Look at it this way. Muta Aburame>Shino Aburame, Sasori captured and killed Muta. Sakura has the capacity to kill Sasori.

I agree with the list except I would put shino is chouji place I feel shino is actually quite amazing he just has not been given the chance to showcase his skills.

what?? the gifted geniuses of the 11 were sasuke neji and shino, he would wreck sakura with a swarm of hell locusts

Shino isn't a "genius". He's at that level of very good, but wasn't considered at the Sasuke/Neji level. When Lee was thinking about the strong fighters he wanted to fight in the chuunin exams he never thought of Shino. Same goes for when Sasuke when he was thinking about who he wanted to fight.
