Most underrated character?

Hidan is extremely underrated, he may not be all powerful but people compare him to the likes of ten ten

I'd have to agree here, people rank him as Jounin level, but the guy was S-class ...

All of those jutsu you mention are countered by the other jutsu you listed.

It used to be Sasori for me but I've seen people giving him the credit he deserves lately. Kakuzu is underrated for sure, but I think Deidara and Killer Bee especially are underrated around here. Killer Bee doesn't get the credit he used to get around here.

Also Shisui. He has an OP Genjutsu, was on par with Itachi, or greater. Also is skilled in Shunshin, Hence his nickname Shisui of the Shunshin. Izuna also was said to be on par with MS Madara.

Yeah Hidan is raw, and being on the same league as Ten Ten is blasphemy. It would be sick if he had any type of elemental ninjutsu.

No he's not. Kakashi has never been overrated. And Kamui is the best tech because it is factually stated as the best tech. It is unmatched, FTG and another Kamui is the only counter to it. Nothing else.

It is the best jutsu in the world.
