He can use the bijuus powers anytime in my opinion. There is only proof that the bijuus are nice and naruto is amazing at making friends. Naruto made nearly everyone he met his friend, (except madara and kaguya) He's an adult now. They are like his imaginary friends now and I expect him to have formed intense bonds with the bijuus. The sage also told them it's their destiny to be guided by him.

There is no way they will treat him like gamabunta did the first time he was summoned


I can post so many manga pages but common sense works.

Let's be honest, we all know Naruto and Sasuke were nerfed so the other characters could be relevant.

If they used their full power they wouldn't even need Konoha's help let alone their children's, which means they would be no movie for Kishi to milk money out of. Sasuke and Naruto could pretty much take their enemies on their own if they wanted to.

Naruto only ever had a tiny fragment of each Bijuu's chakra; they weren't even enough to save him after Kurama was extracted. However, once they all were combined within him, he gained his RSM power, along with incredible chakra reserves that far exceeded his BSM strength. I'd argue that the combined Bijuu chakra fundamentally altered Naruto's normal chakra, and he will not lose it. The Bijuu chakra that Naruto received cannot simply be depleted; Naruto showed himself to be fully exhausted many times after receiving the chakra from each of the Bijuu, including after the VotE2 fight, yet he was still able to use the chakra from each of the Bijuu to assist in undoing the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
