Why would they pick Sasuke over Kakashi or Shikamaru if Naruto is now Kamikage?

Both Kakashi and Shikamaru have the intellect and the leadership skills to be hokage, but they lack the power and strength to be hokage.

PS. Kakashi's DSM Kamui asspull is temporary.

Susake could actualy become hokage but im not sure if he has enough compassion in him to become one. A hokage needs compassion and susake kind of lacks that. However this is how he is knows. If we were to be given a timeskip of 10 years and susake were to become a more caring and trsutworthy person then maybe yes. He already has the strengths and brains for it.
However kakashi would be a better option for hokage because he is trustworthy,expirienced and has compassion.
