The one I disliked the most in Naruto was Mifune vs. Hanzo. Hanzo was the legendary tyrant of amegakure, who battled the rain siblings as well as the sannin all at once and began one of the world wars. It seemed heavily implied to me he was kage level or higher, yet he was easily defeated by a freaking samurai with absolutely no jutsus or significance to the story. GOD that pissed me off.

In Inuyasha, Miroku pissed me off quite a few times using his annoying, lame ass wind tunnel on several antagonists throughout the series.
