Saddest death?

The character death that made me personally the most sad is Asuma's. He was one of my favorite characters, and his death was just really sad. I almost cried.

Obito's has the most remorse accompanying it because of his life and how he was manipulated to leave the dream he had unfulfilled. It's like....Obito's death should've been the most sad but it just wasn't. I felt for his character, but didn't get emotional like I did with Asuma.

Special mention to Neji's death. He was also one of my favorites. His death was sad, but honorable, which makes me happy.

Madara went out in a terrible way he didn't even win.

he did win, he completed his goal

Danzō's death gave me an entirely new look at his character and what he truly was. His was the saddest to me, followed by Zabuza's, followed by Jiraiya's.
