This website was intended to be useful for those at public internet locations such as libraries and internet cafes. And you can't blame a free website (may I remind you it's very tough to create such a product, not even mentioning that it's a website) for not having features that Adobe's software valued at hundreds of dollars has.

This website wouldn't be blocked in regular internet cafes. Why should it?

1) There's no profanity.
2) There's no nudity.
3) There's no hateful or misleading content.
4) There's no malicious software available on it.

plus not many features...like blending, channels...

This is a website. It's already godlike programming to have an image manipulation code online that allows your browser to function as visual editor. Saying that it's not useful since photoshop is more functional makes as much sense as stating that you're not going to buy a regular SUV because Formula 1 cars are faster anyways.
