I think the ladies would put up a good fight, but in the end Sasuke would win more times than not.
Hiding in the Mist makes Amaterasu nearly impossible to land, but i think an armoured Susanoo is still too much.
Scenario 2: Well, PS one shots.
MS Sauce can use PS?
Sasuke wins mid diff in both scenarios. Location is a forest, perfect fuel for his Amaterasu. Kirin one shots soon afterwards. Then we have the fact that they can't breach Susanoo, nor can they evade Susanoo arrows....Mei can't even survive them. Hidden Mist is nice and all, but they'll need to be close if they want to land useful hits on Susanoo, and that'd let Sasuke know where they are.
Amaterasu hardly even did anything to the forest after Itachi lit it up.
Katsuyu can breach Susano from underneath in her liquid form and drown Sasuke out by reforming under him.

Um.....
Sasuke would have to sit there and let the liquid get under his Susanoo first.

The flames stayed at the top, it was a slow burn.
Right so he would retreat back and would have to stay out of Katsuyu's liquid range which would make it very hard for him to shoot his arrow and catch them with amaterasu. Also gives time for Mei and Tsunade to formulate a plan.
So? The point is to set up Kirin, and that's what it'll do. Whether or not it burns the whole tree is irrelevant.
Who said he'd use Amaterasu on them? Not to mention jumping backwards isn't going to stop Sasuke from shooting his arrow, nor will it make it any slower, nor will Mei be able to dodge it.
Katsuyu pushes him back far enough to the point where he is out of range with his arrow to do damage.

Changed the location to give the ladies an advantage.
How would he know where to aim Kirin if Hidden Mist is up?
Mei alone was able to melt a V3 Susanoo arm. With Tsunade buffing her chakra, lava spam on top of acidic mist will eventually melt through Susanoo if exposed for long enough.
Sasuke won't know where to aim through hidden mist.
Not exactly. Mei can scatter lava puddles around the battlefield which limits Sasuke's mobility since he can't walk on top of lava.
She can attack with lava from a distance far away enough in the mist so Sasuke can't see her. Sure her attack gives away her rough location but Susanoo arrows dont have much aoe so he won't be able to aim to hit her through the mist. Then there's the combo they used against Madara, where a Tsunade-enhanced water pillar + water dragon knocks Sasuke off his feet then Tsunade lands a punch on Sasuke when the underside of his Susanoo is exposed.
Also Sasuke has to attack sooner or later because if he doesn't he gets outlasted and drops Susanoo. Keep in mind that with Tsunade's buff, hidden mist will be much thicker and make visibility very poor for Sasuke.
Tsunade won't need to be next to Mei to enhance her techniques at all times since she can just distribute chakra via Katsuyu. Acidic mist won't affect her due to Byakogou regeneration. I just don't see Sasuke's Susanoo tanking huge amounts of lava and Tsunade-enhanced acidic mist if its exposed for longer periods of time, on top of Tsunade's kicks and punches.
The location is where Sasori fought against Sakura and Chiyo. It's such a constricted space that he can aim relatively anywhere and still kill them.
She melted a bit of it, so that's all she can do alone. Tsunade buffing her chakra is just Tsunade giving her more chakra, and more Acid Mist isn't going to make Susanoo melt faster. You must be registered for see links, so she's going to need to use a LOT more if she wants to think about doing anything serious to a Complete Susanoo or an Armored Susanoo.
Though considering the fact she won't be able to see in her own mist, Sasuke might not even have to sit there and endure a buttload of acid, as they won't know where to aim either.
If he gets close enough he'll be able to see them regardless of the mist, and considering the fact that this an enclosed location, his chances of being able to do so are even higher. Then there's the fact that even in the mist, due to better reactions he'll operate better in a situation where visibility is near zero.
Then he can just hover using his hawk, not to mention this also applies for her and Tsunade.
If Tsunade tries to attack Susanoo at it's underside, all Sasuke needs to do is use Amaterasu on her or fire an arrow or an Enton Ball at her to stop her attack, and damage her in the process. Sasuke lands on the ground, and Tsunade only ends up caught on fire by something she can't put out. And since Tsunade needs to get up close to punch Susanoo, he'll be able to see her, and she won't be able to evade since she'll be in mid air.
Mei and Tsunade have no special skill like Zabuza's ability to locate, fight and kill via sound alone. If she makes the mist extremely thick, not only will Sasuke be unable to see, they will be unable to see, so there's no way they'll be able to hit Sasuke unless they come up close, and if they come up close, he'll also see them and then he'll be able to kill them. Their attacks don't have the AoE to cover this whole battlefield, so there's no reason why Sasuke would get hit by them when they are literally fighting blind. This also means he doesn't need to hold Susanoo up constantly, only when an attack is incoming.
Tsunade can only heal people via Katsuyu. No proof she can transfer her Byakugo chakra in large enough amounts to increase the size of Mei's Jutsu, and yes, it will affect her, it just won't kill her quickly, but this pretty much has Tsunade fighting in a state of constant pain, which is only going to decrease the effectiveness she has in this battle.
Tsunade's transfer increases the scale, not the strength. Mei's Lava could only do this to Madara's V2.
