Hashirama Senju vs Avatar Kyoshi Type: Solo? Location: Dell Avenue in Venice Terrain: Picture Included Range: 10m Time Limit: 48 Hours |
Kyoshi's morning started off pretty great. Well rested, balanced breakfast; her large body full of energy as she got ready for the day. The young heroine suited up and began to head to the agency, but not Valhalla. Today, she would be heading to the Artisan agency in Venice! A couple of her class mates were members there, and with Ougi's betrayal, the locals were a bit...rowdy to say the least. While Kyoshi had no jurisdiction there, she decided to go help out anyways because who would stop a licensed hero from doing their job? Mead Hall would surely forgive her, and the Artisan agency was in no position, and by Artisan she meant 'The Poet'. After letting a failure like Ougi in, in the first place. It definitely hurt Kyoshi that a former ally was capable of taking the life of an innocent man, let alone someone supposed to be under his protection. Things were hard right now. But regardless, healing takes time and effort. That effort is what Kyoshi planned on lending to the people of Venice.
One hour and thirty-five minutes.
Kyoshi would exit the final bus, the Thirty three and arrive at Venice way. The long cramped bus rides dampened her mood slightly, a seven foot woman trying to twist and contort while wearing her full costume is not an easy feat by any means. As she continued to walk to Artisan, the girl would hear a swarm of police sirens followed by gun fire in the distance.
"Looks like I'll be a little late for the meeting. Forgive me friends." Kyoshi spoke aloud to herself as she began to run towards the gunfire. Once she drew closer, the gunfire would stop and she would see various vines protruding from the ground. Immediately her experience would deduce the man they shot at produced these. This tells Kyoshi his quirk to some degree and gives rough idea of the scaling this man is capable of. After speaking with some of the officers, she would gain knowledge of the area the man headed to, the man's name, and a brief description of him. Without hesitation, she would form a platform of earth from the torn up battlefield and manipulate it to fly into the sky and scan the area for him.
From her platform, she could see a man that matched the profile. After a quick scan of the area with her eyes, she detected no civilians near the scene, thus allowing her to fight with no restraints if it came to that. She would descend and her platform would crumble once more as she stopped manipulating it. This man was either in luck, or very unfortunate. No civilians or officers were killed, and no major property damage was had. On the other hand, Kyoshi still felt great, and that was a problem for anyone not an ally of hers.
"Hashirama is it? I am The Avatar; A hero. I do not wish to fight you, however I will if I must. Come Peacefully, you're under arrest."

]Hashirama was running south on Dell Avenue at a superhuman pace. He thought he was already in the clear -- just one more bridge to walk over before he was out of the canal district -- but a descending woman suddenly blocked his path. Hashirama stopped and looked in awe as she dropped from a piece of floating rock and allowed it to crumble onto the bridge beneath her.
"Hashirama is it?" she said softly, prompting Hashirama's eyes to widen. He hadn't told the police his identity, had he? There was a chance they'd heard Madara call his name before they were ambushed but... perhaps the police knew more than they were initially letting on.
"I am The Avatar;" she continued, "A hero. I do not wish to fight you, however, I will if I must. Come peacefully, you're under arrest."
Hashirama's face shifted from a look of quiet shock to one of relaxed contentedness. It was rare to see a hero approach a situation with such a calm and collected demeanor, but he couldn't let his guard down simply because this woman was nice.
"It's nice to see a Hero who has some sense," Hashirama said, spreading his feet shoulder-width apart while lowering his stance slightly. "Sorry, but I can't allow you to take me into custody, at least not without defending myself first."
Quirk Name: Forest Sage
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk SubClass: Touch
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Collision" Keywords to Forest Sage Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions. Grants the "Free-Use" Keyword to Forest Sage, which allows Battle Cards to be Spent without Style Techniques Attached. Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not require Style Techniques.
Description: this ability allows the character to exchange their vitality via directing their life energy into any surfaces. ( The term Surface refers various sources that relate to earth-like in composition. These compositions must be non-sentient and lack electrical energy of Rank or Grade Quality coursing through it ). Implanting life energy into any surface not only allows the character sprout trees of various design and scaling, but perform telekinetic maneuvers with said trees. Although the abilities originate from the mind, all telekinetic abilities require physical cues such as performing arm and leg strikes ( thus Power Attribute determines Projectile Speed ). Because this Quirk stems from the vitality of the character, the power behind the sprouting trees depends on how much vitality the character wants to exhaust.
Quirk Breakdown:
The Character Must Exhaust Vitality. Whenever activating Style Techniques, the character can decide whatever amount of Stamina they want to exchange for damage. Spending Cards to use Forest Sage Related Style Technique or Free-Form Actions will not drain Stamina.
For Each Ten [10] Stamina Points, a One [1] Bonus Damage is Gained.
For Each Ten [10] Stamina Points, the Scale is Three [3] Meters in Length.
For Each Ten [10] Stamina Points, the Scale is One [1] Meter in Width.
Controlling the trees that sprout from the vitality exchange requires an incredible amount of physical fortitude alone because the weight and mass of the trees induces strain on the body. Because of the relationship between the character and trees being sprouted, the Collision Keyword is granted to related Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions. This keyword mandates that if the damage magnitude is equal ( or is equal in any other rubric ), then the character can overpower should their Defense and Intelligent Attribute afford enough sustain.
Controlling Multiple Tree Targets requires an incredible amount of mental fortitude because the mind is forced to multi-task, which is dependent on the Character's Dexterity. The character can only maintain and track a number of targets based on their Target Tracking Clause. The range the character can maintain this control depends on the distance of accuracy, which is also explained in the Dexterity Attribute instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling. The character must be careful because maintaining and tracking their projectiles constitutes that they are tracking targets.
Drawback(s): Due to the ”Free-Use” Keyword, the character can spend cards without Style Techniques to utilize the Forest Sage Quirk. In the situations that the character chooses to perform Free-Form Actions. When performing Free-Form Actions, the character can only sprout an Accumulative Five [5] Meters in Diameter of Trees. This means should the character sprout multiple trees, the scaling of all of them cannot exceed Five Meters in Diameter.
The trees are susceptible to sources that are Fire and Burn related. Whenever the trees are against sources that trigger the status effect associated with mentions of Fire or Flames, the additional damage becomes doubled instead of half the original damage. Whenever the trees are against sources that trigger the status effect associated with mentions of Burns, it nullifies the Collision keyword.
