Based on what we know so far, you are right in that Naruto right now has more potential since we know that it's factual that he still hasn't revealed the usage of all his tailed beasts with his Rasengan yet. But aside from this, there really isn't much potential in his other abilities as far as improvement and something we haven't seen goes.

I feel intelligence will play a factor and Sasuke's training will be more precise and he will definitely cater more to defeating what he's seen of Naruto's move set so far. His abilities don't leave room for much potential, but that is ok because his powers are already solid enough to get the job done with the right game plan. His Godlike Susanoo is something that will be difficult to deal with due to it's size as well as it's swiftness (see when it avoided those Rasenshurikens while descending at quite a fast pace), his teleportation is also something that doesn't really scream "improvement" but is plenty lethal on it's own especially wielded by someone as calculated as him.

Naruto will train his techniques and jutsu and come with things we've never seen for sure, but Sasuke will train specifically for the job and hand and while he may not improve as much with new techniques and jutsu, he'll mold his arsenal into one that will be good specifically against Naruto plus he'll attempt to cover whatever weaknesses he assesses in order to help level off Naruto's unpredictable potential

Well I never said Bijuus have lots of potential or Juubi eye has no potential, only that the rasengan variants we have yet to see gives Naruto more factual potential and room for improvement than Sasuke's arsenal simply as far as improving/hidden jutsu

Well Sasuke does have a rinnegan, and hasn't used any path abilities or any past rinnegan abilities, which may or may not be restricted to madara only. Sasuke could potentially also learned more chidori variants. Also Sasuke did learn how to use MS techniques rather quickly, after itachi's death to danzo's fight he showed a lot of advanced ms techniques. If naruto didn't have his shadow clone learning program, Sasuke would probably learn more/get better than naruto. Just for Sasuke to use his S/T technique when he hasn't even practiced is a feat imo. Technically both have a lot of potential given the time, but it's up to kishi. I would go further and speculate that sasuke could gain/learn better genjutsu (IT lol) or get his own sage mode, but that's just speculation.

I stand by my statements, both naruto and sasuke just got there new powerups a couple chapters ago . To think they both wouldnt improve greatly with practice is absurd to me . Naruto has not used jutsu collabo with any other bijuu except one and four tails so far , and potentially has a new chakra avatar . Sasuke hasnt really shown any known rinnegan techs yet . They both have room for improvement . As far as sasuke learning quickly he mastered curse mark fast . Jugo and oro complimented him on that .He learned his new ms abilities while fighting kage level ninja . He is quick on the uptake

kishi never portrayed sakura as being on same level as naruto and sasuke . where you get that from ? naruto stronger then sasuke i dont think so . maybe ill start a thread about it
