Updates: Completion of Yang Release

I guess I'll go first.

XII passively activates her Chakra Sensing Technique, while in contact with the ground causing a stream of sentient sealing tags to merge with the ground undetectable by her opponent. The seals carry out a will of their own, continuously duplicating and travelling towards their target. As they travel they begin to fill the entirety of mid range. Once they are within reach distance of their opponent, like a viper in the grass, the tags latch on to Red Hood injecting him with Yang chakra, burning his Yin chakra away causing a imbalance that causes his muscles to tear and ache. Once the imbalance is triggered, the sealing effect of the tags take place, completely sealing away their targets Yin portion of his chakra.

Due to their sentience and innate abilities, the tags themselves share a mental link with XII herself allowing the tags to alert her of any retaliation attempts, the position of the enemy, etc through mental communication.

The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.

Description: The First Bacteriophage is a basic application of the capabilities of Mutagenesis. The user begins by making contact with an object or surface (including an opponent) and begins to spread the "virus" sealing tag onto the target. As per the nature of the virus, the sealing tags begin to rapidly duplicate and consume their target while injecting Yang chakra is injected into the object. As the Yang chakra injects it's chakra into the object, the Yang chakra begins to fill that object or target entirely. If the target is sentient and contains a chakra system, the sudden influx of Yang chakra radiating from the tags would cause an imbalance as the Yang energy eats way at the opponent's Yin energy, weakening their usage of Genjutsu, Dojutsu and other spiritual based techniques. This is normally felt as an intense burning sensation within the opponent's body as high levels of Yang Chakra fill their body. The large amount of Yang Energy causes the muscles of the opponent to begin to tear causing pain and soreness as their body as trouble containing the Yang Energy. This imbalance is detected by the Virus kanji itself activating the virus' fuuinjutsu effect. The kanji formula on the sealing tags activate, finishing the job of the Yang chakra and completely sealing away an opponent's Yin energy. Under these effects, the opponent is unable to use any spiritual techniques A rank and below for two turns. Due to the inherent ability of Mutagenesis, these seals can travel across surfaces while masked, blending into their surroundings, undetected until their target is reached. This effect can also be applied when these tags travel across weaponry in the user's possession, however the cloaking ends as the tags engulf their intended target.
Note: Can only be used three times per battle, with a two turn cool down in between usages

Jason would be standing in his basic battle stance. His pistols would be out and in his hands aimed down at the target. Awaiting the start of battle, he would suddenly be alerted via AutoDoc that his chakra system had been disturbed. His opponent had tried to sneak attack him. A cowardly and underhanded gesture. For that, Jason would have his Revenge.


Hantākirā - Hunter/Killer

Description: Hunter/Killer is a variant of the basic Mandalorian Armor, working in the exact same regard as the old armor, upgraded and outfitted with several new abilities for the higher ranks of Jason Todd. The helmet of the suit is built in with a place holder to interface with the canon medical gas mask. This suit is synthetically linked to the user's body and chakra system through its technology and is capable of mirroring the user's ability to harness Sage Mode for its benefit. For this reason it is able to safely produce and project all techniques as if it was the user's very own skin, and only takes damage when the user does. It has been built with multiple abilities to aid Jason in battle. The suit is skintight but thick and strong. When doing this it is able to use its medical gas mask attachment for the user to breathe. The looks of the suit are within the spoiler.

Predator: Hunter/Killer activates a powerful cloaking device infused within the suit that is capable of being charged to a different level through absorbing the user's sage chakra to increase it's ability. Under normal means, with the user out of sage mode, the device projects Natural Energy in a makeup similar to the "Hiding with Camoflauge Technique" . The effect of this is that the user is cloaked in such a way that he appears to blend in with the Natural Energy that naturally circulates the area, only being able to be sensed by those capable of perceiving Natural Energy. This effect lasts 3 turns and may be used twice per battle with a cooldown of 3 turns in between uses.

When the user is in Sage Mode, the users Sage chakra supercharges the Predator ability. Now the chakra projected by the device adds a secondary flow of chakra, similar to that found in "(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique" making it so that in addition to the previous effects, all sound will be removed from the user's physical actions including from use of weapons and ninja tools in short range of himself. The cost for this is that the chakra cost for maintaining Sage Mode doubles to 20 Chakra per turn due to the extra drain on the technique. This lasts for up to 4 turns each use.


SuperHuman: Hunter/Killer injects Jason with a cocktail of chemicals that increase his physical prowess allows him to use his physical abilities (such as running, jumping, sliding, etc) to avoid techniques up to 10 meters height and width. He may do this once per turn for the next 3 turns, but may only accompany this ability or use his chakra for another Tai/Ken Related technique or use a Weapon/Ninja Tool directly after using this ability granted by SuperHuman. He may reactivate Superhuman once every 2 turns, up to twice per battle. Using this ability takes up a moveslot.

AutoDoc: AutoDoc provides the user with a system known only to him that utilizes its own version of the passive "Diagnosis" medical skill. Due to this, the user is provided with a constant update of his chakra levels, health, and body in general, all on the level of the actual skill. This ability is passive

Mystic Touch: Hunter/Killer seems to simply be painted black, it is actually simply covered in various kanji that are so merged that they appear as black paint. By paying a moveslot and the chakra cost for the seal, the user may call forth the kanji and combine them so that they match the sealing script that any contact based sealing tag/scroll/Kanji based seal has onto any point on his limbs. He may also cause the kanji to appear upon any weapon he is holding by having the Kanji move up to the weapon. . This ability makes it so that the user has a much easier method of applying sealing tags and scripts to his targets, making it so that he may form these tags simultaneously with any Tai/Ken Related technique or Weapon/Ninja Tool usage. These seals (or the by products they produce in cases such of seals which release a substance that contacts its target) must still make contact with its target as normal to achieve their effect and the user must post the seal that is being formed.

(Fukushū) Revenge

Description: Revenge are a collection of autonomous nanobots inside of the user's body that run on their own extensive chakra batteries. These nanobots run constant scans of the user's body and are able to detect differences and changes within it and his chakra up to the milisecond due to this. These nanobots inhabit the user's entire body but are otherwise unnoticeable to most. They are capable of a few abilities due to their scanning ability as well as their ability to produce their own chakra. To fully aid the user, Revenge has been programmed with medical knowledge as well as the ability to produce and manipulate yang chakra for the purposes of the abilities below.

Scramble!! - Revenge is able to detect when the user's brain patterns have been affected, influenced, or read, whether it be by a genjutsu of some sort, a mind reading/altering technique, or otherwise. When this happens, Revenge is able to near instantly react in order to force the invading chakra out with their own equal influence of chakra in order to cancel it out. They are able to constantly produce and increase this chakra if need be for up to 3 turns, continuously in order to provide the user with a standing defense. Alternatively, they can do this in short bursts for 1 turn, up to 3 turns in total usage. They are able to utilize this ability to combat any amount of chakra if need be. This costs a move when used either way. When used for 3 turns in any case the user is unable to use this ability anymore


Antivirus- Should the user be afflicted with a sickness or status effect of some sort, whether that effects their chakra system negatively (being drained, restricted, or surprussed in any way) or their body itself (being forcefully restricted via seals, poisoned, irradiated etc), Revenge is able to utilize their medical knowledge as well as their chakra to aid the user. With their programming and yang chakra influence they are able to negate and eliminate such status effects and restore the user's body to it's best state, with each usage lasting for 2 turns. The user may use this thrice per battle, but with a 1 turn cooldown between the ending usage. This ability costs a moveslot to use and only effects non damaging or damage based status effects. As such it can't restore limbs or heal damage or anything like that.
The moment the virus had begun to enter Jason's chakra system, Revenge's Antivirus function would activate. It would negate and eliminate the seal/virus and its effect and continue running to protect Jason for 2 turns. At the same time, A curious occurrence would test the limits of the opponents capabilities.

Jason didn't know how you had attacked him without him noticing, but he would look to eliminate the chance of you directly attacking him at all by activating the Predator ability of Hunter/Killer. This would cause him to blend into the natural energy that naturally circulated the earth. Similar to Hiding in Camoflauge, both he and his weapons in would become invisible to you. Your sensing was no match for his technology.

However Jason being invisible still wouldn't matter as much as the flurry of 15 freeform bullets he would fire at the same time (alternating pistols rapidly). This would take place in the same timeframe as the above actions. Attached to the bullets were two Ordinance tags (Loud and Clear + Gotham Stars). These tags would activate the moment the first bullet emerged from the pistols, which would be invisible alongside Jason.

(Jūyōna pisutoru) Vital Pistols

Description:These pistols are engineered to be completely symbiotic with the user by using the user's technological knowledge, to the point where they are strengthen by the vitality of the user. These weapons are deeply connected to the user through the power of advanced biomechanical and genetic sciences. The user may fire freeform chakra bullets that move as fast as the average lightning jutsu. These bullets only do the damage of a normal kunai however, and these freeform bullets act to replace the use of the user's Kunai completely. The User may also release an S rank (80 Damage) Barrage of chakra bullets that cover a 6 meter span in width and height. This costs a move and can only used once per turn, 4 times per battle.

Vital Pistols can merge to form a single scoped rifle as well. This rifle can scope in up to 2 landmarks away (Long Range in battle). The user may shoot and fire a chakra bullet (S Rank/80 Damage) at the cost of a move up to 4 times a battle. By expending an additional moveslot when firing the rifle, the user can apply a seal onto the bullet via its Compensator ability that creates a barrier with the ability to prevent the detection of the bullets chakra by sensors and dojutsu users by disrupting its chakra signature and deflecting chakra away. This can be used twice with a 2 turn cooldown in between each shot. The user may use a supplementary ability/technique alongside the firing of the rifle.


Compensator:
This gun bears a seal that makes it so that any effects applied to the gun via sealing script are also applied to bullets fired from it so long as they cost a move. Placing a seal upon the gun will cause the bullet that comes out it to carry the same effects of the seal. This would be split across the bullets, meaning an A rank seal will its strength split up to 4 times. This ability is active and may be used simultaneously with another technique as this ability is supplementary. Up to 2 seals can be applied at one time with their effects applied to alternating bullets. Compensator can be used up to 3 times with a break of 2 turns in between use.


(Torishimari: Jōrei) Crackdown: Ordinance

Description: Similar to explosive tags, smoke bombs, and flash bombs for kunai. Ordinance can be applied without taking a slot in the timeframe or jutsu cap. This is due to this technique representing the application of common kunai accessories (smoke bomb, explosive tag, flash bomb, along with 1 modern type of accessory) to bullets fired from Vital Pistols, as these bullets are stated to replace the user’s kunai. The user simply forms a sealing tag onto the number of bullets he intends to use within Vital Pistols. This seal bares a kanji representing the type of ninja tool accessory being applied and seals itself onto the bullets, making this seal break up and form copies of the sealing tag all over the bullets used.Each variation of ordinance still counts and functions as only one seal however. Through the power of Advanced Fuinjutsu, the user is able to program functions into the timing of activation of the tags like that seen with normal explosive tags. This would be things such as whether they activate after a certain time period, after they reach a certain target, or upon contact with an opposing technique.

Explosive Rounds– These tags similar to that of the explosive tags have been improved and is capable of explosions that deal a total of 30 Damage whether the user fires one bullet or a lot more in the timeframe this is used in. These bullets are Capable of creating 2 meter area explosions. With this applied the user may use any technique within reason that utilizes paper bombs/explosive tags with the tags on these bullets.

Haze - This seal give the effect of creating bullets that may release smoke like regular smoke bombs as they travel. By using adv fuin, the user may manipulate the type smoke released. If the user coats the seal of the smoke bomb with a Poison, the seal is able to seal the chakra makeup of the substance into the smoke it releases. This would release smoke with the properties as the substance coating the seal to be released. However by using this feature, any usage limits, requirements, or drawbacks of the using the technique thats tied to that substance applies.

Gotham Stars- This gives the bullets the effect of a strong flash bomb, however the target(s) seeing flash actually triggers a seal similar in aspect to Medical Sealing Arts: Bloodline Sealing Technique. This seal makes it so that Dojutsu and any bloodline ability users will find that such traits ability to protect them against flashes of light has been sealed away. The blindness lasts 1 turn. The light is extremely strong and it is effective from mid range. The flash of light is the vessel for the seal, and the opponent seeing the light is the trigger, which activates the sealing effect on their eyes.

Loud and Clear - This seal is capable of unsealing a quick and very loud noise as when the user programs it to. The noise is the vessel for the seal, and the act of hearing the noise for the opponent triggers the activation of a seal that seals the target(s) hearing, and making it seem as if the bang had deafened them. This deafening lasts 1 turn.


Therefore you would nearly immediately be blinded and deafened as the flash of light and sound went off on the bullet, activating a seal that would seal your hearing and sight. This seal would be passively boosted in effectiveness by Dark Times and Resurrection of Sorcery


( Yumeton | Dākutaimuzu) - Dream Sand: Dark Times

Description: Dark Times is a dream sand infusion technique that focuses on infusing the Yumeton with different aspects of his aresnal.
A Rank- This infusion allows for the user to infuse his different elemental chakra with Yumeton's (Earth and Water) in ratio's that would layer them with Yumeton crystals. For water techniques, they would appear to glimmer with the white crystals of inert Dream Sand and gain cutting properties, while earth techniques would be encrusted with the inert crystals that gave it the same. This would cause both elements used to raise 1 rank/20 damage in effectiveness(does not change S/Ws). The user must perform 3 handseals when doing this effect and this may be done 4 times per battle, needing a 2 turn cooldown. This counts of a move but may be used simultaneous to another water or earth technique of course. This adds 10 chakra to the cost of a move

S Rank - This ability may be posted in the user's biography or at the start of battle so that he may start the battle with it prepped, and is a passive ability requiring chakra. The user may infuse his equipment (seals, clothing, weapons, kunai/kunai equivalent, etc) with Yumeton, giving these objects a shimmering look due to the white crystals influence within them. For defensive purposes, this gives anything coated basic C rank protection from physical damage. The user's weapons also gain the effect of being able to basically inject the opponent with a powerful dose of Dream Sand upon penetrating their skin or being inside of him in some way due to this coating(S-rank). The user's seal/kanji based techniques and abilities become enhanced with Yumeton and the usual Kanji material is replaced by a Kanji made of Dream Sand that is charged with more chakra and power than the original, thus allowing the seal to draw from a stronger source of chakra as well as being fortified by the dream sand crystals themselves. This allows sealing tags to be capable of dealing damage equal to it's rank when something makes contact with it . The addition of the Dream Sand kanji as a power source makes it so that techniques that fit this category raise in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage Points as well as requiring 10 more chakra to activate. This only works on Sealing based techniques up to A rank (Advanced Fuuin users are able to increase S-rank Fuuinjutsu techniques by +10 damage/chakra.) rank and only effects seal/scroll/kanji based techniques and abilities. This variation can be utilized three times per battle with a two-turn cooldown. While a seal under the effect of Dark Times is in play, this technique cannot be activated, the cooldown starting when the Fuuinjutsu it is adorned to becoming void. The effects of Dark Times lasts for as long as the seal it is adorned to does. The user cannot coat a weapon while Dark Times is used on a Fuuinjutsu and vice versa, nor can the S-rank version be used while the A-rank version is in play. No A-rank and above Yumeton techniques can be used in the same turn Dark Times is activated for either version.

Fuuinjutsu: Yomigaeri no Mikoyose) - Sealing Arts: Resurrection of Sorcery

Damage:N/A (-10 to the main two affinities of the user)
Description: This seal must be either stated in the user's bio or placed on him before battle. This seal is linked to the users two strongest elemental abilities and only seeks to make them weaker in order to increase the power of the users Sealing Arts. When passively activated it will drain the user's two main elemental affinities of 10 points of chakra and damage automatically every time they're used, storing it within itself, and making the users techniques using those affinities weaker until its deactivated. It's true purpose will be triggered whenever the user utilizes the art of Fuuinjutsu, it will convert and release this stored power into any Fuuinjutsu technique whenever it is used, filling the technique with the energy it took from the user's elemental prowess. This results in every Fuuinjutsu technique the user uses gaining +1 Rank (if they’re A-Rank or below). On the other side, the main two elemental affinities of the user will automatically lose 10 damage and chakra each when they are used. Elements which are a combination of both of the weakened elements will also be weakened in the same way. This lasts until deactivated.

These enhancements make it so that the seals that cover these 15 bullets do a total of A rank damage if they make contact with you. 7 of these bullets were exclusively aimed at your critical hit areas. If the seals make contact, they will deliver an S rank Dose of Dream Sand into your body. As Jason fired his first shot he would Leap into the air towards you. With his great strength he would leap 5 meters forward and 4 meters to his right. This would make it so that the flurry of expertly aimed bullets would come from a variety of angles and directions, as Jason would continue firing until just before he landed

However just before he landed he would activate Solo, activating a jetpack that would quickly carry him 10 meters into the air upwards.

Solo: The user is now able to form a chakra jetpack weapon enhancement onto Hunter/Killer he can activate at the cost of a moveslot (A rank 30 chakra). This may take him up to 20 meters in any direction he chooses at his current movement speed and may dislodge him or otherwise free him of hazards he's been trapped in such as Swamp of The Underworld up to A rank. He may also spend a move to "supercharge" this jetpack with another 20 chakra in order to blast in any direction with the power of the jetpack. This action can once per turn (every 2 turns, up to three times) can be used to increase the range of a non elemental tai or weapon based attack by 1 range and as such can be used in conjunction with them. The normal activation of the jetpack lasts 3 turns
Applied to this Solo/Hunter Killer would be a passively applied seal that would keep Solo active for as long as Jason wished

Fuuinjutsu: Baundoenchanto) - Sealing Arts: Bound Enchantment

Description: This seal may only be used on weapons that are in contact with the user. This seal may also be passively applied to the users weapons or formed onto a weapon the user is holding by expending a move. Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu , even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. Each turn the weapon will be able to be used as if the enhancement that was made on it was newly activated, so that they may block and attack with the weapon it was used on without breaking the freeform dodging/blocking rules.

Her assailants retaliation proved to be one cloaked in stealth as she lost sight of him with her chakra sensing and couldn't discern the origin of her blindness and deafness. As soon as the bright flash would occur, XII thought it would be best if she took the defensive for now and rotated her body in a way that caused a current of air to form around her into a dome in the shape of a pangolin. This would stop what ever attack her enemy put out from reaching her.

(Hachibushu: Karō no te ) - Eight Deva Guardians: Hands of Kalrow

Description: Hands of Kalrow is a Kinnara based Eight Deva Guardians technique. By quickly rotating their body, the user picks up a gust of air that begins to rotated itself around the user's body forming the shape of a Pangolin. Hands of Kalrow takes after the pengolin's ability to curl in on itself forming a ball to protect itself from predators. As a result, Hands of Kalrow can be generated in two ways: The Uncurled and Curled form. The Uncurled form resembles a normal pangolin with its body fully extended. The Curled form of Hands of Kalrow, generates the Pangolin in it's curled form with its tail tucked into it's body and its head curled into its mid section, revealing its' armored back, thus resulting in an Pangolin shaped orb around the user's body. The size of the Pangolin is variable for the usages of the technique, when made in its "uncurled" form, the Pangolin encompasses a 2m (W) x 2m (H) x4m (L) dimension. When formed in its "curled" form. the Pangolin encompasses a 3m x 3m x 3m space. Hands of Kalrow is normally used for quick defenses and assaults in close range situations, capable of shredding targets on contact while providing a quick defense. But soon after it's created and it's intended usage is complete, Hands of Kalrow disperses making it a technique that is not sustainable by the user, naturally. Hands of Kalrow can be used four times per battle with a two turn cooldown period in between usages.

Immediately after the collision, XII releases a fast travelling wave of ash that fills the battlefield, serving to not only block her opponent's vision of her as well as coat him in a layer of super heated ash to burn him. Simultaneously, she activates her chakra enhanced strength technique.

Description: The user focuses volcanic ash chakra into their lungs or into the pores of their body and releases it, spewing out a cloud of hot ash in all directions.The hot ash travels quickly into the surrounding area and moves away from the user. As the ash passes over obstacles it burns them, scorching the earth and anyone who stands in the way of the expanding cloud. The ash's heat is incredibly strong as it is in other volcanic ash jutsu. The heat of the ash is enough to evaporate up to B rank and below water jutsu. When in contact with a human, the ash not only burns their skin but solidifies on the opponent. The ash would pile on and petrify the target(s). Because this jutsu is omnidirectional, it can be used on many targets such as the shadow clone jutsu technique. As the cloud of volcanic ash begins to spread out, it functions like Hidden mist jutsu would. The ash is an extension of the user's chakra therefore Sharingan nor Rinnegan would not be able to see through it but Byakugan would. Because of the user's concealed position, it is easy to conceal a secondary jutsu behind the expanding cloud of ash. Once Jason witnessed his opponent blocking his shots with a mere twist, he was immediately curious as to how something so simple looking could be used with such force. He surmised that it could be possible there was some sort of weapon or technology that was aiding in their strength. He now sought to rule out that possibility. A mere moment before his uptempo opponent could use their ash technique, a Gallium barrier had immediately formed around their entire short range area. This was of course as a result of a flash of handseals from the airborne and invisible Red Hood, who would be flying in erratic patterns 10 meters above his target. He wouldn't simply be floating around however, and instead would be doing this in such a way (at top speed) that he ended up 8.5 meters behind the opponent and 3 meters off the ground.

This barrier stemmed from a seal that lay beneath the barrier that formed the kanji for "Eradicate", and would instantly assault the area inside of it with Gallium chakra. This chakra, equally as fast as the assault, would destroy any and all metal/metallic objects on and within the opponent. This included the plates of chakra metal in his hands and boots, body, and clothing, robbing him of his ability to use ZX Buster. This also included all SNT's, ninja tools, weapons, armor, etc. As the ash would be released immediately after the barrier formed, it would be for naught as the Gallium barrier would simply absorb any and all of the substance. Alongside this, he would create and passively activate a seal that bore the kanji for "Dream Sand" on his body


(Fuuin: Akuma to no dansu) - Sealing Technique: Dance With The Devil -Dream Sand

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body with the Kanji for a specific element. The seal can be passively activated in battle and it’s activation will restrict the user to a certain element (as well as the one’s it’s comprised of. In exchange for limiting the user to certain element(s), the user's techniques of the remaining elements will gain one rank and in the case of S-Ranks and above they will gain +20 damage. In the case of defensive and supplementary techniques, they will become capable of defending against techniques with 20 more damage points (only applies to S-Ranks and above). This counts as a passive boost rather than an active one due to the nature of the seal. To clearly illustrate the seal’s use in battle, if the user restricted themselves to Steel Release, they would still have access to Earth, Fire and any CE combinations of the aforementioned elements (elements that use solely earth, solely fire or Earth and Fire). Alternatively, the user can create the seal in the middle of a battle but this usage can only be used once. This usage is fast enough to be used in the same time-frame as the subsequent technique. Once activated, this technique lasts until canceled.

(Katon/Gariumu: Sangyō kakumei) Fire Release/Gallium Release: Industrial Revolution

Description:
BY increasing the ratio of fire chakra during the creation of Gallium techniques, the user will be able to create superheated Gallium that in addition to being stronger (being raised in effectiveness by 1 Rank/20 Damage due to the increase in heat and chakra) also causes a form of heat exhaustion to any opponent’s within short range of the techniques for 1 turn or more. This makes it so that opponents within short range of affected Gallium techniques lose ¼ of their tracking/reaction speed for the next 3 turns. An alternative use of this jutsu allows the user to activate it on an inert source of gallium leftover from other techniques. The leftover Gallium becomes a B rank tech in regards to damage and carries the same effects as the enhancement version of this technique. The alternate version of the ability allows reshaping and mental control over the gallium thanks to the user adding chakra back in to the inert source and reheating it to allow moulding.
This technique may be used 4 times per battle with a 2 turn cooldown in between and is triggered by the user performing 2 additional handseals alongside the end of the gallium technique used. This may be used in the same timeframe as Gallium techniques of course. Requires a single handseal to perform. Should the target remove themselves from the short-range of Gallium, their senses will return to normal after one turn.


(Fuinjutsu/Gariumu: Seisan shudan o tsukamu) Sealing Arts/Gallium Release: Seize The Means of Production

Description:
B Rank: The user may make the seal of confrontation seal and focuses their chakra to form a barrier bearing a silver kanji for the word “Destroy” around any number of metallic objects that are unranked/without chakra infusion or metallic objects (weapons, SNT’s, armor, etc) that are chakra infused/formed of chakra up to B rank and below (following Galliums S/W). This barrier forms instantly around the object(s) in question and assaults the object with Gallium chakra. Due to the nature of the element, the formation of this barrier will reduce the object to nothing as the Gallium consumes the metal completely. This may only be used on objects that the user is aware of and does no harm to the opponent themselves. The barrier is only as large as the object being targeted and can even be used on multiple weapons so long as they follow the aformentioned targeting rules and are up to B rank in strength. The user must wait atleast 1 turn between uses of this rank.


S Rank: The user makes 4 of handseals, the result of which forms a kanji for the word “Eradicate” beneath the opponent that immediately forms a (short range) sealing barrier around them made with Gallium chakra. Much like the B rank version, This barrier assaults the opponent with Gallium that will immediately eat any metallic objects (weapons, SNT’s, armor, etc) within the barrier, including any that the opponent may have hidden away on his person or otherwise in range, reducing them to nothing.This will not harm the opponent in any way unless they are Cyborgs in which case this move is capable of dealing 80 damage if they don’t escape or destroy the seal within the next timeframe rather then reducing them to nothing due to their inherently metallic nature, however it will still eat away any metal objects they have with them. As this is a non damaging sealing technique, this barrier is capable of absorbing and sealing away any chakra based techniques that hit it up to S F ("Dance With the Devil') rank (following Galliums S/W), meaning that is able to absorb up to A ("Dance With the Devil" + "Industrial Revolution") F rank earth techniques, any metal based techniques, and so on and so forth(S-rank techniques neutral to Gallium will cancel out with the barrier, destroying it). This technique is capable of being used on multiple opponents at once. This rank may be used twice per battle with a 3 turn cooldown in between. This barrier vanishes once it has destroyed all metallic weapons in range of it and otherwise lasts 2 turns. The user retains a degree of control over the barrier, being able to various sized holes within it to let attacks in.

As Jason was flying in this pattern, directly after the formation of the barrier, he would fire 12 freeform shots that would be aimed at your critical hit areas. The first of these would be applied with the "Loud and Clear" Ordinance tag, and all would be tagged with the "Explosive Round" tag. The Loud and Clear bang would go off the moment the bullet was fired and once again seal your hearing. The Gallium barrier would obscure your vision completely, but would be manipulated by Jason to open holes that are only big enough for the bullets to that are coming in to be let through before immediately closing. Due to Jason's flying (these shots would start when he was directly above you) these bullets would come from a variety of angles and places, including from behind you. The Explosive round these bullets were equipped with were boosted further by Resurrection of Sorcery and Ouranos' Gift, increasing the range of the explosion each round creates to 6 meters. the rounds are programmed to go off once they get within 2 meters of you



Fuuinjutsu: Yomigaeri no Mikoyose) - Sealing Arts: Resurrection of Sorcery

Description: This seal must be either stated in the user's bio or placed on him before battle. This seal is linked to the users two strongest elemental abilities and only seeks to make them weaker in order to increase the power of the users Sealing Arts. When passively activated it will drain the user's two main elemental affinities of 10 points of chakra and damage automatically every time they're used, storing it within itself, and making the users techniques using those affinities weaker until its deactivated. It's true purpose will be triggered whenever the user utilizes the art of Fuuinjutsu, it will convert and release this stored power into any Fuuinjutsu technique whenever it is used, filling the technique with the energy it took from the user's elemental prowess. This results in every Fuuinjutsu technique the user uses gaining +1 Rank (if they’re A-Rank or below). On the other side, the main two elemental affinities of the user will automatically lose 10 damage and chakra each when they are used. Elements which are a combination of both of the weakened elements will also be weakened in the same way. This lasts until deactivated.

Description:
Similar to explosive tags, smoke bombs, and flash bombs for kunai. Ordinance can be applied without taking a slot in the timeframe or jutsu cap. This is due to this technique representing the application of common kunai accessories (smoke bomb, explosive tag, flash bomb, along with 1 modern type of accessory) to bullets fired from Vital Pistols, as these bullets are stated to replace the user’s kunai. The user simply forms a sealing tag onto the number of bullets he intends to use within Vital Pistols. This seal bares a kanji representing the type of ninja tool accessory being applied and seals itself onto the bullets, making this seal break up and form copies of the sealing tag all over the bullets used.Each variation of ordinance still counts and functions as only one seal however. Through the power of Advanced Fuinjutsu, the user is able to program functions into the timing of activation of the tags like that seen with normal explosive tags. This would be things such as whether they activate after a certain time period, after they reach a certain target, or upon contact with an opposing technique.

Explosive Rounds– These tags similar to that of the explosive tags have been improved and is capable of explosions that deal a total of 30 Damage whether the user fires one bullet or a lot more in the timeframe this is used in. These bullets are Capable of creating 2 meter area explosions. With this applied the user may use any technique within reason that utilizes paper bombs/explosive tags with the tags on these bullets.


Haze - This seal give the effect of creating bullets that may release smoke like regular smoke bombs as they travel. By using adv fuin, the user may manipulate the type smoke released. If the user coats the seal of the smoke bomb with a Poison, the seal is able to seal the chakra makeup of the substance into the smoke it releases. This would release smoke with the properties as the substance coating the seal to be released. However by using this feature, any usage limits, requirements, or drawbacks of the using the technique thats tied to that substance applies.

Gotham Stars- This gives the bullets the effect of a strong flash bomb, however the target(s) seeing flash actually triggers a seal similar in aspect to Medical Sealing Arts: Bloodline Sealing Technique. This seal makes it so that Dojutsu and any bloodline ability users will find that such traits ability to protect them against flashes of light has been sealed away. The blindness lasts 1 turn. The light is extremely strong and it is effective from mid range. The flash of light is the vessel for the seal, and the opponent seeing the light is the trigger, which activates the sealing effect on their eyes.

Loud and Clear - This seal is capable of unsealing a quick and very loud noise as when the user programs it to. The noise is the vessel for the seal, and the act of hearing the noise for the opponent triggers the activation of a seal that seals the target(s) hearing, and making it seem as if the bang had deafened them. This deafening lasts 1 turn.



Wind/Sealing Technique: Ouranos' Gift| Fuuton/Fuuinjutsu: Ouranos' Houtei

Description: The user applies a sealing formula onto a paperbomb, infusing a small amount of wind chakra in it. While harmless on it's own, once the tag detonates, the burst of wind will feed the explosion, making a single tag as destructive as three, the norm being 10 damage. The seal is applied in short range, and seems to disappear afterwards. The secondary use of this seal is that, while activated, the user can, with a single handseal, release the seal, which will detonate the wind-powered tag, just like a normal tag, but, with the presence of the seal, the user is able to access it at any range, making it a perfect remote controlled bomb.

Immediately after XII drops her pangolin formation, a barrier erects around her made of super heated chakra, she could feel the heat from it yet she remained unphased by the development.

Two.

XII hastily made her way to the wall of the barrier, while instantly activating her Perfect Snake Sage Mode by converting 10% of her current chakra reserve(whatever that is) into Senjutsu chakra instantly. (Using her enhanced speed to close the gap). This would not only increase her inherent strength but allows her to perceive the world with even clearer "vision" than before allowing her to pick up on Red Hood's location. "That's where you were, huh?". Simultaneously as she activated Sage Mode, XII focused chakra into her left arm while gearing up her right arm for a strike to the barrier to destroy it. Due to her master of ZX Buster, her power would be unaffected and the boost in prowess given by Sage Mode would only add on to that.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to snake anatomy, Sage Art: Inorganic Reincarnation and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve.

( Hitonare Za Tora ) - Taming the Tiger

Description: A technique that focuses on overwhelming power and precision. Through careful breathing this technique allows the user to deliver several one knuckle punches in quick succession, each and every one striking the exact same spot on the target with devastating effect. This attack is capable of breaking through most conventional defenses.

At the same time that she strikes the barrier, which would lead to its immediate shattering and destruction on contact, XII rotates her fist as she moves it forward through the air releasing a powerful current of air in the shape of a flock of birds that race towards Jason to swarm and converge on him from all angles. These too would be enhanced by her immense power.

Description: Using the form of Yasha, the user focuses chakra into their arm and performs a rotating jab or uppercut. As the arm cuts through the air and rotates, the user manipulates the air current generated into a large flock of birds. The flock of birds quickly rush over the opponent like a wave. The birds not only do damage on impact but can shred the opponent due to the sharp violent winds provided by this technique. Unique to Vajra Yasha, the user can control the flight path of the birds on release allowing the birds to curve around defenses and attack the opponent at varying angles. The number of birds are variable and solely depend on the user's choosing. This gives the user the option of pinpoint attacks with the flock of birds or widespread volleys. Despite the amount of birds created, the sum of their strength will always be equivalent to A rank.
Can be used three times per battle

This entire sequence of events would occur in the same time frame, Simultaneously and cohesively, the barrier is destroyed, Snake Sage Mode has been activated, and the volley of birds approaching Jason from every angle would happen. Using her enhanced speed, XII would take off to her left circling around Red Hood as he dealt with her onslaught so that she would be positioned behind him.
