I just thought of something!
Madara died, but Orochimaru never actually did! Nobody could kill the damn m*th*rf*ck*ng bastard, so they had to seal him! xd :y
For me, that makes Orochimaru even more bad ass than Madara! :y xd

My vote goes to Tobi. Unlike Madara and Oro, he hasn't been killed or sealed. His motives are deeper than both and he's been working for longer than both too.
If my PC wasnt broken I would just slay right now, but ill just try with my ipod.

Nobody in the Naruto series is a better villain then the unstoppable Orochimaru.
Even after he "died" he was planning, the dude knew the ninja game. He was 100 steps ahead of the world. Knew everything, now hes back and gunna wreck. Hes using Sasuke as we speak.

i have to agree that oro is pretty bad but his strategy takes time to come into place. if oro had a month or even a couple of weeks to prepare to face mdra then he might win. but seriously if they were to go one on one right now madara would make oro shit in his pants then mop the floor with oro.

if oro had a months prep time to think something out then he might defeat madara
if they fight right now 1on1 then madara would have oro shit in his pants then mop the floor with him.(i like oro and madara the same, im just comparing). If your going to be a villian you have to be strong and as of right now oro is not even close to the strongext. naruto could beat oro with ease now

Orochimaru isn't the greatest villian and currently now a threat in the manga no longer. Madara and tobi are way more stronger than him n the greatest villian is madara uchiha cuz he plan things so far ahead. Currently is working on world domination n its looking like he is exceeding
