Starting a debate with some points. Whether or not Sasuke has Tsukiyomi:

There would be a perfect time/place to use it.

Let's also look at the infamous theory that says you must have Amaterasu & Tsukiyomi for Susano. This has never been said in the manga.

Itachi says "Along with Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu, that awoke within these eyes on that fateful day". This does not prove that you need Amaterasu & Tsukiyomi for Susano; it just means that Itachi got it on the same day as them.

Sasuke states you need MS in both eyes for Susano.

For:

First, let's look at Danzo. He has (one of) Shisui's MS - Kotoamatsukami (or whatever the hell it's called). He got it by transplanting it into his right eye. Kakashi has (one of) Obito's MS - Kamui. He got it by transplanting it into is left eye. Ok, so now we now that transplanting a certain MS gives the new user that ability (duhhhh).

I'm not sure what my answer is but I'd be interested in finding out yours.

sasuke doesn't have tsukuyomi,he has blaze release as a second MS ability.
and transplanting the brothers eyes makes a special case that awakens a new dojutsu the EMS,which is sasuke's previous abilities without losing the light after using these.
and before anyone brings the databook,the same databook page describing susanoo and saying it's equipped with yata mirror and totsuka,the databook clearly was talking about itachi's susanoo only.

nope it was just a paralysis genjutsu,there was no time manipulation,so it's not tsukuyomi.

kakashi is so good at using kamui because he has good talent n skill ...
danzo did use KA since he implanted shisui's eye wholly for that single purpose ...n trained for years to get used to sharingan abilities ...+he has hashi's DNA.

whereas sasuke- he does not hav talent for genjutsu though his eyes are capable of casting tsukiyomi ...his skill lies in
manipulation of chakra ...no one does it better than him ...chidori to chidori nagashi to kirin ...and also manipulated his susano'o arrow to use amaterasu(his MS susano'o didnt hav amaterasu arrow when he fought danzo but now his EMS susano'o does)

he has tsukiyomi ..we hav seen it against danzo when he casted it upon danzo n itachi appeared ...so overall he has little talent for tsukiyomi but not as great as itachi n madara..

What makes me right about them? Danzo got KA by stealing Shisui's eye. Kakashi got Kamui by killing Rin (it was originally Obito's eye and that is why the dimensions are the same).

the colors doesn't matter,it's an illusion it can create anything,what matters is time manipulation,itachi as 13 years old used tsukuyomi and manipulated time within it right after awakening it,if sasuke had it he should do the same,yet he never did,why simple because he never awakened tsukuyomi,he awakened blaze release instead.

I'm mainly agreeing with this guy but what Cooh posted about Sasuke doing a genjutsu while showing his MS confuses me. :S
