He cant seal Tsunade if she increases her chakra level via byakugou seal, his other attacks are useless as well against two people, one being a regeneration user.

--Both tsunade and onoki are not evading amaterasu, the jutsus continous burning effect renders byakugou useless, and tsunade gets turned into a flaming fire ball consuming all the oxygen around her and making her unable to fight

--Jinton gets intercepted by either YM or amaterasu, and onoki resorting to use any of his dotons would lead him into getting cleaved in half by susanoo

Onoki would be taken out with Yasaka Magatama since he's a flying user - a power which evidently rivals Rasenshuriken (when it comes to damage and raw power, not the level of destruction).

Supposing that was not enough to take him out or wouldn't even touch him, Itachi would outlast Onoki, an old man with back problems, with his infinite stamina.

You underrate Tsunade's ability, Madara didn't genjutsu her for a reason, and she was right infront on him looking in his eyes.
And lets say he does Onnoki can kill him easily.
Tsunade is said to be on of the best hand to hand combat fighters, and Itachi is stupid he would never engage her directly. she is too strong, he would use all long range attacks, he can risk being hit by her, if you bring in speed, his only usage of that is fleeing. Also Tsunades reflexes are quite fast.

Itachi stomps both of them individually, low-diffs them together. The only hope they have is Jinton, and with full intel Itachi's smart enough to know that he has to take Onoki out first. For one thing, Tsunade is likely resistant to genjutsu (I can't recall exactly if she has shown any resistance, but Sakura has), but that doesn't mean all that much when Itachi has the rest of his arsenal on hand. So, he hits Onoki with Tsukuyomi and then deals with Tsunade with Amaterasu or Totsuka.

no reason to believe why it wont consume oxygen, when it ignites from wind just like any other flame

not to mention that itachi would aim it right at tsunades face, she isnt amputating that off unless she wants to die a quicker death

it dosen't ignite from wind though. Or should I say it burns through wind chakra the same way it would burn through fire chakra, or burn through ice. As far as scans go the burn rate is constant despite the burning material in question. Hence why I don't believe it would burn oxygen unless the target is oxygen, in the same vain as how it burned ice and only ice despite noodles being in Los, or how it burned through sasuke's katon and grew bigger.

bold is an inconclusive assumption.

her pain tolerance is quite high, and despite getting hit in the arm raikage didn't seem to be in pain.
