Tobirama is a sleeping beast. We can't forget about his water techs. The revealed OP abilities he has give him a run at Minato in the tier list.

I'm a little blown away right now, from the exploding seal technique to his efficiency with s/t tech.

From the abilities that have been shown.. Until Minato reveals his top secret technique.

IMO I would put Tobirama tied with Minato or above.

I don't mean to buy into the hype too early but, he is also the best suiton user.
