I don't see J-man getting caught in Jinton, so SM Jiraiya mid diff. I believe even base Jiraiya could take Onoki, but I'm not that knowledgeable on him so I'm down to be proven wrong.

Jiraiya mid-low difficulty. Jinton isn't getting prepped here with the speed and scale of Jiraiya, Ma, and Pa's attacks plus sage sensing. Wood Golems are a non factor in front of his immense firepower, and boss toads' leaping power can counter flight.
