Both easily broken with a logical surge. But how effective would the first be on a konan bio

( Bōshi Magen: Ketataumo ) Demonic Eye Illusion: Piercing Feathers
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: A weaker version of Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes, it makes the opponent believe that numerous black feathers have pierced their body and trapped them, causing them pain and immobility.
Note: Requires two tomoe Sharingan and eye contact to use

( Bōshi Genjutsu: Utakata ) - Illusion Eye Technique: Ephemeral
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range:Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: An illusion where the user simply points at the target and if the target glances at the pointing hand, they fall into a genjutsu where they first see birds that soon after turn into kunai that attack them. They are further damaged by being tortured by images of their friends insulting them.
Note: Requires 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

( Doujutsu: Chuubo no Yuuku ) – Eye Technique: Paralyzing Fear
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will cast a Genjutsu upon the target in which they will see a shadowy figure appear in front of them bearing the Sharingan and then, the figure will grow to an enormous size over shadowing the target in pitch-black darkness. The figure will then grab hold of the target and then will cover them in black threads, leaving them paralyzed for a period of time.
Note: Must have 3 Tomoe Sharingan to use and paralyzing effects last 1 turn.
First one creates an abundance of feathers that pierce the targets limbs, essentially immobilizing them and causing a level of pain along with the paralysis.

The second has us point at them. Once they look at the finger they'd be trapped in an illusion where they see crows flock, turning into kunai soon after that are used to attack. They also get tortured by images of people close to them.

Basically we'll look at them, locking eyes. This time the illusion is a shadow figure which bares the sharingan itself. The figure would grow in size, overshadowing them before it grabs them to completely paralyze them.

Can you just explain how paralysis works in the rp? Just to be sure, I've seen some confusion before.

( Doujutsu: Hazumi no Reikon ) - Eye Technique: Bound by Soul Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will cast a genjutsu that immobilizes the target. In the genjutsu, the target is bound to a leaf spinning around in the dark. This technique temporarily binds the target leaving them open to attack.
Note: Must have 3 Tomoe Sharingan and binding lasts 1 turn.

( Dōjutsu: Jigokuken ) - Eye Technique: Sword Hell
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Descrption: The user casts the illusion upon the opponent where the surroundings, similar to Tsukiyomi, go black and white and swords then begin levitating around the user and the opponent spinning around. The user then manipulates the swords to pierce the opponent's body. The initial attack causes mental damage and temporarily paralyzes the opponents body restricting their overall performance, preventing movement for one turn.
Note: Can only be used with 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

( Doujutsu: Chikan ) Eye Technique: Substitution
Type: Defensive
Rank: B
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple technique, usable by Sharingan users through their prowess with illusionary arts, this genjutsu works solely as a defensive measure. The user will produce an illusionary copy of himself while he escapes the path/area of the attack with a rapid movement, unnoticed and masked by the technique. The enemy will see and hear the user in the original place until the attack connects with the illusionary copy, at which point it will disperse, revealing the true location of the user. The technique can be controlled so as to have the illusionary copy interact and talk in specific ways with the enemy for other purposes, while the user remains hidden from the targets perception. The illusion is often personalized from user to user, namely in its dispersion, sometimes in relation to the users elemental affinity or summoning companions, following a theme unique to him. The limitation is that the user cannot escape large techniques with this ability nor incredibly fast ones. Only techniques which can be escaped by moving out of their way running or through movement can be defended from with this. The main limit however, is that, since its a sustainable illusion, triggering any offensive action towards the target will immediately release the illusion, be it a simple taijutsu move or a ninjutsu attack; any aggressive action the user wants to take will immediately break his focus and control over the technique, releasing the target from it. The stronger the user is with Genjutsu, the easier the technique is to use.
Note: This version of the technique is used by Sharingan users
Note: Usable 6 times per match for Primary Genjutsu Specialists, without the need for eye contact; other Sharingan users can use it 3 times and require eye contact for Mid and Long range usage.
Note: Requires 3 Tomoe Sharingan active.
Note: Movement speed is bound by the users rank.

Oh so now I'm retarded? Wow. Bet. XD

Paralysis is being unable to physically move. So in most of these cases they'd be unable to make hand seals for example, or swing a sword or throw a kunai. They'd still be fully able to do techniques and all, just unable to move.

First technique is straight forward and more easily noticeable to be an illusion. They'd fall into a world of darkness where they experience paralysis while spinning on a leaf.

Second one sends them into a tsukiyomi type world where we have levitating swords spin around them rapidly. The swords are then used to pierce their body, causing mental damage and paralysis for 1 turn.

Last one is dope as hell. Basically using illusions to mask ourselves as we use our own physical capabilities to evade an attack. Pretty big difference in usage capabilities between gen specialists and non specialists. Normal non specialists can use it 3 times and need eye contact. Specialists can use it twice as much (6) while needing no eye contact at all.

I asked because so people see paralysis but still try to break the gen with a main method like stabbing themselves with a kunai etc.

Ah you're right on all the gen.

(Bōshi Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu) - Demonic Eye Illusion :Shackling Stakes
Rank: A
Type:Supplementary
Range: Close
Chakra Cost:30
Damage Points: N/A
Description:A Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. After activating their Sharingan, the clan member will look into the eyes of their target to bind them with a paralyzing illusion. This illusion takes the form of giant spikes which stake them in place and restrict their movement. A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.
Note: Requires Tomo 3 sharingan.

( Doujutsu: Kopī no Jutsu ) - Eye Technique: Copy Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: E - S
Range: N/A
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: After gaining the 3 Tomoe Sharingan, the user gains the ability to copy the technique the enemy is using and use it as his own. The user will first need to witness the technique completely to memorize all aspects of it, including the opponents chakra flow and focus upon using it as well as the hand seals. A limitation of the technique is the inability to mimic and copy KG techniques, fuuinjutsu, kinjutsu, genjutsu, medical ninjutsu or hidden clan/bio techniques.
Note: User needs to have 3 Tomoe active
Note: Can only be done 2 times per opponent on techniques that have hand seals
Note: Copied technique can only be used in the event it's witnessed in and only once
Note: User needs to be capable of performing the technique himself, meaning he needs to have the correct chakra natures, rank, abilities, etc to use the technique. This is also valid for elemental specialties, where the user might be unable to copy a technique by only one handseal unless he has the same specialty as the enemy.
Note: Can only be used on techniques up to S-Rank

So the first basically takes em to a place similar to where itachi sent Kakashi in the illusion where he was torturing him. This also paralyzes them. But it says a strong enough target can just break free. Elaborate plz.

Second is the almighty copy technique. Basically we can copy techniques we see under a few conditions. We have to have our 3T active, we have to be looking at them and actually witness them use the technique. It has to have a hand seal or more that we can copy and we have to fit the limits of using it. So if I'm tryna copy a wind technique that naturally has 6 hand seals but the opponent used it with 1 due to their specialist, if i don't also have a wind specialty, i can't copy that 1 hand seal because it is out of my skill. Also we can't copy shit we don't know like a ce we don't have. Or copy anything advanced like kin, fuuin, med etc.

That would be a play on the paralysis, if you are a higher rank than your opponent, you might be overcome with your will to then use a kunai to stab yourself etc, imagine how paralysing fear works i believe.

Excellent, you've been a great student.

For your bio, obito, phasing migration, post the jutsu and the limits to how you can use it with 3t

From this point today will begin the time limit of waiting a month for passive activation

( Dojutsu: Isō Idō ) - Eye Technique: Phasing Migration
Type: Supplementary/Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40 ( -5 per turn )
Damage points: N/A
Description: A variation of his Kamui, using this technique, Obito is also able to render himself intangible, through the use of his 3 Tomoe Sharingan or MS, to allow other objects to pass harmlessly through his own body, which he employs primarily to avoid incurring injury from incoming attacks. In reality, this is but another extension of his space–time ninjutsu, where Obito instead teleports any part of his body that occupies the same space as another object to a separate dimension. As the transported portions of his body are always obscured by the other objects, Obito appears completely whole to those observing him. By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito often exploits this characteristic to ambush his opponents from below. Though unable to establish any physical contact while intangible, Obito can move while phased at great speeds and can trigger the technique on instinct alone, relying on his Sharingan to perceive and calculate attacks and how to activate the technique in the most precise manner. He also seemingly possesses the capability to extend this intangibility to whatever he's presently touching, as long as he is able to maintain some form of contact with at least part of the desired item. Described as a perfect defense, Obito is able to phase through anything, avoiding damage completely.
Note: Can only be used 4 times and up to 3 turns each use.
Note: Can only be used by Obito Uchiha bios and must have the Sharingan active.

Basically my ultimate defense. I get a whole MS technique at 3T level, which is the phasing. I'm sure we both know how it works, taking me to a different dimension, leaving a shell of myself there as an image basically. I can use it 4 times with it lasting up to 3 turns per use. And if I'm not mistaken, i can still use techs seeing as it is something held with a chakra per turn useage. But i could be mistaken.

You can but not at the same time, like it wouldn't be in the same time frame i believe.

If you phase, can you be hit with a genjutsu?

Anyone know information regarding the RP moderators? Just wanted to know who's who and what they are in charge in. Much appreciated in advance for any help.

If I'm hidden then no (chakra masked and in the ground or something) . If my "image" is seen then yes?

To be honest i'm not even sure, i believe if you can be seen you can be bound as you have a link to the real world. Like if you can talk while phased and they hear it, you're projecting it into the real work, so their has to be some form of connection, so personally, i believe you could be bound in a genjutsu

The sharingan is am ocular ability that has numerous abilities, some small some great in scale etc. The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see chakra flow. The Sharingan itself gives color to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the doujutsu like Tenseigan and Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements or other minute body movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques.

Then there's hynosis. The basis of this involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan can make the user appear as if they can "see the future" or control someone.

Sharingan gen is basically a class of more powerful illusions. In alot of cases it will require eye contact but some can be casted in ways such as just having a line of sight.

Mangekyou Sharingan is the stage after 3 tomoe, which unlocks greater, more unique sets of abilities within each eye. MS can give abilities ranging from wild illusions, indistinguishable flames, or even gifting space time abilities and ethereal beings. Along with that, the tracking in the eyes become greater, the illusions are stronger and we can break/reverse higher illusions. And we also gain access to 2 insane techniques in Izanagi and Izanami; which can alter reality and such.

We're going to go into more detail here since I plan on using parts of this training to update the canon techs as well as the Sharingan guide so you may be asked for lengthier replies as part of feedback.

Your Sharingan explanation was a bit choppy but for the most part, it's there. The easiest way to understand the Sharingan is to understand for the most part, their abilities are divided into two parts: the Eye of Insight and Eye of Hypnotism. Every one of their core abilities ( excluding Izanagi and Izanami ) fall under these two categories.

The Eye of Insight has a few abilities, all related to what the eyes can see. It allows it to:
  1. See chakra and it's characteristics in differing colors to differentiate users. Not unlike the Byakugan, it can see through some things but not all, extending only a few inches into the earth for example.
  2. Have enhanced perception compared to the average shinobi. This shows itself in the ability to copy movements, track targets with more efficiency and more.
  3. Copy Ninjutsu, due to a combination of the first two abilities. Seeing the chakra nature used for a technique as well as the seals used for it, you become capable of copying any ninjutsu you have the skills to reproduce. Skills can include the KG, elemental affinity or ability to use high level techniques.
The Eye of Hypnosis abilities all revolve around tricking the opponent through Genjutsu or actual hypnosis. It allows it to:
  1. Cast Genjutsu through it's eye and grants access to powerful Genjutsu useable only if you have the Doujutsu. These Sharingan Genjutsu are typically more powerful than normal ones, though this doesn't translate to an actual numeric strength or anything in the RP. These are cast usually through eye sight or movement, done without hand seals.
  2. Control targets through subliminal actions or suggestive gestures. This can be used to suggest thoughts and actions to a target, coercing them to divulge information or act in a particular way, potentially without the target's awareness.
  3. Control animals and Tailed Beasts through extreme hypnosis. Targeting summonings require the Basic Sharingan Genjutsu technique to do this; it's not something that can be done via freeform or without cost. Bijuu control currently is limited to Madara Uchiha, though I plan to update Mangekyou to have this ability on some level and EMS with a heightened version. This will lessen the stronger the Bijuu is as well to prevent it from being something that auto hoes every one of them.
These two abilities coupled with whats known as the Curse of Hatred often leads to an advancement in the eyes that unlock Mangekyou. The Curse itself comes from feelings of strong emotions that turn into hatred when the object of their affection is removed. This often makes them become angry and desperate for power, which leads to a change in their brain and chakra in their eyes which transforms the eyes themselves, known as the Mangekyou.

Before we get to character specific techniques of the MS, I want to go over the abilities it enhances and grants. Which of the two core abilities do you want to go over first, Eye of Hypnosis enhancements or Eye of Insight enhancements?

Okay, based on the 3 abilities I described of the Eye of Insight, which of these are most prominent in the Mangekyou and how did they advance over their Base Sharingan forms? Are there any techniques based on the Eye of Insight's abilities for the MS? After you answer these, I'll reply pointing out any potential things you missed. Keep in mind all of these questions directly correlate to the Mangekyou and it's enhancements over it's base form.

Ay. You pissing me off 🙄

It's the enhanced perception, being able to track at a greater rate. The 1 tomoe gave like 1.5x tracking. 2 tomoe gave 2x tracking. While 3rd tomoe gave 3x enhancement to perception and shizznit. At MS it goes up to 5.7x tracking and the visual ability to copy techniques goes up also. And there's the copy jutsu for the copying stuff. Idk if there's techniques for the other stuff like tracking. Shouldn't be. Actually false. There's the substitution technique where we need to be able to track ppl and cast illusions to dodge and stuff. Idek if that's what you meant. But hey it's typed.
