Welcome to the battle portion of the Skills Test, otherwise known as the Test of Might. In this section, you will engage in a short one-on-one battle against myself, the proctor, and are tasked with displaying your strength and skills. You have full access to all the fields and abilities of the bio you choose to use for this battle, including customs, as will the proctor. Thank you for proctoring my skills test. I will be using my Kiana Otsutsuki biography. I just realized that I forgot to add my seals into the last update, so this shall be fun.

As his opponent steps up, Vic would be quick to launch an attack in unison with his Goomoonryong tool. Performing two hand seals, Vic would cause an abundance of magnesium dust to rise just outside of short range all around Kiana, with the dust swiftly forming into a raging tornado with tremendous vertical reach. The magnesium would be empowered by Dalmascan Refinery (Stardust II & Brokenshard) and DragonFang (located around Vic's waists in whip form), with the former making the magnesium blade-like in shape and highly reactive to ignition sources, while the latter simply added to the overall strength of the attack. Goomoonryong, on the other end of things, would have controlled the Incineration Cannons tool on Vic's chest to release a blast of fire towards Kiana's direction and subsequently the tornado. The result of the fire blast, despite it's own modest strength, would be an explosive reaction that should lead to trapping Kiana in a fiery tornado of magnesium.

[Magnisuton: Behemoth's Doki] - Magnesium Dust Release: Behemoth's Wrath

Description: The user performs two handseals, causing an abundance of Magnesium dust to rise from the ground beneath and around the opponent(s). The Magnesium dust quickly forms into a raging tornado. Matter caught within the Tornado is ravaged and sliced by the miniscule particles of Magnesium that swirls within. Should the opponent not defend, they would be torn to pieces within a matter of moments. The size of the Tornado is capable of being up to a scale in which it would be capable of completely consuming large constructs such as Great Stone Golem.

Dragon Fang
Dragon Fang is a Dragon Blade that can take any other held weapon form and can boost an element it is applied to by +25 and can seal any Jutsu up to S rank without chakra cost by the user as long as the technique uses less than 60 chakra. Does not count as a Custom Weapon.
(Magunisuton: Darumasukan Seiyusho) | Magnesium Release: Dalmascan Refinery

Description: Dalmascan Refinery is a technique that allows the user to apply a general alteration the size, shape and alignment of Magnesium grain particles to achieve a variety of different effects.

Stardust: This alteration will have the user produce tinier than normal magnesium particles. Despite this the size of the magnesium technique will be maintained as more magnesium particles will be produced to compensate for the smaller grain size. Smaller grain size will result in a larger surface area that will ultimately culminate in greater reactivity. Ultimately, when ignited the intensity at which magnesium burns will be greatly increased, granting it a +20 damage boost for this period of time, similarly magnesium can be funnelled into an ignition source, such as fire or lightning to grant the boost to the combo or desired technique.

Stardust II: This alteration follows the same principle of Stardust, the difference here however is that the produced particles are even tinier. The result is a dangerously high surface area which will result in magnesium techniques that are exposed to an ignition source not simply igniting, but rather exploding. This phenomenon is similar to the real life event of dust explosions.

Chrysthaneum: This alteration affects the alignment of magnesium particles. Normally particles would remain stagnant - that is they would follow the movement of the greater whole with little deviation. Under the influence of Chrysthaneum however produced magnesium particles will spiral and grind against each other, producing friction, heat, and sparks that will result in the self-ignition of magnesium techniques.

Jigsaw: This alteration also affects the alignment of magnesium particles, and juxtaposes the effects of Chrysthaneum. Normally magnesium particles are of non-uniform shapes and sizes, Jigsaw however will produce magnesium particles that perfectly align with one another. The result will be particles that can interlock for greater stability and strength, which will greatly increases the strength of compact magnesium techniques. Compact magnesium techniques will gain a +20 damage boost, or rank increase, under the effects of Jigsaw. Magnesium techniques under Jigsaw, due to the greatly reduced surface area, become far less reactive and can no longer ignite.

Brokenshard: This alteration affects the shape of magnesium particles. Normally magnesium particles will be random in shape, under the effects of Brokenshard however the shape of magnesium particles will be altered to emphasise piercing and slicing qualities. Produced magnesium particles will be needle or blade like in shape, resulting in magnesium techniques that are jagged and razor sharp, greatly increasing destructive power. Under the influence of Brokenshard Magnesium technique will gain a +20 damage boost, and non-offensive magnesium technique will gain offensive properties equal to their rank/defensive power.

Brightsteel: This alteration affects how magnesium particles are visually perceived. Normally magnesium will appear as a standard silvery metal. Under the effects of Brightsteel however each magnesium particle will be magnificently polished and its reflectivity will be further increased through the user of chakra. As a result Brightsteel magnesium will reflect light to such an extent that it will appear blindingly bright, similar to the Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation, temporarily blinding the opponent for as long as they look at the technique directly.

Notes:
Logically not every particle is perfectly controlled and tailored, however enough is done to achieve a uniform and desired effect.
This technique can be used twice, last four turns each time and has a cooldown of two turns. On account of its nature, being that it has no independent uses, it can be activated instantly and in the same timeframe as another technique.
The user can apply up to two alterations at any one time, however Chrysthaneum is incompatible with Jigsaw. The user can also choose to not apply any alterations to a utilised magnesium technique.
When this technique ends, the user will be incapable of utilising B ranked or above magnesium techniques for two turns.
(Shōkyaku-hō) Incineration Cannons

Description: This is an advanced technology based on nano bots flowing through the users body, connected to all their technology. These nanobots will rapidly move, binding together to form cannons/lasers etc from the users body in a various array depending on the users need. What's unique about this is rather that use the users chakra, it will activate off signals the user sends through their technology for form this weaponry. From here it will uses the batteries charged within the nanobots to activate. Alternatively they can use the energy that has been absorbed through other technology such as the chakra absorption arm. From here these cannons can use the mechanics of technology to fire an assortment of ranged attacks.

Lightning: The batteries or chakra will be used to fuel the mechanics that the nanobots form to create a mini turbine that will generate static electricity that is then fired from the cannon/cannon's formed on the users body. This can be released as large burst or focused beam, depending on how the cannon was originally formed.

Fire: The nanobots will form a scaled down version of a jet engine, using the chakra/batteries to create bursts of fire which can be fired in a focused beam or in a large blast. This can be used for offensive reasons or even used as a means to propel the user.

Batteries: This betters hold energy in each nano bot which when used would be the equivalent of 40 chakra points. What this means is the batteries in the nano bots will only be able to fire one S rank in total or 2 B ranks for example. After this these bots will be drained until the user uses other technology to recharge them for this. Alternatively the user can passively recharge them by fuelling 40 chakra into them himself.

Note: None of these blasts contain chakra as advanced technology is used to create the effects. The chakra is only used to fuel the device.

(Goomoonryong) - Nine Arts Dragon (Ref)

Description: Goomoonryong is a highly adaptive nanobot suit equipped with a powerful A.I, that is engineered towards Chun-Woo's physical combat inclination. The suit merges with Chun's body, seamlessly integrating with the user and forming a neural link with the user's body, mind, and any tools that are applied present on it. The A.I would become capable of controlling said tools on it's own accord, utilising it's algorithm and neural link with Chun to determine if it's usage is needed. If the user were to have cybernetic enhancements upon their limbs, the A.I could control said limb, utilising close quarter combats based technique through them while siphoning chakra from the user's own body through the neural link to accomplish said techniques. The siphoned chakra would not interfere with Chun's own chakra control, as the neural link between the A.I and Chun enables this siphoning to be treated as a natural passive occurrence, similar to walking on water and tree climbing. Naturally, while the siphoning is passive, the techniques utilise would still takes up a move slot. Goomoonryong's second ability stems from the nanobot component, allowing the suit to expand beyond Chun's body and assimilate tools/weapons. The ability allows the user to store tool and weapons in a layer of nanobots, granting the A.I the ability to use said tools on it's own accord. (following the tools own restrictions) Whereas the ability of utilising the weapons from the user's body is granted, allowing the user to wield multiple weapons with ease, enabling kenjutsu techniques for instance from the user's body, via swinging their arm for example. The nanobots can be used to form an exoskeleton that can reach up to ten meters range, increasing the user's striking distance, costing a move slot to expand. (30 chakra) The exoskeleton can be decreased to lower sizes, passively, for a cost of 10 chakra. The assimilation ability can be used passively for the user's tools/weapons(up to 4), with the A.I siphoning 20 chakra to do so. Goomoonryong does not affect the damage of techniques utilised through it, but it does carry it's own durability of 80 DMG, where higher damage destroys Goomoonryong. Can be repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, at a cost of a move.

One could say fate brought Kiana to this plain field, standing across her opponent with her white eyes always active due to her powerful bloodline that didn't require a needlesly long sequence of handseals unlike those cursed Hyuga. "Tsk. Inferior creatures." she thought to herself and would probably draw some mucus from her nose to spit it on the ground if she wasn't a lady, but she abstained from that thought. That would be beneath her. She saw the man standing there and she gave him a detailed inspection to assess as much information as possible before the inevitable ruckus started. From the first glance, Kiana could tell that something was completely amiss about him. You see, her eyes gave her the gift to see chakra and it's pathways in a body, but this person seemed to be different. She saw chakra pathways like these before, back during the Shinobi war but only in injured folks. Those that sustained a lot of damage, with their limbs amputated and body parts blown away by relentless opponents. Due to her medical knowledge she aided in countless operations of restoring those pathways but this guy wasn't like that. Just from looking at him, Kiana could tell that his chakra pathways weren't complete, with dark patches across his whole body, parts where chakra didn't flow, or at least it didn't look like it. But looking at him otherwise, he seemed like just your aberager everyday Bob. She would have to be careful in proceeding further as she wasn't familiar with what this discovery might bring.

Two handseals later and the opponent signaled the start of his offense as a mechanical coil whine followed his actions, without saying much of a mum himself. "Perhaps he was mute? Or molested as a child?" Kiana thought to herself, yet again. He was handsome though. She wouldn't mind getting intimate at some point, truth be told, if he survived long enough. That coil whine caught her attention but it was very subtle, barely noticeable. Yet, she picked it up but didn't give it too much thought as she had to defend against the imminent danger. After those two handseals, the battlefield around her shone with chakra as from the ground, what looked like dust and sand particles, started rising up and swirling in a short range around her. Those particles had a dangerous shimmer of their own, signaling their sharpness, something Kiana was absolutely unfamiliar with, yet knew she had to nullify if she wanted to see another day and maybe a piece of handsome over there. The congregation of chakra around her was massive which prompted her to respond the same way because of the unknown. Desperate times call for desperate measures and this looked like one. This guy was obviously going for the kill from the get go, without holding any reservations. To exert her dominance she metaphorically reached into her pocket and brought out the biggest gun she had. By spilling her unique purple star chakra around her in a vortex of her own, spinning in the opposite direction of the vortex of sand that started forming around her, she overpowered the vortex during its infant stage, by the sheer force at which her star chakra spun around her, nullifying its attempt rising upwards and engulfing her. Her own vortex rose up quickly into the air in the form of a thin dragon with a sharp set of teeth and wings as its gaping jaw looked for blood, albeit weakened slightly to 120 damage from the opposing vortex of dust. Passively and immediately the dragon lifted Kiana from the ground, howering her few feet above it while simultaneously diving its head towards the opponent in an arc and from his left side, aimed to smack into the opponent and to swipe him off his feet, without a holdup after its creation and in a swift and quick sequence. This whole ordeal from the formation of her dragon to his dive didn't take more than a few seconds at best due to her extensive training and mastery of her star chakra abilities. Furthermore, as the dragons head dived onto the opponent, Kiana performed a handseal of her own, placing a dormant illusion onto her opponent where he would suffer from a neurological condition called dysgraphia. It was a condition that made the mute also illiterate. If he went for a response that required handseals within the next two turns, that technique would fail. Likewise, no seals could be utilized due to the illusion. If the opponent had an array of seals placed on his body, he might not know how to read and activate its sealing formulae properly and there was a chance of utilizing the wrong seal in a given situation, resulting in his untimely demise.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

Description: The user will channel their star chakra and have it completely envelop them in a dark purple aura and shoot up into the sky. The chakra will form a serpentine like dragon and wrap its lower body around the user. Upon being created, the user can passively control the dragon to have it dive and attack or release powerful blasts of star chakra equivalent to A-rank (once per turn). The user may also chose to have the dragon grow wings to elevate the both of them, however they can only fly as fast as their current speed. Due to the use of all the user's star chakra, the user cannot use any other Mysterious Peacock technique while this is in play. The dragon may remain on the field a total of 4 turns and doesn't require the user to have previously activated the Mysterious Peacock Method. However once this technique ends, the user's body will have sustained so much damage that they will only be able to use the Mysterious Peacock Method once afterwards (if possible) and for a total of 4 turns instead of five.
Note: If the user was using their Mysterious Peacock Method technique when using this, they will collapse unable to use above A rank techniques for 3 turns. This technique can only be used once per battle.

Description: The user performs a single handseal and places a genjutsu upon the opponent. The genjutsu consists of tricking the opponents brain into suffering from Dysgraphia. Dysgraphia is a neurological deficiency that impairs the ability to write, same as basic motor skills. The inability to write is also referred to as Agraphia, which is a complete loss of ability to write and spell when writing. Also, persons with agraphia can't transform graphemes in written language. The impairment of motoric skills manifests in the inability of the victim to perform handseals properly, confusing them and not being able to place his hands correctly, which results in not being able to successfully mold chakra for the upcoming jutsu. The purpose of the genjutsu is to make the opponent unable to write seals for sealing techniques as well as other techniques that require seals and symbols to be written on scrolls in order to be performed, same as performing handseals for techniques that require them. With the inability to write proper seals, same as performing correct handseals, the opponent's attempt to perform such techniques would result in a fail. The genjutsu lasts for 2 turns, unless the opponent frees himself by then. The opponent is still, however, capable of performing techniques that don't require handseals, and those that don't require writing seals in general.

Seeing the purple dragon counter his attack, Vic would be glad that the woman could produce such power, cracking a small smile. Victor would maintain eye contact whilst smiling, welcoming the woman's challenge. Just before the dragon was in striking distance, Vic would look away, tilting his head sidewards and having Goomoonryong utilise his eyes to absorb the chakra from the dragon before contact is made, rendering Kiana's attack obsolete. The absorption of the dragon would trigger NGP via Vic's Omega Effect tool, allowing Vic's unique laser ability to now appear throughout the entirety of his body, enabling future CQC strikes to be very 'persistent'. Naturally, own course of action would be a CQC attack, albeit from a range. Vic would manipulate hydraulics in his arms to produce a chain of fast moving punches that would cover the distance between himself and Kiana in quick fashion, attempting to pummel the woman. The aforementioned NGP would take effect in these strikes, making healing from them if they were successful extremely difficult.

In tandem with this, due to the nature of Goomoonryong and his Cybernetic attack, Vic would be free to use his own chakra system to release a thin mist of his own in the terrain. The mist would remain dormant unless Kiana chose to use a chakra based technique. In regards to the illusion, Vic would be made aware of it through the variety of tool in his possession, but he simply chose to ignore it for the moment as it didn't seem to interfere with his current course of action.

However, the artificial eyes don't have an unlimited capacity and can be overwhelmed by a person of massive chakra supply. When absorbing techniques, the user can only absorb things within short range and, more specifically, near contact with him. Each eye has the capacity to absorb up to 100 chakra before needing to release it or risk breaking the eye. This can be used to absorb techniques, once per eye every 2 turns. The use of the laser beams can be done once every 3 turns as well, capable of moving at Jounin rank speeds and deals Forbidden ranked damage on contact, unable to be healed afterwards.
Note: The use of the user's Lasers can be done up to 4 times, once every 3 turns.

The B rank vision if fired at 1.5 x the users base speed. The A rank version is fired at 2x the users base speed. The S rank version is fired at 2.5 x the users base speed. B rank can be used 4 times per battle. A rank can only be used 3 times, one per turn. S rank can be used twice per battle with 3 turns between uses. User can't make use of Genos techniques above A rank in the same turn and following if S ranked version is used.

Description: Rheotaxis is a behaviour where animals will turn against a current, lining their body with the water motion. The user will create a very thin mist, invisible to the naked eye, though clearly visible by Doujutsu, around the terrain, with a pattern of clearly visible, albeit small, water mosquitoes, which are nodules of aggregated mist. The water particles will have a similar property as the Mist Rain technique, where instead of the water eating the chakra from other techniques to make them weaker, which is essentially absorbing chakra within other techniques, Rheotaxis will have the opposite effect. The thin water particles will almost allow themselves to be absorbed by the chakra within other techniques. Lightly suspended in the air, they will follow the current of foreign chakra and turn towards the source, so even the smallest hint of chakra will move the suspended particles.

Practical speaking, when an opponent moulds chakra to perform a technique within the mist, the water particles will quickly converge towards the enemy, to follow the chakra, while the mosquitoes turn into needles that implode onto the man with speed similar to a drawn arrow, piercing him and interrupting the technique. This can be used offensively, up to Mid Range, or in a supplementary version, at half the chakra, up to Long range. This C rank version of Rheotaxis does not deal any damage, but allows the user to pin point an opponent by following the direction of the non threatening mosquito needles.

Note: While the mist can stay indefinitely on the field, without the user having to maintain it, it will only have a single usage, as the whole mist will converge as needles at the first foreign technique that is being moulded within, effectively unloading the technique.

If the user were to have cybernetic enhancements upon their limbs, the A.I could control said limb, utilising close quarter combats based technique through them while siphoning chakra from the user's own body through the neural link to accomplish said techniques. The siphoned chakra would not interfere with Chun's own chakra control, as the neural link between the A.I and Chun enables this siphoning to be treated as a natural passive occurrence, similar to walking on water and tree climbing. Naturally, while the siphoning is passive, the techniques utilise would still takes up a move slot. Goomoonryong's second ability stems from the nanobot component, allowing the suit to expand beyond Chun's body and assimilate tools/weapons. The ability allows the user to store tool and weapons in a layer of nanobots, granting the A.I the ability to use said tools on it's own accord. (following the tools own restrictions) Whereas the ability of utilising the weapons from the user's body is granted, allowing the user to wield multiple weapons with ease, enabling kenjutsu techniques for instance from the user's body, via swinging their arm for example. The nanobots can be used to form an exoskeleton that can reach up to ten meters range, increasing the user's striking distance, costing a move slot to expand. (30 chakra) The exoskeleton can be decreased to lower sizes, passively, for a cost of 10 chakra. The assimilation ability can be used passively for the user's tools/weapons(up to 4), with the A.I siphoning 20 chakra to do so. Goomoonryong does not affect the damage of techniques utilised through it, but it does carry it's own durability of 80 DMG, where higher damage destroys Goomoonryong. Can be repaired once per battle at a cost of fourty chakra, at a cost of a move.

Description: Omega Effect refers to a series of nano shields marked with the Ω symbol. These shields function hand in hand with the Artificial Eye Technique, wherein the shield can harvest, redistribute and redirect the laser of the Eyes in one of two main manners, and a third supplementary one. The first, referred to as NGP, is achieved by 'coating' the user's body with the shields which act as an outlet for the same energy used for the laser but in a controlled fashion. This allows the laser energy to surround the user, enabling it's utilisation with close quarter combat in order to deal 'burning' damage that is significantly hard to heal up to a certain extent. The shields can be manipulated to coat weapons/objects in contact with the user allowing it's utilisation with kenjutsu and similar. The damage however doesn't start at full 90 strength, but rather build up and increases in strength each turn. NGP starts of at 30 damage, with said damage healable after 3 turns, and progressively increases for 15 damage per turn and an additional turn restriction to healing until reaching it's full 90 damage (Capped at 4 turn healing restriction). These shields are programmed to automatically move and make space for attacks that emerge from the user's body as to not get destroyed by them.
The second, referred to as Erosion Blasts, is the Omega Effect's projectile function, allowing the user to release the laser from any point of the shields, in a concentrated manner. The user can fire a singular beam at full strength, or ration and fire weaker beams for more usages. This can be two S rank, or four A ranks etc, but it can only be used thrice overall per usage. S ranks can't be healed for six turns, A rank five, etc.
The third manner, referred to as Uxas, is achieved by sending out a small number of the shields outwards into the field, these shields are capable of flight and are used to reflect and redirect beams fired by the user either through Erosion Blasts or the normal Artificial Eye Technique, allowing said beams to seemingly chase their target, without losing strength. These shields can be used to redirect a beam once per turn. As it is dependent on the absorption of an opposing technique through the Artificial Eye Technique, Omega Effect can triggered passively once per battle in such cases, coming into effect as soon as the absorption is done. Alternatively, the user can actively supply the chakra to create the conditions for Omega Effect. During NGP, the user takes 10 damage each turn, whereas he takes 10 damage each time he fires off an Erosion Blast. Usable three times, lasting five turns for NGP, and until depleted for Erosion Blasts. Only one variation can be used per usage, with Uxas naturally being able to occur during Erosion Blasts or laser firing, and it costing 5 chakra to be controlled per turn.

During the creation of her dragon and the handseal for the illusion, Kiana is would keep an eye on her opponents chakra circulatory system in order to decipher his intricacies and how the dark patches operated and what was their correlation with the mechanical coil whine that she heard. As a response after her handseal but just before her dragon made contact, she saw her opponent channel chakra towards his eyes but the chakra simply disappeared. Instead, her own dragon got absorbed, leaving her in mid air for a moment, before she dropped on the ground. Simultaneously, she could see chakra being channeled through multiple tenketsu of his body, while they all disappeared upon reaching the dark patches. It became apparent that they were fueling something, unsure what it was just yet, but with a good idea of what it could be. So far she only believed them to be myths as she hasn't encountered one herself, but this one was a living example. This could be the first cyborg that she saw, let alone fought. It would explain the mechanical coil whine she heard and how her technique could suddenly vanish as if it never existed. It seemed so unfair. She put a great effort into her technique, also suffering a drawback, yet her opponent seemed to have no restrictions on his abilities while toying around with his tools. This would become apparent since his chakra got channeled through multiple tenketsu simultaneously, but Kiana would aim to intercept and disrupt his intentions in any way possible.

It would take her a single handseal to instinctively react to what her opponent just did before her own white eyes. With the dragon absorbed, the battlefield would start glistening in chakra yet again as her opponents fists got ejected from his body at a blazing speed. A sphere of water would form around Kiana as a protective dome, glistening in its own beauty as it was interlaced with black and purple. The ejected water from her body intercepted the trajectory of the punches, blowing them backwards while also applying the dangerous corrosive properties of the Stygian Water across the fists as they would start bubbling and decaying from the corrosion. The opponents glisten of chakra, albeit way slower than the punches as it formed across the battlefield, would be pushed away and rendered useless as the formed mosquitoes would struggle to penetrate the dome no matter their efforts due to the mist being displaced outwards, away from the dome as well. As such, the dome would be reformed and manipulated into a radioactive shield that would be composed of many tiny eggs that would grow and explode in a mid range from Kianas location, as a corrosive Stygian mist that also carried the newfound radioactive and burning properties from the Panthalassic Water would rapidly spread outwards. As the chaotic mist spread its unpleasantries, within it, hidden from plain sight due to its density, several cows would form, wandering about in between Kiana and her opponent, waiting for any foreign chakra to enter their vicinity upon which they would explode themselves, multiplying the effects. Absorbing the mist, although possible, would trigger the cows to explode, only releasing more of the radioactive and burning Panthalassic Water as Kiana was ready for it, in case it happened again. Kiana would all the while pierce her mist with her Byakugan, taking a keen interest in her opponents response while her illusion still laid dormant.

Description:
The user does one simple hand seal (Ram) and releases a burst of chakra all around his body. By doing so the user forcefully rejects all water molecules around him up to short range by pushing them away with his chakra. As the moisture in the air and all around the user is pushed away from him in an omnidirectional burst, a thin but strong sphere of moisture/water is formed at the limits of the technique (roughly short-range around the user). This technique serves as a defense from incoming water techniques (by forcefully pushing them away and around the user) and fire techniques (by creating the thin spherical "bubble" of water around the user). The technique is so fast and precise that if an enemy is caught within its range, he's pushed back also, as the chakra is able to repel even the water in the enemies body. While the damage isn't that severe, its still powerful enough to knock the enemy backwards several meters. The user can maintain this repulsion effect by continuously feeding it with chakra although doing so restricts the chakra available for other techniques.

Description: Designed as a way to increase the user's ability to utilize Stygian Water, this technique is treated as an infusion type ability which is to be used side by side with a regular suiton technique. When the user uses a Suiton technique up to and including S ranks, they can perform this in the same timeframe in order to coat said technique with a thick layer of Stygian water by adding Stygian Water chakra into it and giving it heated, corrosive properties which makes them more dangerous (+20). Alternatively, When a water source is around within range, whether it be a small river or an large pond, the user is able to send his chakra into the source and transform it into Stygian water to create a source for his techniques.Similar to Mei Terumi and her corrosive/Burning elements, the user is immune to being burned by his creations, thus enabling him to physically touch the element whenever his chakra is present, but isn't immune to bluntly being hit by it. This not only provides a source of Stygian Water, but also prevents others from using the Water source unless they somehow over power the user's chakra to cleanse the corrosive water and use it as their own.

Description: Trilobite pertains to the rapid creation of several bubbles of panthalassic water, like multiple tiny fish eggs, that spread tall and wide across a surface or inside a water source, while oozing a trail of panthalassic water. This will be glowing hot with a navy blue glow at their core, resembling a larvae within. While the bubbles are corrosive on their own and can be used as a rapidly growing column or wall, they're meant to explode into a powerfully thick and dense corrosive mist, that spreads across an area mid range radius around the point of growth. Within, the mist will be thickest, hottest and most radioactive in several cow sized ancient armored arthropods that will flow freely or at command of the user, to pin, shred or strike any target within the mist. Similar Earth Release: Mud Wolves, these bubbles can remain in the condensed egg form until someone with foreign chakra enters their proximity, or explode at the user's will.

Note: The difference in rank pertains to the difference in size. S rank will create a volume of bubbles 10 meters diameter, with a 30 meters radius mist and several cow-sized trilobites. A rank will create a volume of bubbles 5 meters in diameter, with a 15 meters radius mist and several human sized trilobites. B rank will create a volume of bubbles 1 meter in diameter, with a 5 meters radius mist and several dog sized trilobites.

Description: Origin is a Passive technique that pertains to the consequences of interacting with Panthalassic Water's Radioactivity. As it comes from self-radiolysis, Panthalassic Water exudes a great amount of energy, increasing the core temperature of the element into burning degrees, while acquiring a great corrosion effect onto organic matter. As such, the effects of the element will be split into two different categories, Radiation Poisoning and Corrosion Burning, though they are linked.

Corrosion Burning is induced on contact with the element, and happens due to the high injection of energy into the target and the element itself, breaking up the cells essentially corroding the target's tissues. These range from Mild to Medium to Severe. In Mild, the initial damage from D-C Ranks, the tissues will have a bright red coloring indicative of first degree burning, and will itch and tingle highly and uncomfortably as the corrosion takes effect. In Medium, the initial damage of B-A ranks, the skin will break apart with second degree burning and boiling, and the itchiness will spread to the peripheral areas while the points of contact will hurt beyond that of a normal burning. In Severe, the initial damage of S and higher, the pain will be unbearable and spread quickly to the peripheral areas, while the main targetted areas will melt away even numbing the sensation as it corrodes through flesh and nerves. The effects of Corrosion Burning are stackable, so they increase in severity rank every turn the contact remains. Depending on the area burnt, the effects can be fatal, especially when targeting vital areas of the body. Effects do not revert when contact is lost, unless healed.

Radiation Sickness is induced on contact with the element , it pertains to the inner consequences of being infused with Panthalassic Water radiation on a cellular and systematic level. This also incorporates PW's property of severing water chakra, in the sense that it's parasitic properties will spread through the chakra system as well as the organ system. The effects range for Mild to Medium to severe. In Mild, the initial effect of D-C Ranks, the Radiation Sickness will cause generalized weakness and loss of dexterity preventing the usage of high ranking Taijutsu and techniques or elements that utilize Water Chakra ( S and Above ), and losing the ability to aim properly. In Medium, the initial effect of B-A ranks, the weakness will spread into generalized sweating and organ failure, as well as small but multiple fish egg-like tumors from the chakra unbalance. It prevents the usage of Taijutsu and Water beyond that of C rank or Basic Ninjutsu beyond A rank, the target will be unable to properly chain together more than 2 handseals without fumbling. In Severe, the sickness will cause multiple organ failure and possible hallucination, mostly making the opponent see double or blurry, and hearing loud roaring sounds or scratching like those of dinosaurs or other ancient creatures and insects. The user will be unable to stand and his water chakra usage is severed completely, as are his ability to chain handseals or utilize Basic Ninjutsu beyond D rank. The effects are stackable the more turns the opponent remains in contact with the element, increasing one rank per turn and require one full turn to fully mature. The effects decrease 1 rank each turn if the opponent breaks contact with the element and do not stack unless the target remains in contact. One turn after Severe effect results in loss of consciousness, two turns results in Death, both do not revert when contact is lost unless healed. If the target inhales the element, it will take 3 turns for the effects to reduce by 1 rank.

Note: Panthalassic Release users have a high degree of immunity when it comes to their own element, allowing them to touch or be in their element relatively safe and harmlessly. When they compare to other users, though, their immunity is not so strong. They delay the effects by one rank and require double the amount of time to increase in severity, while require half the time to recover when not exposed. Likewise, they can completely counter each other's radioactivity effect by utilizing their own techniques against them.

Note: This technique also allows for the possibility of converting Water Chakra into Panthalassic Chakra, so that the user can perform Water Release techniques as Panthalassic Water. This can be done in the same timeframe as a water technique, used 4 times per battle. This will cost one of the users 3 moves per turn.
