Deidara would look at the man ahead of him in curiosity. Was he someone sent to apprehend Deidara since he stole from the rocks store? Or was he possibly an immigrant from Deidara's homeland? Or maybe just a random passerby? Well...either way Deidara was itching to make more art. Even though he hated that he had to use the rocks in his possession, it was an artistic sacrifice.

"Ah. Are you here for the art show? Well let me show you."

Deidara would grab 3 wads of clay from his clay bag with his right hand and activate his quirk to animate everything he had in both of his hands at the time. All three of the clay wads became owls each 1 meter in diameter in width (.2 in length) with anatomy on their backs similar to footholds and the eight rocks would become small birds the shape and appearance of blue jays (the small birds would be on Deidara's left and the owls would be on Deidara's right). Deidara would quickly get on the owl closest to him and while they all were looking at the person they would all (in the same position) fly backwards while at the same time also flying upwards (as if it was a 45 degree angle.) Once getting an adequate distance away (roughly 30 meters/putting Deidara and the individual 40 meters away total) he would send 4 of the small birds (the 4 birds are all about 1 meter away from each other as they travel in an horizontal line and they're at max speed) towards the man going downwards towards him at the same kind of angle they went up previously and immediately afterwards Deidara and remaining birds would start to circle around the opponent while maintaining the 40 meter distance (Deidara and the remaining birds would travel at 7 SPM as they are doing the circular motion). Once getting close enough to the opponent (roughly 5 meters) the four small birds would explode followed by Deidara saying,

"Katsu!!!! Careful...the price of my Art is...your life"

Quirk Name: Live Art
Quirk Type: Selective Breeding
Quirk SubClass: Range
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Hive Mind" Keyword to the Character and Live Art Related Creations. Grants the "Free-Use" to the Live Art Quirk, which allows Battle Cards to be Spent without Style Techniques Attached. Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not require Style Techniques.
Description: The manifestation of this power grants the character the ability to mold any target of solid nature ( except for sentient targets ) they touch into a various anatomy: such as animals, dolls, clones, etc. During this molding process, the character implants their own vitality within the target – although this results in a compression of energy that becomes volatile. This implant of vitality causes the molded targets to gain limited sentience due to gaining the abilities to talk, listen, and perform actions based on the creator’s mental commands ( much like a hive mind ). The dangerous ability is when the energy starts to un-compress, resulting in the molded targets swelling and violently bursting with destructive energy – like explosions.

Quirk Breakdown & Drawback(s):

~ The character can only mold targets of solid nature that are independent of the environment. This means susceptible targets cannot be a part of the ground nor attached to any surface or wall. The number of targets the character can implant their vitality into, maintain, and control depends on their Target Tracking Clause - Plus Three More. The range the character can maintain this control depends on the distance of accuracy, which is also explained in the Dexterity Attribute instead of the Style Technique’s Rank Scaling. The character must be careful because maintaining and tracking their projectiles constitutes that they are tracking targets.

~ While there is an endless diversity to the type of creatures the character can create, the creatures are categorized into main categories based on their volatile nature, which is determined by the amount of vitality implanted. Although the creations are allowed freedom in the attribute allocation, there is a limitation: each attribute must have one [1] point in each attribute. ( all creations lack the Technique Attribute | Intelligent | Defense attributes ). Live Art requires the character spends their own vitality, thus [ Stamina Points ] are exchanged for damage output. This exchange replaces the Standard Stamina Pool Reduction Rates discussed for Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions.

The Exchange Rate
For Each Five [5] Stamina Points, a One [1] Bonus Damage is Granted to Each Target Created.
For Each Five [5] Stamina Points, the Blast Zone is Increased by Two [2] Meters in Diameter.
For Each Ten [10] Stamina Points Exchanged, the Creatures Gain One [1] Point in the Power and Agility Attributes.

~ The creations that have vitality poured into them are extremely delicate, reason why each target possesses One [1] Health Point and Lack the Defense Attribute. Because the creations require command from the character ( due to the character being the central hub of authority ) they lack the Intelligent Attribute. This Quirk has granted the character the "Hive Mind" Keyword. This means the creations that the character can create will rely information to them, mentally. Despite tracking being focused on the targets, they each lend grant the creator more tracking capability ( Each Creation Lends 1 Target Tracking Ability ). The creations track Speed Movements determined by the Speed Movements the creator can track.

~ The explosive nature of this Quirk does not lack the possibility of harming the creator. They simply hold the power to implant their own vitality into targets, but the volatile nature of the energy can still decompress and damage them. Even though they retain the control when to decompress the targets, doing so does not benefit the creator. This control is reason why the character is granted the "Free-Use" keyword. When activating Live Art to assault targets, it requires One [1] Attack Card is Spent. When activating Live Art to defend against oncoming danger, it will require One [1] Block Card is Spent. Whenever the character simply wants to animate targets ( the number targets that can be animated depends on the Target Tracking Clause ), it will require One [1] Support. Whenever pouring vitality into the attack, the character can decide whatever amount of Stamina they want to exchange for damage. Spending Cards to use Live Art Related Style Technique or Free-Form Actions will not drain Stamina.

Note: Spending 80 stamina. Each Creature I created has 8 PWR and Agility. Each creature has 16 DMG. The 4 birds I sent would deal 64 DMG but due to the desperate trait the DMG is doubled making it 128 DMG. Spent 1 support card to animate my targets. Spent one attack card to attack with my quirk.

2 Counter Cards | 2 Attack Cards | 5 Block Cards | 2 Dodge Cards | 3 Support Cards.

Bazz B watched the man reach and grab a strange material. Suddenly a poof occurred (you spent a support card) and the wads of clay expended. As soon as that happened, Bazz would release a flame stream from the front of his outstretched foot towards the man. The stream of flame was 30 meters in diameter and length (my theoretical rank is at G-Rank plus aimless aggression). The stream was aimed directly at the person in front of Bazz, if hit, he would be set ablaze. The fire would light fire to the earth as it passed over it.

Quirk Name: The Heat
Quirk Type: Selective Breeding
Quirk Level: Range
Quirk Bonus: Grants the Heat Related Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions the "Condense" Keyword. Grants the Free Use Keyword to The Heat, which allows Battle Cards to be Spent without Style Techniques Attached. Grants the "Immunity" Keyword in regards to the Inherent Status Effect of the Following Mentions: Fire | Flames | Burning.
Description: The power manifested grants the character extraordinary, pyro-kinetic abilities that allow the production and manipulation of fire. The character can choose to produce the flames from any region on their body as well form those flames into various constructs. Due to the level of control over the flames, the character can perform various tactics regarding physical maneuvering. The most prominent ability afforded by this Quirk is the ability to mentally control the flames, granting an access of control most flame related powers lack. Whenever the character releases the flames or mentally controls the flames, their Projectile Speed is determined by the Power or Speed Attribute respectively.

Quirk Breakdown(s):

Because the character is capable mentally controlling the flames they produce, they are granted a unique interaction with them. This unique interaction is represented by the Condense Keyword, which allows the character to not only harness the flames but concentrate them into condense forms of fire. This concentration requires that the character subtracting from scaling of Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions to stockpile numerical value on the Speed and Damages Magnitudes. Below is an Excerpt Detailing the Rubric:

Scale & Stockpile Ratio:Five [5] Meter Reduction grants The Heat Related Style Techniques & Free-Form Actions 0.5 Bonus Damage Magnitude.
Ten [10] Meter Reduction grants The Heat Related Style Techniques & Free-Form Actions 0.5 Bonus Speed Magnitude.
Fifteen [15] Meter Reduction grants the Heat Related Style Techniques & Free-Form Actions are Granted the Penetrate Keyword.

Controlling multiple flame targets requires mental fortitude because of the mind is forced to multi-task, which is dependent on the Character’s Dexterity. The character can only maintain and track several targets based on their Target Tracking Clause. The range the character can maintain this control depends on the distance of accuracy, which is also explained in the Dexterity Attribute instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling. The character must be careful because maintaining and tracking their projectiles constitutes that they are tracking targets.

Quirk Restriction(s):

The intensity of the flames, the character will experience consequences for prolong flame productions. Managing the adverse consequences involves the Temperature Count System, which consists of a six-count scale that represents the state of the body. Every Two [2] Turns ( or Accumulative ) a Style Technique or Free-Form Action are performed and they are Gamma Rank ( or Delta Rank Theoretically ), the maker shifts along the six-count scale. The Character will begin each thread at the First Counter, which represents regular body temperature. The following consequences are compounding and conclude once the character has reached the Six Counter, which results in unconsciousness.

~ Whenever the Marker has shifted to the Second Counter, the temperature has elevated enough to begin causing signs of dehydration. These signs are represented via Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions require an Additional Two [2] Points of Stamina Drain.

~ Whenever the Marker has shifted to the Third Counter, the temperature has elevated to cause a case of dehydration. This dehydration is represented via Style Techniques and Free-Form Actions that are maintained drain Additional One [1] Stamina Point Per Turn.

~ Whenever the Marker has shifted to the Fourth Counter, the temperature has elevated to cause signs of overheating. These signs are represented via the Human Caps within the Attribute Layout are Reduced by One [1] Benchmark Per Turn Until Cool-Down has Occurred.

~ Whenever the Marker has shifted to the Fifth Counter, the temperature has elevated to cause a case of overheating. This overheating is represented via the Character's Attribute Layout is Reduced by One [1] Attribute Point Per Turn, this Excluding the Technique Attribute.

Due to the Free-Use Keyword, the character can spend cards without Style Techniques to utilize the The Heat Quirk. In regards to the manipulation of the flames, once the character has produced the flames, they can only manipulate an accumulative of [5] meters worth of fire. The fire the character can manipulate must be theirs, which means the character cannot manipulate any foreign sources of fire. The user must also needs physical ques when manipulating their fire.

Deidara watched as the man seemingly produced and shot a flame from their foot towards Deidara.

("Ah the fires of War. Beautiful!"), Deidara would think to himself.

Immediately reacting to the flame stream being released, Deidara would hop on the owl closest to him and they would all (in the same position and while Deidara and his birds were looking in the direction of his opponent) dodge by flying backwards while at the same time also flying upwards (as if it was a 45 degree angle.) Once getting an adequate distance away (roughly 30 meters/putting Deidara and the individual 40 meters away total) he would send 2 of the small birds (the 2 birds are all about 1 meter away from each other as they travel in an horizontal line) towards the man's direction, going downwards towards him at the same kind of angle they went up previously and immediately afterwards Deidara and remaining birds would start to circle around the opponent while maintaining the 40 meter distance. Once the birds got close enough in the direction of the opponent (about 7 meters) they would explode dealing devastating damage to the area.

BATTLE CHECK
Whenever I check Battles, I Break Down Each Section and then Generate the Outcome.

I want to begin by stating that this is completely pointless to introduce in a Battle Check. If you allowed such post to exist, then do not mention it for a check because the Staff cannot do anything about it. If you make no mention of it in the battle thread or in a check ( before posting to confirm the actions occur ) then don't mention it any turn later. You end the paragraph speaking about his new post continues with no mention of the hindrance? There will be no hindrance declared in this battle considering you allowed it once ( you interrupting his post after the animated objects are made does not suddenly retroactively establish a hindrance that was never solidified to begin with ).

You must be registered for see images

This point checks out awkwardly enough. The opponent goes as far to mention how wide and long the bird anatomy is, however does not account for how tall their character is - thus their foot size would prove to be some hindrance. Averagely the foot size for a 6'1" individual would be 11 Inches which converts to 27 CMs, thus 7 CMs is hanging off the bird. A foothold does not work if the foot is too big to fit, thus this should result in Deidara not being properly secured onto the bird.

Another problem is the width of the bird. In the circumstances that Deidara is secured, the body is not wide enough to allow the character to ride without causing issues for the bird. Either the wings are stepped on before they are spread out or parts of the wings are stepped on after stretching them. Regardless of which, the bird cannot properly fly ( which prevents the liftoff ) or Deidara would indeed be launched from the molding.

You must be registered for see images

This circumstance has spawned a new addition to the Free-Form Rules, however they will not be implemented into this battle. The misconception seems to be that your attack has only Fifteen [15] Meters of travel due to you saying the attack is Thirty [30] Meters in diameter. The opponent needs to read more carefully and see that you did not release an AoE, which would then mandate that your attack is 15 meters in radius, but rather released a projectile that possesses a diameter of 30 meters. There is no rule preventing this or regulating this until now, but once again that will be not be implemented in this fight for fairness.

You must be registered for see images

You are not wrong when you say Deidara cannot track himself because he is indeed moving at speeds he cannot track. You are not accounting that moving at these speeds does not blind you, rather it creates tunnel vision. This means in absurd circumstances the character that is moving too fast for them to track themselves can still see the target(s) they are focused on should they remain in line of sight ( straight ahead ).

Another issue you are not accounting for is the design of the Hive Mind keyword. The birds does not possess Dexterity however they allow the character to track additional targets. Now they rely on Deidara's tracking ability and are moving at speeds he cannot track, but he using them as an lens. Since they are lens, this means Deidara remains tunnel visioned even when looking through the world via his birds. The birds are moving straight towards you and you have yet to move, thus they can see you just fine ( you are in their line of sight despite them being tunneled vision ).

FINAL VERDICT
Considering that the foothold cannot be properly use, I would void everything that occurs afterward on the account the opponent behaved as if the mounting was successfully performed. It would make sense to me that if the mounting was not successfully performed, then Deidara would not continue forward with flight. Even if Deidara expressed doing so regardless of not being properly secured he would fall off or prevent the bird from taking flight.

All situations to me indicate that Deidara would never evade the attack and thus suffer One [1] Damage from the Flames since Deidara shaves Five Damage. Then the Bird(s) would explode since they are struck by the flames. This would result in an additional Fifty-Nine Damage being dealt since Sixty-Four Damage would be shaved by five damage. Deidara suffers Sixty Total Damage and is declared dead.

The explosion can reach Bazz because Eighty [80] Stamina Points were poured in which increased the blast zone to Thirty-Two [32] Meters in diameter which means the radius is Sixteen [16] Meters, thus Bazz has the opportunity to respond to defend or evade 64 Damage. The blast zone is instant however that will be edited and implemented after the battle.

Feel free to seek a second check if you do not agree with my verdict.

Bazz B had just fired a stream of fire at his adversary, the stream of fire had traveled about two and a half meters (you respond immediately to my fire) as Bazz B stuck his right arm out, expelling a flame the size of his hand which pushed Bazz backward. Bazz B had intended to go back about 10 meters before shooting upwards into the air to gain a good vantage point, but unbeknownst Bazz an explosion would occur. When Bazz's fire connected to his opponent an explosion would occur, reaching 16 meters outward in Bazz's direction. At this point, Bazz had already propelled himself 7.5 meters, meaning there was a total of 17.5 meters between the two. This would place Bazz was outside of the blast zone.

One support card used

My original fire stream and my bio are both moving at 6SPM. I move once it traveled two and a half meters meaning it has to travel 7.5 meters to hit Deidara, allowing me to move back 7.5 meters before the explosion occurs.

No need to use a dodge card as an attack had not been sent out yet. The attack itself is instant anyway so a dodge card is not applicable in this scenario.

TF Breakdown: Fire sent by Bazz>Botched evade by Deidara>I move>Explosion occurs.

BATTLE CHECK
Whenever I check Battles, I Break Down Each Section and then Generate the Outcome.

You must be registered for see images

Too Much Out-of-Character Knowledge is being applied into this section of the post. Bazz B is not dodging an explosion in-character considering he does not know one is coming. Framing it around the desire to reposition for the sake of an advantage point allows Alex to avoid Meta-Gaming. He showed no signs of doing such in the previous post, however this is a new post that is a continuation of the last post. He was allowed to behave before the flames struck you, does he is allowed to change anything that was not cemented in his first post. This re-positioning is definitely convenient but not Meta-Gaming.

You must be registered for see images

I personally would entertain that Bazz B is propelling himself improperly if there was a technique being used and the description claimed that the character used both hands. Because there is Free-Form in play, there is nothing declaring it only works or will work with the incorporation of two hands. There is nothing in the game declaring that one hand is not enough for propulsion and the logic of such concept is not absurd in my opinion. I think you may be accustomed to seeing such scene due to anime. The same sentiment is held for the size of the flames. The size of things does not always indicate the strength of the force being emitted, especially when the flames are powered by Six [6] Points in Power.

FINAL VERDICT
Bazz B has successfully escaped the explosion. The match has been declared over, Alex may submit for grading to receive rewards.

Feel free to seek a second check if you do not agree with my verdict.
