No it wont,
frog call is just a physical paralysis, unlike White Rage that stimulates you mentally as well to an extent where you cant maintain things like susanoo

Jiraiya can counter amaterasu since he, Ma, and Pa have sage sensing. Ma can put up her fuuton dust cloud to break Sasuke's line of sight, giving them time to escape since Sasuke won't know where to cast it. Or Jiraiya can use Needle Jizō to block the flames, then Senpō: Kebari Senbon to remove the flames.

Lol, white rage doesn't do anything to you mentally. It's all physical. Frog Call just isn't as intense.
