Well all my fanboyness aside, Sasuke is the most developed character, besides MAYBE Naruto and has the deepest story. And by deepest I mean the most depth not like tragic. His subplot made the whole plot 10x better. The whole series could go without his subplot and it wouldn't be nearly as good. It made everything so much better and he changed the entire dynamic. I think Obito has the second or third maybe most developed character. If you disagree purely based on his Rin obsession that's very selective thinking. But yeah Sasuke is the shit. If you forget about his somewhat irrational thinking and his EMS power up+ has been given to him then definitely.
