I still havent gotten a answer to how kakashi was able to kami warp travel twice.

How is kakashi able to use the full ability of MS with one eye?

Seems like he can but we don't know to what extent. So far it only looks like he can teleport out of the dimension so for now, so that's all he will be accredited for.

He's done it before, when he and naruto BM clone were fighting obito(after the mask broke and after madara arived). Kurama even gave him some chakra.

It seems that with his MS, is able to teleport stuff, and himself as a whole. Idk if he can use the MS like obito. However, he can kamui himself. He was just waiting for him to recover and for his chakra to replenish as well.

He was waiting to regain his chakra so that he could warp back to the battlefield. He was able to send Naruto's rasengan and a kunai to the other dimension so this time he just sent himself.

I guessed he managed to Kamui himself out of it and he did see naruto and sasuke attack obito from obitos point of view so that might have been how he knew where to warp back to
