitality into the attack, the character can decide the amount of Stamina they want to exchange for damage. Spending too much Stamina at once can cause a massive strain on the physical body which occurs in direct Health Point reduction. Whenever the character spends a Set of Thirty [30] Stamina Points at once, the Health Pool is reduced by One Point and that reduction is irreversible. Spending Cards to use Wave Motion Related Style Technique or Free-Form Actions will not drain Stamina.

Exiting through the ripple in space after dodging the powerful shockwave from his foe, the Don-Dadda would find himself 3m away from the enlarged, blue beast directly in front of him, where he then attempts to close the gap. The behemoth would try to swat the hero like a bug who responds by using his slightly more advanced speeds to leap forwards into a tuck and roll right before impact, allowing the provisional hero to dodge by normal means, while rolling between the legs of the muscular smurf who may not be able to even touch his own toes.

This puts the Don in a position directly behind the beast, their backs facing each other, and once there he sees a woman nearby floating mid.air cultivating a form of energy within her hand prompting the hero to dodge once more, once the beam of energy was fired after Mundo. This time the hero leaps into a ripple in space that opens before him, and as the beam is being fired another ripple would open at a location behind Nejire, but lower, just above the ground.

Once out of harms reach, he talks to the girl whose 3m above the ground, just 3m before him. Thank you sweetheart....... I thought I was gonna die here alone. You not only saved the remaining civilians that I missed, but also me as well. I respect that! The new hero says while breathing heavily, now that he was reached the halfway point within his stamina levels.

Description: The power manifested allows the character to teleport themselves and items on their possession. This teleportation ability involves the character to displace themselves into an altered dimension filled with this toxic smoke inhabiting the realm, traveling through it, and then returning to their own dimension at a certain distance from their point of departure. The character is unaware of the dimension they travel due to the instant speed of which the process occurs. This is possible due to the character's spatial awareness allowing them to subconsciously guide themselves through the dimension via their natural direction-finding sense.

Quirk Breakdown & Drawback(s):

The entire process to the teleportation can only be triggered mentally, despite the overall ability needing physical movement to properly utilize. Because the character needs to mentally will themselves teleporting from one location to the another, the Intelligent Attribute determines the overall range the character can comfortably teleport to via Instant Transmission Quirk. There are ranges the character can reach, however that places a mental fatigue on the character. Below is an excerpt explaining this relation:

Each One [1] Point in the Intelligent Attribute Means the Character Can Comfortably Teleport a Distance of Two [2] Meters Diameter.​
Each Teleport Over a Distance Outside the Current Benchmark Discussed Above Reduces the Intelligent Attribute by One [1] Point.​

The character retains the conscious ability to determine their point of return, possessing an uncanny spatial awareness that allows them to track their movements instinctively and with greater precision than the average person. This uncanny awareness is the reason the character is granted the Sixth Sense Bonus Trait, allowing them remain aware of the environment ( five meters in diameter ) without the need of the traditional senses. Even more impressive, the character never needs to track themselves in any situation due to their abnormal awareness.

Due to the nature of Instant Transmission, the character may teleport inside any sort of target ( although Spawning Rules must be adhered ) which will cause an automatic displacement upon arrival. Despite this ability, there is an extremely danger circumstance when the character teleports within solid targets because of its state of matter. The character is unable to displace solids, therefore doing so ends in immediate fatal condition ( the health points are reduced to zero ). Safety precaution while using this Quirk requires that the character teleport to locations in line of sight or the layout is completely known.

Whenever the character teleports via Instant Transmission, the character is jumping through this ripple that appears instantly. In that moment, the toxic smoke that inhabit that other dimension manages to escape and resembles the smoke of coals being burnt. It is because of this dimension atmosphere escaping into the real world, the teleportation is accompanied by a muffled sound or imploding air rushing to fill a vacuum. This sound also occurs whenever the character re-enters the realm. There are adverse effects for the character utilizing this Quirk due to the toxic environment:

Toxic Smoke Inhale
Each Teleport Causes the Character to Inhale the Toxic Smoke which Causes Adverse Effects to Trigger.​
After Three Teleports of Inhaling the Toxic Smoke, Any Regenerative Perk the Character Possess For Stamina Points will be Nullified.​
After Three Teleports of Inhaling the Toxic Smoke, the Character Experiences an Additional Two [2] Points in Stamina Reduction.​

The other hero the was fighting called out to Nejire, and thanked her for helping out. Truthfully he was the one that helped her, delaying Mundo so that civillians could escape and Nejire could then turn to fight.

Youve done amazing to be fighting him on your own. He sure is a beast of a villain!

With the massive blast from her hands, Nejire had caused a huge hole in the park that now looked like a crater more than anything. She had done a lot of property damage but with quirks, property damage was almost cosmetic with people able to use their abilities in the industry to fix and restore damage done by Villains. She was panting fron the exhaustion that the strain placed on her body from the use of her quirk, but this is what she had been training for and to finally let loose felt good. She could put into practice what she had studied and been hyping hermself up for. She always wondered how she would handle a real crisis and now Nejire knew that when the chips were down, she would turn it all on and give everything 100%.

Looking towards Mundo, the blue skinned villain looked a bit roughed up with his huge muscular form bulging at the seems. This whole fiasco had carried on for a while now and Nejire wondered how much longer he could last. She wondered if he had even considered an escape plan. If she could play into his fears, she might be able to get him to turn himself in. She coupd bluff that the next attack would end his whole career right here and now before the police arrive.

Hey Villain! Look around you, there no one else here for you to hurt, its just you and us. If you stop now we can end it right here and you can be taken away safely. Youve attacked myself, the other hero here, and killed civillians. I dont think anyone would mind if we took you out permanently, but Im going to give you one chance to surrender before I shoot again, this time double the heat!

It was a gamble to get Villaim to consider his options, but Nejire wanted to end it right now.




Attempting MegaMove:
Playing into the fact that Mundo has spent a lot of stamina, there are no civilians for him to kill and the huge attack Nejire has just unleashed, she is attempting to get Mundo to stop all activity to be arrested.

Doctor Mundo failed to swat the puny hero and once again began looking for his opponent. The villain’s attention would be captured once he laid sights on someone else. A female levitating from this blue, light. Blue in the color, the light really captivated the behemoth. The only thing that would snatch Mundo from starting at the woman’s blue light was the bigger blue light. A massive spiral of energy was rushing towards the villain, but his diminished mental faculties did not suggest dodging. The behemoth felt obligated to his pride to embrace the spiral of light, believing he could swat it away like any other problem.

Doctor Mundo would tense his muscles all throughout his body, believing that he could endure the impact with ease. Upon collision, the blast began to tear away at his might. It caused the beast to roar in pain, a sensation developed from actual physical pain and excitement. The blue behemoth versus the blue energy, both gained traction at pushing the other to the side. It caused massive damage to the environment around, but Mundo cared none for it. Perhaps the toughness obstacle he faced since granting himself this Quirk, the scientist refused to lose.

Thus, Doctor Mundo pushed forward. He tensed his moves so much that they began to tear. Possessing enough might, Mundo would gain the upper hand in the collision and begin to condense the blast with his bare hands. Although it possessed enough might to strip the behemoth of its massive durability, the villain can condense it to the point that the spiral would lose its integrity and shatter. Many particles of blue light floated around the environment as Doctor Mundo was forced into paralysis, simply because of fatigue. Some damage was sustained, but for the most part the scientist was worn out. He simply stood there, barely breathing as even that too much effort.

Nejire watched as the beam was fired off and collided with Mundo, she had put a majority of her energy into this attack, but didnt want to show it. She was hoping that it would at least cause severe damage to him, and although there was barely any scratches on him, it looked like it had taken a massive toll on him. Internally, Nejire knew that it was probably not the best decision to use a majority of her power without testing the waters of her opponents quirk ability, but at least thankfully this time she still had successfully made a push back on Mundo. Nejire's goal wasn't to kill Mundo, but to at least protect the civilians first. That goal had been achieved, and now she only needed to wait for everyone else to help restrain Mundo.

Mundo! One last chance for you to surrender peacefully! I do not want to have to attack you again! You have attacked Heroes, killed civilians and caused destruction in a public area!

Nejire was hoping that some sane cells were left within Mundo's body as least some that had some instincts for self preservation. There had to be something within Mundo hopefully that would have some sanity, and understand that Nejire didnt want to hurt him but she would if she had to. It was now up to him.

The Don-Dadda sat back watching in amazement as Mundo pushed forward against his fellow hero's attack. Although the provisional hero saw Mundo as his enemy, he couldn't help but respect his last effort ditch to survive, seeing the behemoth's muscles tensed so much that they began to tear apart. As the Doctor gained the upper hand in the collision, and begin to condense the blast with his bare hands, the Don's mouth widened along with his stance as he stood ready, just incase the fight wasn't over. The villain condensed the blue energy to the point that the spiral would lose its integrity and shatter into numerous particles of blue light that filled the air, floating around the environment like butterflies fluttering within the wind.

This is what you truly call, beauty, and the beast..... The Don-Dadda says as he walks casually into short range of the blue Demon, without a drop of fear in his body.

The damaged sustained from containing Nejire's attack was barely evident, meaning the beastly man wasn't beaten due to damage taken, but as the Don got closer, realized that the man was simply, just exhausted.

Facing off with the Blue Demon, only mere meters away, the Don extended his right arm forwards, making a fist that he pressed against the body of the beast as he uttered some words to his opponent.

Don't worry buddy, where you're going, you'll have ample amounts of rest...............
