Their is no part three guys because everything has been solved.The akaski has been defeated,everyone acknowledge naruto he's the strongest ninja in HISTORY!!!Sasuke probably going to come back to Konoha. i noticed kishi thru obito saying new era and new hardships too.

i think naruto may have to decide between keeping his promises and letting sasuke have his wish or something else. we know from rin that even tho he couldnt keep the promise, shes still proud of him for trying.

That doesn't really prove part 3 will happen, that's a fairly cliché statement that obito made. I'm not saying there won't be a part three, but taking this as evidence for it is a bit of a stretch imo.

Ever sines news and rummer of Kishi having accepted a new contract that call for an extension for 3 more years of Naruto a time skip has ben spoken off. The Movie dose show A much older Naruto,so that could be an indication of a time skip for Naruto sines I do not believe in Naruto becoming Hokage in Sheppuden after the war but at a much later dated when He is older and has had lessons of leadership from Tsunade. Sheppuden ends in 2014 but Naruto part 3 might go on,Naruto 1 and 2 have 15 years in existence so the possibility of having Naruto go for 20 years makes syndication of the series a multi Billion dollar industry in sales,marketing and merchandising.
