Tomura vs Kid Buu
Type:
Solo
Location: Streets of District Zero
Terrain: Street with Buildings to either sides 7 meters away.
Range: 5 meters
Time Limit: 2 Days

As the crowd cleared it was only Buu and the strange man left outside the collapsed building, the man staring at Buu as he continued to lap at his ice cream, only half watching in return as his attention was diverted to the tasty treat. Slowly the corners of Buu's mouth turned down before he opened his jaw wider than what is humanly possible, almost grotesquely so, and dropped the whole cone inside, crunching it.

Now fully turning his attention to the stranger Buu's mass would shift and undulate, his ire drawn as he didn't like the look he was receiving. His mass shifting down to his legs and thickening them, he met the strangers eyes and grinned wide. He held his hand out to the side and from it a globule of his mass began to droop down and form into a small ball. Buu swung his arm, launching the goo at the mans face, attempting to stop him from staring as it covered his head.

Quirk Name: Majinn
Quirk Type: Quirk Singularity
Quirk SubClass: Mutant
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Immunity" Keyword in Regards to Blunt | Explosive | Concussive | Cut | Slashing | Piercing Related Damage and Status Effects. This Parent Raises the Human Caps On the Power, Agility, and Defense Attributes by Two Benchmarks. Grants the "Replenish" Keyword to the Anatomy.
Description: Each passing generation, Quirks are continuing to mesh which results in complex powers. Formerly known as a theory, quirks are this nature are reality despite being extremely rare. In the case of Majinn, the character was born with an abnormal physiology considering its composed of a viscous almost liquid like substance. This not only allows an incredible amount of control over the physique, but various abilities associated with the aqueous like nature has been gifted to the character.

Quirk Breakdown: Due to the abnormal aqueous form, the character has been granted an incredible control over their anatomy. Akin to malleable material, the character can ( at will ) stretch – bend – and reshape their entire body. Because of the malleable composition, the character lacks traditional human physiology which has granted the ”Immunity” keyword against Blunt | Explosive | Concussive related Damage. This immunity also extends to the Inherent Status Effect associated with those types of damage.

The Degree of Control over the Body Depends on the Character’s Power Attribute. Each Point in the Attribute Allows the Character to Stretch their Anatomy Three [3] Meters Forward or Diameter. This ability can be utilized without Style Techniques, via Spending the Appropriate Battle Card: Attack Card when assaulting | Block Card when defending | Support Card when doing neither.
Due to the abnormal viscous ( almost liquid like substance ) anatomy, the character can willing separate any portion of the body ( or be forcefully subjected to it by opposing sources ) and remain unharmed. An interesting ability, the character retains the will over these dismembered limbs with great accuracy. The speed of these limbs will be determined by the Agility Attribute belonging to the character, but each separated body part will split the total points allocated in the Power Attribute as evenly as possible. Because of the viscous composition, the character lacks traditional human physiology which has granted the ”Immunity” keyword against Cuts | Slashes | Piercing related Damage. This immunity also extends to the Inherent Status Effects associated with those types of damage.

The Control over Severed Body Part(s) Depends on the Character’s Dexterity. The character can only maintain and track a number of severed body parts based on their Target Tracking Clause. The range the character can maintain this control depends on the distance of accuracy, which is also explained in the Dexterity Attribute instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling. The character must be careful because maintaining and tracking their projectiles constitutes that they are tracking targets.
Due to the immunities expressed above, the anatomy of the character is virtually safe from all traditional damage and associated status effects. Due to the complexity of the Quirk, the character possesses one more prominent ability. Due to the composition of the body, the character can exhaust the Stamina Pool to hasten the regeneration process of the body. This regen can produce more body mass, should any region of the body undergo complete destruction. Due to this regenerative ability, the character is granted the ”Replenish” keyword which can trigger by spending Stamina.

Whenever damage has been sustained, the character can choose to spend Ten [10] Stamina Points and One [1] Support Card to restore Two [2] Points. Whenever the character wants to regenerate missing body portions, Fifteen [15] Stamina Points and Two [2] Support Cards is required. Whenever the character wants to regenerate half ( or over ) the anatomy, Twenty [20] Stamina Points and Three [3] Support Card to restore the entire body – this process requiring Two [2] Turns for the process to complete.
Quirk Drawback(s): Despite the abnormal characteristics of anatomy, it still retains the human organ – muscular – skeletal systems. As such, the character is not immune to Status Effects or Abilities that negative inflict the character via targeting those systems ( this vulnerability is nullified should said abilities involve the immunities discussed above ). In fact, the character has become more vulnerable to inflictions induced by Status Effects, evident that the duration is not only doubled but the numerical values are also doubled.

Lastly, there are certain restrictions to the character’s body despite its abnormity. For example, whenever the character willingly splits their body part then the total health pool is also split. During separation, the character can determine how much health is applied to that body part but should they undergo forceful severing – then each separated part will split the health pool as evenly as possible. Except the torso and/or head will retain the most health points.

Name: Kai Kai
Quirk Name: Majinn
Type: Support
Rank: E | G | A
Scale: Self
Description: The character will alter their body, shifting their mass to better assist their needs. For example, they could shift more mass into their arms for increased strength or legs for increased speed. They could produce more mass to be displaced throughout the body, increasing this natural protection.

Note: Whenever the Character is shifting mass to produce the intended boost, they must declare what region the mass is coming from. This means in the circumstance the character shifts mass from the arms to the legs, then the legs will experience strengthening while the arms are weakened. This is represented by the Agility being raised while Power is lowered.
Tomura stood looking at Kid Buu with his arms held out inviting the guy to join him. He had found his suspect finally, the same pink matter that was in the taxi was now dripping from guy's body. A wide grinning smile began to brim on Tomura's face behind "Father", he was excited to see exactly what type of Quirk was at Kid Buu's disposal. Would this guy be a good enough candidate?

"Let's see what kind of Quirk you got there!" Tomura yelled as he would duck low enough to move below the mass aimed for his head and quickly advance forward directly towards Kid Buu. Tomura held his hands out to the side ready to use his own Quirk to protect himself. He couldn't wait to test the limits of his opponent, hoping he wouldn't completely eradicate a potential ally before then. Tomura would move to quickly close the distance, in doing so hoping to force his opponent into reacting as Tomura would quickly close the distance to assault his opponent.

Quirk Name: Decay
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk SubClass: Touch
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Absolute" Keyword to the Decay Process. Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not possess Style Techniques. Grants the "Free Use" Keyword to Decay, which allows Battle Cards to be Spent without Style Techniques Attached. Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not posses Style Techniques.
Description: This grants the character the ability to reduce any susceptible targets they touch to nothingness. The only requirement to activating the Quirk is touching solid targets [ these targets must be whole in structure and not grainy | loose ] with all five of their fingers. Whether the target is sentient or not, the power will work without fail should that requirement be satisfied. The speed of the reduction varies based on the size of the target, nonetheless if contact is maintained long enough – the target will crumble into nothing.

Quirk Breakdown & Drawbacks:

~ At Basic Control, the destruction process differs due to the various dimensions a target can consist of. Targets with a dimension that is more than Four [4] Meters in diameter will require Two [2] Turns of constant contact ( Any Target Lower is Decayed Instantly ). Any dimension that is more than Six [6] Meters in diameter will require Three [3] Turns of constant contact. Any dimension that is more than Eight [8] Meters Meters in diameter will require Four [4] Turns of constant contact. Any dimension above Eight [8] Meters Meters in diameter will require Five [5] Turns of constant contact.

~ When activating Decay to destroy susceptible targets, it requires One [1] Attack Card is Spent. When activating Decay to neutralize disadvantaging situations, it requires One [1] Support Card is Spent. When activating Decay to defend against oncoming danger, it will require One [1] Block Card is Spent. The effects of the Decay Quirk are centered on primary targets, therefore will not extend to secondary targets. For instance, should one choose to decay the ground then that doesn’t render those standing above it decayed as well.

  • Whenever Liberation is Worn, the Lunatic Persona is Replaced by the Cunning Persona
Costume Description: This costume features fourteen embalmed hands, all positioned so that they are holding onto the wearer at different parts of their body. These hands were taken from dead individuals and embalmed by a doctor who gave them a zombie-like grayish blue color and are attached to bases sporting a golden box. The most important hand, which often is the one covering Tomura’s face, is the left hand belonging to his father. Referred to as father, this one is connected to another hand referred as mother which is placed on his neck. For the rest of the outfit, Tomura wears regular black clothes ( bar the jacket ), red tennis shoes, and a hooded leather coat.

After the stranger ducked under the pink mass that Buu threw at him, he ran forwards, quickly moving faster than Buu's eyes could follow. Buu reacted with his enhanced legs by moving to his left, away from the building, heedless of the traffic as it sped past. He attempted to orbit the mans original position, keeping the distance from that point the same while running. As he reacted, Buu swung his hand again and released another globule of his mass. This time it was 3m wide and at waist height, aimed to intercept the man should he come forwards in a frontal assault.

With Buu's attack already coming from the front the original split that he threw first would slither from behind the man, stretching and reaching for his legs as it attempted to follow his movements. It would attempt to tangle up his legs and encroach on him.

Tomura would continue towards Kid Buu, unrelenting in his pursuit of his opponent. As the pink mass neared, Tomura would quickly destroy the mass with a single touch consisting of all 5 fingers as he swatted the mass away it turned to dust before Tomura's Quirk. As the other mass trailed after Tomura, he would continue to avoid it by altering his maneuvers to stay outside its range. As Tomura got within range of Buu, he would reach out with his hands catching his adversary by the arm and grasping tightly with all five of his fingers. Decay would soon spread through Kid Buu and would render him unable to continue the battle.

Buu would begin to laugh as his opponent turned his split into dust, perhaps he had some fangs afterall! In response Buu would focus on replenishing his body, beginning to regenerate the HP he had lost. The man continued to avoid the mass Buu had released earlier, dodging around it as it spread out and continued to pursue him. Buu decided to make this harder by dropping a mass from his leg as he continued to goad the man by keeping just out of his reach. This mass began to spread out forwards, Tomura now faced with a split approaching him from in front and behind. Buu continued to maintain the distance from him as much as possible, using Tomuras last know position as a reference point, where he dusted the split. Buu began to circle back around to the first split, leaving Tomura trapped between the two approaching masses.
