Sakura's own chakra pool is probably Jounin-Kage level right now then if she was saving chakra for the 12 years then her Yin seal would give her the chakra reserve to be the second highest in Konoha after Naruto's. Naruto's base chakra is going to be higher than anyone else's alive that we know off (Bijuu level at least) then he has full Kurama reserves which is the highest around. Bee still has the 8 tails so he has the second highest chakra. The other Bijuus all comes next.
