Kitsune vs Kid Type: Solo Location: Venice Terrain: The open street of Venice, outside of a casino ravaged by Kid. The street is to my left and your right. Some cars and fleeing/terrified residents are out and about around the area. Range: 7 Meters Time Limit: 3 |
"The Hero Agency is finally letting their runts out to play, it seems."
Kid scoffed at the hero, amused by the conviction behind the declaration of Kid's defeat.
"I've never heard of you though. I guess once I've killed you, they'll finally start sending out the real worms."
Kid hunched himself rather low immediately after speaking and dashed forward two meters, keeping his eyes on the hero as he moved. Once within five meters of Kitsune, he brushed his fingers against the road. Under the influence of the villain’s Quirk, the ground rapidly shifted. Several spikes, four in total, shot from the ground to the sides and in front of Kitsune. Originating a meter away, the spikes were aimed to pierce through both of his thighs and shoulders, immobilizing him while dealing damage.
Quirk Name: Overhaul
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk SubClass: Touch
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Absolute" Keyword to the Overhaul Process. Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not require Style Techniques. Grants the "Free Use" Keyword to Overhaul, which allows Battle Cards to be Spent without Style Techniques Attached.
Description: This grants the character to disassemble and reassemble targets [ these targets must be whole in structure and not grainy | loose ] with their bare hands. The reassembling and disassembling occurs instantly, allowing the character to deconstruct or reconstruct the susceptible targets. The power has no boundaries between the living and non-living, although the basic control of this Quirk prevents the character from reconstructing sentient targets due to their complexity in design.
Quirk Breakdown & Drawbacks:
~ The character can choose how much the susceptible target is deconstructed or reconstructed, as well determine the new shape and form the target will possess once reconstructed. The most prominent aspect about utilizing this power is condition required, which is that the character only needs one finger to make contact. The effective zone of manipulation can reach Ten [10] Meters in Diameter. The effects of Overhaul is centered on primary targets and does not extend to secondary targets. This means, should the character overhaul the ground – a target standing above it will not be susceptible to the effects of the Quirk.
~ When activating Overhaul to deconstruct susceptible targets, it requires One [1] Attack | Block | Support Card is spent. Reconstructing susceptible targets requires that the deconstruction process has already occurred, unless the target has been disassembled beforehand, which would require a Support Card. When performing Free-Form Actions, the character can only overhaul an accumulative of Ten [10] Meters. This means the character cannot create a target(s) that exceeds ten meters and in the situation of multiple targets being made, each one has to be a minimum of One [1] Meter.
