Sasuke Cant Regenerate his own Limb

But besides that, I guess he can't regenerate it like a juubi-jin.
Sasuke could replace the arm with Susanoo or Asura Path (Shuradō).

Nagato cannot grow his leg and immobile. Same thing we get from sasuke
