Piccolo stood 10 meters away from his foe. Watching him carefully as he begun his assault against the weak hero. Piccolo would swipe both his hand forwards sending 6 ki blasts towards his opponent whilst leaping backwards 6 meters. This created 3 orbs from each hand leaving 6 targets flying towards the opponent. Piccolo would then watch his opponent to see what their next course of action would be.

Description: Each passing generation, Quirks are continuing to mesh which results in complex powers. Formerly known as a theory, quirks are this nature are reality despite being extremely rare. In the case of Namekian, the character was born with an abnormal anatomy akin to mimicking plant physiology. This has not only altered the physiology to become primarily green with light – pink undertones but grants the character various abilities powered by the solar energy.

Quirk Breakdown: The character passively absorbs solar energy, even during circumstances when the Moon is towering the sky since the light from the sun is reflecting off the satellite, which empowers the various abilities granted to the character. Represented as the Solar Pool, this pool of energy functions identical to the Stamina Pool except that its reserved for Namekian related Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions only ( When utilizing these techniques, half the stamina amount required is replaced by the Solar Pool ). The Solar Pool is a separate pool of resources and is determined by halving the Stamina Pool:

Growth Acceleration: Due to the plant-like physiology, the character has been granted an incredible control over their anatomy. Because of ability to use the solar energy, the character can focus it on the cells responsible for anatomy growth which allows them to not only grow any body part to abnormal lengths but their entire body to high propositions. The degree of control over the body depends on the Power Attribute. Each Point in the Attribute Allows the Character to Grow their Anatomy Three [3] Meters ( whether its radius | width | height - body proposition ).​
Passive Regeneration: Due to the plant-like physiology, the character has been granted an incredible healing factor. Considering that the character is passively absorbing solar energy, the physique is constantly restoring itself which serves to keep the anatomy near peak condition. This passively restoration is represented by the character constantly regaining Four [4] Points in the Solar Pool, which also causes the Stamina Pool to regain Two [2] Points.​
Active Regeneration: The character can focus the solar energy absorb to prioritize strengthening the healing factor. This allows the character to restore Damage Points or Attribute Points instead of the Stamina or Solar Points. Whenever an infliction occurs, the character can choose to spend Ten [10] Stamina and Solar Points ( and One [1] Support Card ) to restore Two [2] Points ( Damage or Attribute ). Whenever the character wants to regenerate missing body portions, Fifteen [15] Stamina and Solar Points and Two [2] Support Cards is required.​
Solar Release: The most prominent ability is the option to concentrate the Solar Energy and then release it in the forms of beams or blasts. The most taxing ability within the Namekian arsenal, but the power with this usage turns the tactic into a double edge sword. The solar energy released is concentrated enough to adopt laser like forms, thus grants the Solar Related Techniques a Bonus One [1] Point in Projectile Speed. The damage behind the solar beams depends on the amount of Solar Points spent ( Five [5] Points Equal One [1] Damage Point ), however each beam can inflict the Inherent Status Effect related to Burns.​

Quirk Drawback(s): Despite the plant-like physiology, it still retains the human organ – muscular – skeletal systems. As such, the character is not immune to Status Effects or Abilities that negatively inflict the character via targeting those systems. The character has become more vulnerable to inflictions induced by Status Effects, evident that the duration is not only doubled but the numerical values are also doubled.

As a byproduct of using this move, If the user increased the size of their body as a whole all solar related techniques increase in size ( by 1 meters ) per benchmark ( 3 meters ) met.

The costume consists of a hardened lightweight Kevlar plates and micro-metal infused fiber. The costume’s luxury beret and Pyer Moss goggles are add-ons inspired by the design of Black Panther party members, allowing the wearer to freely swivel and move his neck without moving the rest of his upper torso and look fashionable while doing so. The armor is coated with a highly water resistant black for camouflage and, more importantly, to help Blackmayne in case he falls into water. Modelled after the Black Panther Party, the costume is a mixture of militant pro black soldier and street thug, meaning while he has military grade equipment – he also has the cleanest charcoal black Jordan 6s on his feet ( just in case he has to dunk on a villain in the name of justice ). The character’s gloves contain hardened brass knuckles with a conductive alloy and energy processor to allow it to run electric currents through it, acting like stun guns thus can inflict the status effect associated with the mention of stunning. When updating his costume, Blackmayne crafted a magnetic mechanical grappling gun into his arm guards. With a retractable thin strong metal wire of 20 meters, the Black Getting Round A Playa's Place Legit Easily, or the BlackGRAPPLE is able to attach to any surface by use of the hook's flytrap like attachment, digging it's sharp claws into any surface the user aims at. The user can make use of this hook to dodge attacks quickly or stay elevated above the ground. The hook reaches a maximum of Twelve [12] Meters.

  • Whenever a Canister emits the toxin, it will linger for three turns. Repeated exposure ( or remaining inside the toxin for consecutive turns ) will reduce the time it takes for the status effect to trigger.
  • Whenever multiple Canisters emit toxin within the same vicinity, the range that is effected will combine - potentially allowing for fifteen meters in diameter to become toxin. Setting One [1] Canister requires 1 Support Card.
Gadget Description: The BlackGAS Gadget was developed by the Lawrence Jackson, whom is a thriving inventor for the Department of Support. This gadget exists as a one meter large metal and lead canister referred to as the Black Gas Assassinating Shit. These canisters spew a thick green gas near impossible to see through with ordinary items. Built with detectors capable of tracking vibrations near ( only after being set ), anything that moves within Three [3] Meters of canisters will trigger it to release a Five [5] Meter Diameter of Gas. Once inflicted by the toxin, the opponent(s) will begin experiencing the adverse effects after three turns of exposure.




Blackmayne was standing in an orthodox stance with his left hand and leg positioned further behind him when the giant asparagus in front of him retorted back.

"So I'm going to have to push my 1PM back an hour or so," Blackmayne mumbled, annoyed they had to do this the hard way now. He hadn't even woke up good and he had to deal with the Martian Manhunter going rogue. Though he thought he could allow a Hero in training to deal with this and get some field experience, the image of the injured black man he helped in the streets came to mind and he knew he couldn't allow this monstrosity to continue to roam free.

It was for this reason when his opponent immediately attacked after speaking, launching several giant bursts of energy. Blackmayne's eyes narrowed as he watched the energy while preparing his grappling gun. It was some form of golden yellow energy spheres descending down towards him, more than he could keep up with, he noted. Not one to be fearful and thinking quickly, aimed his hand at one of the destroyed buildings slightly behind him and to his right, pointing at a spot 6 meters away from him and 7 meters high as he fired a thin coiled rope at it. Since he has noticed the size of the orbs to be under 5 meters and traveling as fast as he himself could move as well as how the orbs he could track all were coming down towards his positioning, he realized he could evade all of them - even the ones he couldn't keep up with - because they traveled a predictable pattern. By time they would impact his original position, he would already be safely traveling through the air via grappling wire.

"Doesn't seem the brute is too bright, maybe the giant bright energy balls are overcompensating," Blackmayne said as he swung, still keeping the man in his sight.

Antagonizing the Martian Manhunter while landing atop the platform, Blackmayne began to devise several plans as he grabbed a gun and switched the firing mode to Single Burst Mode and fired shot at the giant's thighs. From what he could see so far, Starving Hulk could attack from a distance so he needed to be more cautious before moving in and scope the scene out better than a suspicious sister going through her man's FB likes.

"So you come here often, or did you just have a sudden craving for charcoal size 11 6's up your ass?"

"So I'm going to have to push my 1PM back an hour or so," Blackmayne mumbled, annoyed they had to do this the hard way now. He hadn't even woke up good and he had to deal with the Martian Manhunter going rogue. Though he thought he could allow a Hero in training to deal with this and get some field experience, the image of the injured black man he helped in the streets came to mind and he knew he couldn't allow this monstrosity to continue to roam free.

It was for this reason when his opponent immediately attacked after speaking, launching several giant bursts of energy. Blackmayne's eyes narrowed as he watched the energy while preparing his grappling gun. It was some form of golden yellow energy spheres descending down towards him, more than he could keep up with, he noted. Not one to be fearful and thinking quickly, aimed his hand at one of the destroyed buildings slightly behind him and to his right, pointing at a spot 6 meters away from him and 7 meters high as he fired a thin coiled rope at it. Since he has noticed the size of the orbs to be under 5 meters and traveling as fast as he himself could move as well as how the orbs he could track all were coming down towards his positioning, he realized he could evade all of them - even the ones he couldn't keep up with - because they traveled a predictable pattern. By time they would impact his original position, he would already be safely traveling through the air via grappling wire.

"Doesn't seem the brute is too bright, maybe the giant bright energy balls are overcompensating," Blackmayne said as he swung, still keeping the man in his sight.

Antagonizing the Martian Manhunter while landing atop the platform, Blackmayne began to devise several plans as he grabbed a gun and switched the firing mode to Single Burst Mode and fired shot at the giant's thighs. From what he could see so far, Starving Hulk could attack from a distance so he needed to be more cautious before moving in and scope the scene out better than a suspicious sister going through her man's FB likes.

"So you come here often, or did you just have a sudden craving for charcoal size 11 6's up your ass?"

Piccolo's arms while at the size of 31 ft, reach outwards approx 5 meters
The basis of your quote seemingly relies on these dimensions you stated where you would be a stationary target. However, I want to point out that nowhere did you mention that your arms were made to be 5 Meters. In addition, you stated in your move

"Piccolo would swipe both his hand forwards sending 6 ki blasts towards his opponent whilst leaping backwards 6 meters. "

To show that you would shoot the ki blasts in quick succession while you jumped upwards and back. You state that you swipe your hands forward to send the ki blasts. Given that you didn't say otherwise, I think its reasonable to say that your arms would start relatively close to your sides either way. They certainly wouldn't be fully extended as you release the Ki blasts, which is what would give you the 5 meter "head start" you'd have had if you released the blasts while stationary from said extended arm. As you did not state the height at which you jumped to achieve this backwards movement, it is determined to be the max height according to your PWR, which is 6. Meaning that your character is jumping to achieve a 6 meter apex before landing 6 meters back.

This alone breaks much of the math in your proposal as it was stated. Therefore, I'm ruling that LoK's counter is valid and that he would have the time to grapple where he needed to go before the blasts got to him, being pulled away as they approach.

Piccolo had sent out his attack towards the man. However immediately after he did so he noticed his opponent had launched some sort of grappling hook towards a building behind him and towards his right which would be piccolo's left. Piccolo saw this as his moment to recharge. The building the man was aiming to hook onto was a lone building meaning all the buildings within close proximity were reduced to rubble and would not be provided must use. As well as most of the buildings on the adjacent side of the street were also partially reduced to nothing. Leaving the only other buildings that weren't fully destroyed would stick out without much cover. The Man had shot his grappling device at the building, Piccolo would then move back by lunging 3 meters but slightly to the left by 2 meters

Blackmayne had escaped the range of the blasts with ease, though the ensuing explosion of debris and smoke followed soon after he landed. A smoke screen, it provided some adaquent cover as he plotted his next movement. Blackmayne's mind replayed the events as he broke down his visibility. The elevated position, number and size of the blasts would have made him harder to keep up with since the attacks would block Blackmayne from the Thinning Hulk, not to mention his own movement would make it harder to see. The attacks colliding into the earth to cause steam, smoke and debris to burst up would provide more smoke to make accurately seeing him harder. However, Blackmayne could also barely see the man. He knew so far that whatever the man's ability was, it allowed him to be several meters tall and create ranged attacks. He crafted a quick theory and gameplan to exploit it. He also saw the man retreating in his distance after Blackmayne landed atop the destroyed building, possibly to try to get some range advantage. That likely meant the man primary form of fighting was from range. That's another theory Blackmayne made a plan for as he watched.

Thinking of his next assault, Blackmayne looked around to take note of things near him. The buildingsnin close proximity were all destroyed and reduced to rubble, which gave Blackmayne ground cover due to all the debris and rubble piling up from the several meter tall buildings. He estimated it to be roughly 2-3 meters tall worth of debris. More than 15 meters to his side, more buildings stood partially destroyed, standing miraculously untouched as well as almost every building across the street and on the streets adjacent as well since the building Blackmayne chose happened to be on the corner of an intersection. Blackmayne face frowned puzzled, perhaps the walking broccoli power was unaltered if he could send out that many blasts yet only destroy a few targets while rampaging.

"That or he really hated this one specific 15 meter area," Blackmayne mumbled. Perhaps the building had yold him no green people were allowed. Blackmayne almost felt bad for the man; he knew what is was like for society to not accept him for multiple reasons. Perhaps after he jailed him, he could help him find a work release program and help legislation be passed that would allow him to have more rights.

"Don't worry Slimfast Shrek. We'll get you the help you need soon, but you still about to get yo ass beat! Interrupting my day and shit! Boy, you got some nerve. "

Blackmayne knew what he was gonna do now, hopping off the opposite side of the building as his grapple gun was still attached and he descended safely down the building without fear of landing poorly. After landing, he detached the cord and moved towards 5 meters towards the man. He kept retreating but Blackmayne carried little for his cowardice. "Up close, running, airborne, whatever. Just know you getting these hands, Beast Boy."

As the Man facing Piccolo safely evaded the attack. Piccolo smirked the knowledge of knowing that this wasn't gonna be a boring fight popped up in his head. Prior to Jumping back Piccolo had noticed that the man had not only left his safe space but he entered danger once again by advancing closer to Piccolo.
