Should Marijuana be Legal?

It's perhaps b/c with Marijuana, the effect is stronger than with cigarettes or alcohol? I honestly have no idea but I guess a person can drink one or two drinks and be okay, if a person smoked marijuana, he/she would feel the effects right away? and cigarettes too, a person's mental state doesn't change as quickly.
I'm not 100% knowledgeable with this things since I don't smoke but my mother does.
Just wanted to say that, not truly an opinion, just giving a reason to why some people wouldn't allow it.

Legalize it, and if they get arrested while under the influence, ban them from it.

As for the paper itself, well written and organized, I personally couldn't find too many other errors besides the grammar mistake here and there.

You can build up a tolerance to Marijuana as you can with Alcohol or Cigarettes.

This wasn't really a thread on opinions of others but, i'm glad to see that people can share their opinions in an intellectual way without being complete knuckle heads.

Crack isnt even close to weed the people who bring up crack probably don't even smoke...Legalize it!
