Madara's control over his senjutsu transformation was significantly greater than Obito's in his initial form. Madara's control over the Six Paths Senjutsu was noted by Minato to greater than Obito's even after he became capable of controling it. After extracting the Hachibi from Killer B and the Yang half of the Kyuubi from Naruto, Madara's powers increased. He managed to revive the Shinju, the original state of the Jubi before fusing with Kaguya and used the Coffin Seal increase his power and also to awaken the Rinne Sharingan. In Madara's initial transformation with Senjutsu he had a more cloth like chakra robe with six tome at around the collar. He had a forehead protector with horns protruding from it and several truth seeking orbs hovering behind him. His Shakujo had a crescent moon shape as opposed to Obito's full circle. Madara's hair also went from black to white. In his final transformation, Madara's shakujo became a black chakra rod and he had tome around the edges of his robe and sleeves. He also awakened the Rinne Sharingan in the center of his forehead which gave him the ability to use the God of Nativity and Infinite Tsukuyomi jutsu.

- Madara's Senjutsu transformations increase his speed, and durability increase tremendously, capable of reducing up to 30 damage per clash, and regenerating small damage ( 10 per turn ).
- Madara gains an increase of +2 Bonus MIND, BODY, and SPRT AP unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Alternatively, the user is able to forgo the Bonus MIND AP and have a passive +30 damage to their Jutsu.
- Like with other Senjutsu users, whilst in either form he becomes able to passively sense the world around him through the flow of natural energy and thus gains enhanced reflex and perception.
- In this state, he is able to create seven Truth-Seeking Balls, one of which forms the other half of Hagoromo's shakujō, and gains the ability to fly and can use the ability once every other turn to avoid techniques, though he only flies as fast as he can physically run.
- Madara can harness natural energy to enhance his various techniques, increasing the power of them by +30.
His sensory abilities increased to the highest level, Madara is able to sense and track even the 8th Inner Gate when open effortlessly, gaining speed on a scale close to it. - After 10 turns of battle have passed, Madara is capable of activating his Rinne Sharingan, further increasing his tracking capabilities and abilities.
Restrictions:
- Must have previously obtained an Advanced Madara Bio and held it for 2 months.
- Must pass an Ability Mission or Battle Test. This Biography cannot currently be acquired.
- Whilst in his senjutsu transformation, Madara will no longer possess his Dojutsu tracking capabilities, only the enhanced sensory perception granted from his nature sensory.
