Tomura vs Kitsune Type: Solo Location: Venice Dam Terrain: Venice Streets surrounded by Buildings and River (8 Turns before Venice Floods) Range: 5 meters Time Limit: 2 Days |
Kitsune was sprinting at his maximum speed. If the dam gave away, then civilians were going to drown from the massive release of water. The Glacial Hero felt it his duty to either stop the water from consuming Venice or die trying. Possessing the ability to freeze water at alarming rates, the provisional hero thought his abilities were vital to the impending crisis. You must be registered for see images
On the way there, an individual caught the attention of Kitsune. He was wearing a costume, one decorated with what appeared to be hands. If that wasn’t the ugliest fashion statement, yet the symbolism in them gripped the hero’s interest. Art was birthed and meant to be showcased in all sorts of ways. Perhaps those hands represented the weight of his peers, grasping at his depression to only pull him down?
Quickly shaking that mind set, Kitsune needed to remain focus in the matter. Being a curator of art, sometimes it would abruptly snatch the hero’s attention. The provisional hero thought it was important to warn the stranger, considering he walked with an unusual air about him. Did not hear the current commotion ravaging through the environment. [ Speaks Five [5] Meters Away ]
“Sir, are you a hero? I am afraid your…décor is not something I recognize. If now, please evacuate the premise with haste. The dam is currently at risk of malfunction, people allow me to protect you and Venice.”

Quirk Type: Emitter

Grants the "Free Use" Keyword to Decay, which allows Battle Cards to be Spent without Style Techniques Attached. Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not posses Style Techniques.
Description: This grants the character the ability to reduce any susceptible targets they touch to nothingness. The only requirement to activating the Quirk is touching solid targets [ these targets must be whole in structure and not grainy | loose ] with all five of their fingers. Whether the target is sentient or not, the power will work without fail should that requirement be satisfied. The speed of the reduction varies based on the size of the target, nonetheless if contact is maintained long enough – the target will crumble into nothing.
Quirk Breakdown & Drawbacks:
~ At Basic Control, the destruction process differs due to the various dimensions a target can consist of. Targets with a dimension that is more than Four [4] Meters in diameter will require Two [2] Turns of constant contact ( Any Target Lower is Decayed Instantly ). Any dimension that is more than Six [6] Meters in diameter will require Three [3] Turns of constant contact. Any dimension that is more than Eight [8] Meters Meters in diameter will require Four [4] Turns of constant contact. Any dimension above Eight [8] Meters Meters in diameter will require Five [5] Turns of constant contact.
~ When activating Decay to destroy susceptible targets, it requires One [1] Attack Card is Spent. When activating Decay to neutralize disadvantaging situations, it requires One [1] Support Card is Spent. When activating Decay to defend against oncoming danger, it will require One [1] Block Card is Spent. The effects of the Decay Quirk are centered on primary targets, therefore will not extend to secondary targets. For instance, should one choose to decay the ground then that doesn’t render those standing above it decayed as well.

"Hero? To some perhaps. I don't tend to use that word loosely. However, I heard the sirens and figured I'd see what was going on. The dam is malfunctioning you say? Well I better let you do your job and save us. See you around, Protector of Venice."
Tomura said this as he continued to walk forwards towards the fox masked protector. Taking advantage of the fact that the innocent hero had not known who Tomura was allowed Tomura to move with his hands in his pockets hoping the opponent couldn't sense the bloodlust wafting from Tomura. Like two concealed weapons as he closed the distance between the two. As Tomura walked past Kitsune, Tomura passed on the hero's right side and withdrew his left hand in order to place it on the shoulder of his newfound savior.
Tomura intended to Decay Kitsune without much of a stuggle as soon as he closed the 5 meter distance.
