The League of Villains were suddenly taken aback as they heard the sound of a large scale explosion that seemed to be very nearby. He cracked a smile, relishing in the fact that his declaration was already coming into full swing. At this rate, the hero association would have their hands full attempting to stop the mayhem which ensued. Meanwhile, Tomura had signaled to his companions to follow him, as he wanted to see for himself what exactly was transpiring outside to warrant such a huge explosion. The band of villains quickly ran out the precinct and onto the street outside. There were several other prisoners who had the same idea after realizing they were now free due to the deactivation of the specialized handcuffs and the opening of all the jail cells. Unfortunately for them, they were now practice targets. As the League of Villains ended up on the street, Draven signaled for them to stay close. He let out a hearty laugh as his palms touched the pavement and a shockwave was released, the shockwave spread outwards quickly and in doing so it spread not only to several fleeing prisoners, but would also serve to completely bury the Police Station in rubble.

Quirk Bonus: Virbate Related Techniques Gain the Keyword "Raw Power" & Gain 10 Additional Meters in Diameter.
Description: This grants the user the ability to shake anything they touch with their hands. The power of these shakes vigorously vibrates the environment and objects enough to cause breakage. If the user wills it, the shakes can be violent enough to become tremors that cause earthquakes. This means the user can control the speed and strength of the vibrations via controlling the degree of the tremors. Causing tremors with enough power to break the environment or extraordinary objects results in aftershocks, which rebound back to the user since they are the epicenter.

Quirk Breakdown: The user is not immune to these aftershocks evident as they become paralyzed as the tremors cause destruction. At this current level of mastery, any Quirk-Style Technique that is Gamma Rank or above will cause an aftershock great enough to cause paralysis. Due to the nature of the quirk, the user develops a resistance to status effects or damage that originate from sound and/or vibrational sources. The resistance depends on the Parent Technique Level:

Description: The character concentrates the power of their Quirk into their hands, after placing them on the ground beneath if they are not already there, and releases a massive tremor throughout the ground. This massive tremor causes the subsequent area to break apart, like earthquakes. Anyone caught within the effect zone of the tremor will be damaged by the fissures and destruction caused by the collapsing | rupturing earth. Should the character dial back the power of the tremor.

Note: The Damage Magnitude from the Tremor Depends on the Power Attribute because the character's strength is directly related to how furiously they can vibrate the sound.

Jeremiah continues his onslaught, firing fire streams to all in his path, killing a civilian. He killed the next civilian with a fire stream and the next one, who stood before him as well as a man behind him. Due to the nature of his physiology, the attacks sent back at him did nothing to him at all. He continued his path to destruction.

Movement on the Map Depends on the Character's Movement SPM and Role.
A Character can move 1 Block Per 1 SPM in their Movement.
A Character CANNOT move onto a block containing a Letter.
A Villain Character can Gain Bonus Movement if they Pass Over a Block Containing the Villain Letter or Another Villain Character. Bonus Movement Means the Character can move an additional time after landing on that block.
A Hero Character can Gain Bonus Movement if they Pass Over a Block Containing the Villain Letter or Another Villain Character. Bonus Movement Means the Character can move an additional time after landing on that block.
A Double Life Character Does Not Have that Luxury.

The Battle Royal Combat System.
Dependent on the Scaling, Most Attacks Only Travel One Block.
Any Character Can Only Attack to the Left, Right, Above, and Below from them.
Attacks Above 10 Meters is 2 Blocks. Attacks Above 15 Meters is 3 Blocks. Attacks Above 20 Meters is 4 Blocks.
Attacking Buildings Requires a Mega-Move , Therefore Failure to Clearly Label Your Post a Mega-Move will suffer Voids.
Attacking Role-Players will auto trigger a Real Battle ( Separate Thread ) that Must Conclude in the Defeat of Either Party.

The Battle Deck is Activated During this Phase, Therefore Managing the Resource is Important.
Each Part of Phase II ( Besides the First ) will Last 48 Hours.
Civilians have 2 Health Points, But Don't Deal Damage.
Prisoners and Police have 3 Health Points and Deal 1.5 Damage Back.
Villains and Heroes have 4 Health Points and Deal 2.0 Damage Back.
A Character Can Only Spend 3 Cards Per Post. The Deck Refresh Every 2 Part Updates.
Damage is Only Dealt Back if the Character is Next to Them When a Part Update Occurs.

Rules:
→ At the Beginning or Ending of Your Post, You Must Keep an Accurate Detail of the Coordinates of where your Character started for the post, moved to, and ended at. Any letters that are attacked or rescued must also be documented using the coordinates. You Must Also Keep an Accurate Detail of How Many and What Kind of Letters you Defeated or Rescued ( Instead of Attacking a Civilian as a Hero, Your Damage will OOC Save Them [ Just Role-Play like you saving them, not actually attacking them ] ). Failure to follow this arrow head will cause the Staff to disregard whatever isn't documented correctly.

→ And yes, document correctly which means you have to read each other's post. The map will not be updated per post, rather its per part update. This means your actions have to account for the actions of others. Come time to update, whoever is the most recent to mess up will have their post voided. Therefore as a community, if you see a problem. Address it, to make this a smooth process please.​

Narrative Update:
→ Each Part Update, the Radiation will Spread 1 Block in Perimeter. Occupying a radiated block will only be exposed to the radiation at the beginning of the next Part Update. Named Character will immediately develop the effects because exposure is automatic unless another variable is playing a factor.

Those Block will cause the Level One & Two Consequences associated with Weak Force. Letters that are turned red are indicating their infection from the radiation. Minor Organ Failure is induced which means their Health Pool will be halved each part update. When Health Pools falls below One Point then they will immediately succumb to the effects and die.

→ Professor has deactivated the barrier due to the approaching Radiation. Although it is not visible, Horizon University and the Hero Association has been equipped with detectors. Designed to notify the wielder of nearby, levels of radiation. Impossible if it were not for the biological hazard that remains at the original Horizon Campus. Beeping radically, the professor moved both unconscious people before Pucci awoken.

→ The flames that Azula summoned has indeed set the Old Bank ablaze. Since the flames are not directly being sent towards the bots, they will also suffer 1.5 Damage Point Per Part Update, however each Part Update will randomize two of the bots that escape before dying to the flames or smoke inhale. The building is marked by pinkish outlining to symbolize its on fire. Letters that emerge from the flames will be colored orange to indicate they were damaged but safe from that burning building now.

→ Hakuman's Battle Deck is Refreshed due to Mai's Quirk. Hakuman has also been inflicted by the radiation and since its at level two, they will now experience level two and one's consequences. Each Post, their attributes excluding technique will be reduced by One [1] Point and then their Health Pool Reduced by Half.

→ Azula has been damaged by the Policeman currently located in E13 and F14. She was also damaged by the Hero currently located in F12. The Policeman Dealt 1.5 Damage Each and the Hero Dealt 2.0 Damage. Azula has 0.5 Damage Shaving Against Each Attack, which means she suffers 3.5 Damage. Azula is left with 0.5 Health Points.

→ Weak Force reduced Hakuman and Mai Health Points by Half ( 5.5 HP or 4.5 HP ). Then their attribute revert back to normal, plus an additional One [1] Point Reduction to each Attribute.

ALL BATTLE DECKS HAVE BEEN REFRESHED. MAKE SURE TO NOT ONLY ADD YOUR DECK TO YOUR POST, BUT KEEP TRACK OF WHAT HAS BEEN USED.

Professor Grey managed to deactivate the barrier that encased the devastation surrounding the league’s base of operation. The panel responsible for the deployment had survived the impact, which allowed the paranoid instructor to seize the means to bypassing the force field. Vital to the situation because the detector responsible for acknowledging fatal levels of radiation was signaling. An accessory made mandatory for Horizon personal to be equipped with for the sake of uncovering the biological terrorist. The radiation was approaching from the northern sector, a region where the students of Horizon were supposed to begin their mock trial.

The mole must have been amongst those students, a revelation that would normally concern the average individual. The general populace could not fathom the idea that someone pretending to become a hero was secretly poisoning the students and population with this deadly menace. To make matters worse, the culprit probably gained enough distance to escape capture. Those untrained would believe the individual responsible for compressing the android Professor Grey was the culprit, but not the skeptic. Individuals were not capable of manifesting two Quirks. Based on the extensive research Professor Grey preformed regarding the first years, Belarus was possessed the Compress Quirk.

With the radiation spreading viciously, Professor Grey moved to reactivate the barrier before being interrupted by the voice of Pucci. Quickly placing the crosshairs of his customized shotgun on Pucci, the professor ensured that the unidentified subject was not mobile. More importantly, he wanted to make ensure that the man wasn’t hostile. Although the professor found Artillery unconscious alongside the man, his paranoid prevented him from treating him friendly. Only Artillery was safe from the suspicion of the war veteran. Wanting to test the waters, the professor decided to respond.

“I am no hero…You? What are you doing next to her? Did you witness the attack that befall upon you and her?

While saying this, Professor Grey triggered the barrier’s reactivation. Moments of delay worried the professor, only alleviating his concerns when it flickered on and began to cover the same parameters as before.

“You’ll be safe in here. Something horrible is approaching us with vengeance.”

"No," Pucci murmured, maintaining his facade of further injury. "Like I said before, the building suddenly caught fire and then some kind of shockwave knocked me out."

The priest stopped at a safe distance from Grey, staring at the barrel of the large shotgun that he held. Something about Grey radiated to Pucci that he was deadly serious. He remained still and cautious, controlling his movements to not make any sudden jerks or jitters. He was sure that Grey was willing to shoot him. A blue energy surrounded them, something Pucci deduced to be some kind of protective barrier, given the Professor's words.

"Something horrible? What do you mean?"

Pucci feigned a groan.

"Do you have any medical supplies? That woman, she came out of that hospital, is she a hero stationed here? Maybe she has something."

Pucci's eyes drifted back to the barrel of the gun directed toward him. His brow twitched, draped under a thick bead of sweat. His throat dried. Surging into his mind came the memory of the pain he felt before, the blistering heat tearing across his flesh and pounding against his bone. He grimaced, groaning loudly in discomfort.

"Please," he asked, his voice stressed. "That thing...would you mind pointing it away?"

His breath started to catch in his throat.

Description: Through appropriate body movement and/or gestures, the character will expel blue flames in an omnidirectional trajectory. The flames will expand and consume a certain dimeter of distance which will be determined by the rank used for this technique. Anything caught by the flames will be set ablaze, burning until the fire exhausts itself.

Note: If the flames engulf a flammable environment, then they will continue to live for remainder of battle before exhausting.

Killed: F12, F14, E13

Mega Move: Setting the hospital on fire with my attack located at G13. Regardless of this move getting approved or not, it changes nothing else in my post.

Azula would then move upwards after using her technique, ozais wrath, allow her to move quicker (1 additional square)

Note: When utilizing this technique, the character will experience the appropriate Amount of SPM Boost to their Movement Speed. The amount is determined by the Rank of the Style Technique used.

Note: The character can utilize the spent Support Card to serve as an official dodge against Offensive and Support Style Techniques. Each time the character dodges something.

As Azula traveled, she noticed a unique looking individual. He looked different from the other fodder she had faced, and even dawned a mask. No matter, he was irrelevant. Azula pulled out the phone five finger gave her and looked up the bounty of the individual, Jeremiah. She now had a face to go along with the name, which would make this easier in her search. She looked once more at the man before her, before approaching him. She swung her arms in an arc and released flames aimed at the man before her, her goal was to strike him down like the rest of the people she interacted with.

Professor Grey received nothing of use from the stranger. Somewhat expected, the paranoid veteran though that if the individual possessed actual answers to the question, then he may have been involved in the ordeal. Too involved for a random stranger, one that he entertained the possibility of being this helpless moron that needed Artillery’s assistance. The only thing that alarmed the gunman was the mention of a hospital. What could the stranger possibly be referring to? The only hospital near this region was the one towards the east, but surely, he did not witness her leave such place from over here? Were they travelling companions? If so, the why lie about his connection to the matter.

When the man urged for the weapon to be pointed elsewhere, Grey quickly strengthened his grip and extending his arm completely. The barrel came closer to the individual and all attention was placed on the stranger. Professor Grey had caused for the barrier to form and enclose them from the rest of the chaos. He held no concern for whether his back was exposed or not, the barrier would handle any sneak attacks. Professor Grey believed that the radiation outbreak was potentially caused by this man. He was near the scene of exposure, according to the detector, and he was certain that the other culprit did not possess any ability for such.

“How would you know she left from the hospital? Were you…watching her? Tailing her?”

Something was odd about this stranger and Professor Grey was not willing to let him escape so easily. If this was indeed the culprit behind the Horizon University attack, the war veteran definitely was not going to let him escape without a confrontation.

Pucci stumbled back and fell at the sight of Grey pointing the gun closer to his face. This guy was a mad-man, Pucci thought to himself. Was he telling the truth? Perhaps he wasn't a hero after all. No hero would act like this. Their need, their thirst for public approval led to a code of conduct tailor made to capture the adoration and respect of the flock that they spurred from the light. Pucci felt the side of his head throb with tension, silently cursing his inability to simply dispatch of the pawn before him.

"What...what are you talking about?" Pucci said, keeping up his facade of innocence. "Why would I be tailing the hero?"

The priest was sweating more now, and his breathing was uneven. No, he thought. He needed to stay calm. He focused on steadying his breath, as many prime numbers as he could think of rattling off in his head. He felt himself grow calmer, more in control.

"I saw her running out when the explosion happened. This has to be a hospital, I saw some kind of weird ambulance enter earlier. Look, I don't know what's going on here. You're aiming a gun at me after a building suddenly exploded. Aren't you going to help?"

A Character Can Only Spend 3 Cards Per Post. The Deck Refresh Every 2 Part Updates.
Damage is Only Dealt Back if the Character is Next to Them When a Part Update Occurs.

Rules:
→ At the Beginning or Ending of Your Post, You Must Keep an Accurate Detail of the Coordinates of where your Character started for the post, moved to, and ended at. Any letters that are attacked or rescued must also be documented using the coordinates. You Must Also Keep an Accurate Detail of How Many and What Kind of Letters you Defeated or Rescued ( Instead of Attacking a Civilian as a Hero, Your Damage will OOC Save Them [ Just Role-Play like you saving them, not actually attacking them ] ). Failure to follow this arrow head will cause the Staff to disregard whatever isn't documented correctly.

→ And yes, document correctly which means you have to read each other's post. The map will not be updated per post, rather its per part update. This means your actions have to account for the actions of others. Come time to update, whoever is the most recent to mess up will have their post voided. Therefore as a community, if you see a problem. Address it, to make this a smooth process please.​

Narrative Update:
→ Each Part Update, the Radiation will Spread 1 Block in Perimeter. Occupying a radiated block will only be exposed to the radiation at the beginning of the next Part Update. Named Character will immediately develop the effects because exposure is automatic unless another variable is playing a factor.

Those Block will cause the Level One & Two Consequences associated with Weak Force. Letters that are turned red are indicating their infection from the radiation. Minor Organ Failure is induced which means their Health Pool will be halved each part update. When Health Pools falls below One Point then they will immediately succumb to the effects and die.

→ The Number Four Hero of North America's Hero Association has arrived and immediately activated his Quirk. Recognized as Reactor, he unfortunately can only quarantine the radiated area to prevent further exposure. The white barrier seen on the map is the indicate quarantine area, which is not corporeal but actually present due to the absorption force of his Quirk.

→ Professor has deactivated the barrier due to the approaching Radiation. Although it is not visible, Horizon University and the Hero Association has been equipped with detectors. Designed to notify the wielder of nearby, levels of radiation. Impossible if it were not for the biological hazard that remains at the original Horizon Campus. Beeping radically, the professor moved both unconscious people before Pucci awoken.

→ The flames that Azula summoned has indeed set the Old Bank ablaze. Since the flames are not directly being sent towards the bots, they will also suffer 1.5 Damage Point Per Part Update, however each Part Update will randomize two of the bots that escape before dying to the flames or smoke inhale. The building is marked by pinkish outlining to symbolize its on fire. Letters that emerge from the flames will be colored orange to indicate they were damaged but safe from that burning building now. Letters that emerge from the flames with a darkened orange have suffered 3 Damage Points Instead of 1.5 Damage.

→ Hakuman's Battle Deck is Refreshed due to Mai's Quirk. Hakuman has also been inflicted by the radiation and since its at level two, they will now experience level two and one's consequences. Each Post, their attributes excluding technique will be reduced by One [1] Point and then their Health Pool Reduced by Half.

→ Weak Force reduced Hakuman and Mai Health Points by Half ( 2.5 HP or 2 HP ). Then their attribute revert back to normal, plus an additional One [1] Point Reduction to each Attribute.

→ Artillery has awaken and calmed down Professor Grey. She understands the tight situation she has been pinned in regarding Pucci's ability to possibility expose her for betraying her own comrades. Artillery intends to distract Professor Grey, urging him to let the stranger go. Staying will only escalate things further due to the paranoid individual.

Since my post was partially voided, i never moved nor used another attack card after supernova. So i have 2 attack cards left and the rest of my cards are still normal.



Azula had realized she did not know the face of the individual known as jeremiah. It dawned on her that she could simply look up the bounty on the phone that Five fingers gave her, so she did just that. after taking a second to memorize the mans face, she would begin to move. She would run ahead (D13) and see an individual to her right that she decided to take out with her phoenix wing.

Description: The manifestation of this Quirk has caused a unique mutation where the character has developed an unfamiliar blood cell known as Electrocytes. These blood cells produce and harness excess bioelectrical energy, but more important with this energy the Electrocytes behave like the mitochondria of the cell and empower the body. The most prominent ability of Thunderbolt allows the character to manipulate this bioelectricity and release it as surges ( projectiles ) of lightning. This Bio-Lightning possesses a different signature to ordinary lightning, thus its inherent effects are different from normal lightning. The surges of lighting are easily capable of dealing damage, however they lack the ability to cause the normal paralysis or heat related status effects.

Quirk Breakdown:

~ The bioelectricity that is produced and harnessed by the Electrocytes serves as raw fuel for the physique. These blood cells are constantly producing this energy to empower the body, therefore the character is always replenished in energy reserves. More importantly, the physique down to the neurological system will always increase in efficiency and effectiveness if the blood cells continue to function undisturbed, reason why all boosts gained from the Thunderbolt Quirk gains the "Absolute" Keyword and are considered base. This means the boosting cannot be ignored, reduced, or bypassed as long as the Electrocytes continue to function properly. The amount of boosting the character experiences depends on the Parent Technique Level.

Because of static electricity, the character can move and/or displace objects in their surroundings. A unique interaction with this static cling is the character’s ability to latch onto other sources of free-flowing electricity ( Or outlets where electricity may be siphoned ). This latching grants the ”Build Up” Keyword, which allows the character to control and absorb the latched electricity.

~ Although the physique has developed a mutation to harness such energy, it cannot harness energy it has not been properly disciplined to handle. In circumstances that the character is experiencing the Build-Up mechanic designed into the Thunderbolt Quirk, they will suffer enough strain on the body that irreversible ( through most means ) damage occurs. This damage cannot be prevented because the energy has already coursed through the character’s body. The amount of damage depends on which level the character has reached and how many turns it was maintained.

Quirk Level is Intermediate: 1 Damage Point is Dealt Each Turn.
Quirk Level is Expert: 2 Damage Points is Dealt Each Turn.

~ Because of the massive amounts of bioelectricity, the body produces, the character has developed resistance against electrical sources in general. This resistance has developed in the form of the ”Devour” Keyword, which automatically implements another step during damage calculation. Before the damage step where a character naturally shaves damage, the character will siphon the damage and then proceed with the rest of the calculation. When exposed to lightning-enhanced melee, the body will absorb half the amount of damage established in the parent technique level. This is a drawback because the foreign lightning will not only deal damage, but the siphon portion will trigger the build-up mechanic.

Gadget Description: Battery, as the name indicates, is a simple accessory that functions as the mobile storage unit of electricity to trigger the build-up keyword discussed on the Thunderbolt Parent Technique. Battery takes the form of a wrist watch, with a small generator that produces electrical current that can be siphoned by the character.
Artillery had regained consciousness, now engaged with Grey as she insisted they evacuate. The veteran's fixation on Pucci seemed to be cracking under his protege's protests. The priest exhaled sharply, and prepared himself mentally. The woman's awakening was fortuitous, to say the least. Pucci waited, watching with his masquerade of injury donned.

Once assured of Grey's distraction, Pucci rose to his feet and made his exit. Moving along the barrier, he turned a corner around the perimeter where the rubble sat obstructed. Once he was sure he was out of Grey's sight, he turned his attention to the barrier. It wasn't enough to simply escape Grey's sight. No, the priest needed to make his leave from the area. If Artillery truly was a follower of DIO, one deserving of a place in his wonderful plan, then fate would direct them together once again, Pucci reasoned.

He raised his arm to the barrier, and shot a streak lightning from his fingers. The energy struck with full force, appearing to dent the barrier slightly on impact. The priest fired once more, and cracks emerged. With a final shot, the lightning pierced through, and the barrier around the area dissipated into thin air.

Description: The character will release projectiles of lightning from their body as a means of attacking and defending. These streaks of lightning can traverse through targets that conduct electricity, allowing the character to have lightning discharge from that target to attack at unconventional angles. During the conduction, the electricity glows blue which reveals its travel plan.

Note: The amount of lightning the user can release depends on Dexterity Attribute's Target Tracking Clause. The range the user can control the lightning, even when its traveling through targets that conduct it, depends on the distance of accuracy also explained in the Dexterity Attribute, instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling.

Note: The amount of damage each lightning projectile can deal depends on the Power Attribute, however multiple projectiles will cause the damage magnitude to split evenly as possible. The user must be careful because maintaining and tracking their own targets constitutes that they are tracking targets

There he surely would find the needed supplies he could use to patch himself up, or force a doctor to render the necessary aid he would need to recover health. As they planned to get on the move however, Police sirens began to move in trying to make sense of the sudden lack of communication from the dispatch. However, once they closed in, they would be met with the League of Villains joining in on the carnage. Tomura was the first to act, blazing a path through the Police Officers closing in on them from the east. A single touch was all that was necessary to eliminate two of the officers that stood in his way barricading the entrance into the hospital.

"Split up and let's meet back at the hospital" Tomura advised.

Jeremiah being tripped, his mask fell of, revealing his face partially. There was a few seconds before he quickly covered his face with his hand and he grabbed his mask and put it right back on. Thankfully, the raging fires caused by Azula had set most of the place ablaze and rendered the streetlights useless. steps into the block with Azula, a new challenger approaching. As the flames approached, he quickly got out of range of the flames and thought about his next move. He had never faced someone with firepower that could match his own.

Hakumen and Mai was getting sicker. So he decided to reverse the effects once more. First on her then on him. He decided to make his way to the hospital. As he continued he noticed some ppl causing havoc around the hospital area. Now coming close to hospital he notices things starting to crumble and a suspect.... the person placed his hands on the ground and seemed to have caused damages. He then started making his way In the direction of the hospital . Hakumen decided to take this one out quick . Gripping the sword in his hand he decided to eliminate the threat there Waiting for them to reach closer to the hospital . He spoke “This is close to the bhospital. That mean I can afford to go all out. But I also can’t risk you doing any harm to those here. So for that, I will bare the burden and sin of killing you.” Hakumen saying this to the person, he didn’t wait for a response. He simply manipulated the shadow on the ground to form a large spear that pierced the stomach region of the guy (draven).

Description: The character has acquired the ability to instantly reverse the effects of a target should their hands, all five fingers are not required, physically touch them. The effects of a target refer to any numerical value that could possibly influence the target: Attribute Points that have been raised or reduced, Damage Magnitudes that have been raised or reduced, and Health Points that have been raised or reduced. The nature of the Quirk is purely supportive, meaning it is incapable of dealing damage, requiring the wielder of the power to be creative if they want to subdue their opponents.

Quirk Breakdown:

~ The power of the Reverse does not solely remove any positive or negative effects that the target is experiencing. The reverse process takes that numerical value, undoes its intended effect, and then applies contradictory effect. Take the example of a target that is currently experiencing a 5 Point increase in their Damage Magnitude. Then the Reverse process is performed on that target. At that moment, the +5 Point Effect is nullified and then immediately a -5 Point is established.

~ The power of the Reverse cannot be undone, which is why the quirk has developed the ”Absolute” keyword. The keyword applies to all effects developed via the reverse process, therefore in that same example above the target will experience that -5 Point Effect to their Damage Magnitude until the end of battle. This does not mean, they are incapable of further activating or triggering effects to overpower the reduction just they cannot undo or remove the reversing.

Quirk Drawbacks:

~ Although the power of Reverse is Absolute, it does not mean its limitless in application. Whenever the character is attempting to perform a reverse, it will immediately fail if the target they touched is not experiencing the effects directly. Return to the previous example: If the target is experiencing a +5 Point Effect to their Damage Magnitude, but the credited source is not their physique or their own quirk, then the reverse process cannot be conducted. This means that all effects that can be susceptible to the reverse process originate in the physique. Regarding Quirks, it must stem from their own Quirk otherwise the boosts gained another one is not susceptible.

~ Since the power of Reverse applies the contradictory effect, it is possible that the character or any other targets can receive gains that surpass their human caps or regulated rules. Proper representation of that is why the Reverse Quirk has gained the ”Bonus” Keyword, which means the gains can legally bypass the cap placed on boosts. This power is a double edge sword, because any target that maintain the boosts which is not ordinary to their body will result in adverse consequences.

Attributes: Any Target that Receives Attribute Gains that Pass the Human Cap will suffer consequences. If the character experiences the gains for an accumulation of 3 Turns or 6 Turns, their bones will fracture or break respectively.

Damage: Any Target that Receives Damage Gains that Pass their original, max output will suffer consequences. Each time the character deals any damage, their body will suffer damage equal to half their output.

~ At this level of mastery, the character is incapable of reversing ongoing effects. This means any effects that trigger, for better or worse, each turn cannot have their progression reversed but the effects for that turn only can be effected. At the start of the next turn, the reverse will be undone and the effects will continue its normal progression. The character also cannot reverse conditional powers. Take the example of a character that receives +1 Point in Agility because they are currently moving. That effect is not susceptible to the reverse process because that gain is dependent on the condition that the character is moving. Logically, that boost will occur again ( instead of a negative counterpart ) when they move again.


Shadow Nemesis: Mai Haruki's Weapon Form [ Katana that 1.5 Meter in Length ( The Hilt is 0.5 and the Blade is 1 ) ] Grants the Wielder the ability to manipulate their own shadow to become a tangible extension of themselves. Extremely malleable and versatile, the wielder can utilize their shadow for offensive | defensive | and supportive tactics without Style Techniques. Although the appropriate Battle Card must be spent on the wielder's behave. The shadow can never shape shift to become larger than 3 meters in volume. The damage magnitude of the shadow depends on the wielder's Intelligent Attribute.

Important to the livelihood of thousands of people, this area is flooding with hero agencies dedicated to keep the district safe as well absorb all the influx of crimes that tends to happen. Only recently, has this district felt victimized in a long time.​



Crisis Rubric
→ Only the [ Tomura Shigarkai ] Character, the [ Enrico Pucci ] Character, the [ Hakuman ] Character, the [ Azula ] Character, and the [ Jeremiah Olokun ] Character can Post in this Thread. Only Exceptions to this Rule are Characters that Perform a Cross Over.

→ Proper Participation differs amongst roles. For the Tomura Character, proper participation is behaving with the intent and attempting to gain capital and resources for the League of Villains. This objective can be cleared if Tomura gains funding or funders to invest in is endeavors. The Azula Character's Goal is to Capture Jeremiah and return the bounty back to Mr. Five Finger as a test to prove usefulness. For a Student? Proper Participation simply involves them defeating villains or rescuing the innocent when mayhem breaks loose.​

Objectives
→ The Crisis is Deemed a Story Mode. Although the actions of every individual may warrant negative or positive consequences, there are no definitive method of determining a winner of this Crisis because there is no traditional Win / Lose scenario. Both sides can complete their objective, thus deemed winners. In the circumstance someone is unable to complete their objective will definitely be considered a loser.

Phase III has the Maximum Time limit that Spans Across the Rest of December. It can definitely end before that time limit if every participant in this thread manages to post at least five separate times concluding their personal storylines for this Crisis. Understand that objectives can still be completed but be realistic. Some may have lost the chance while others can cleverly think of a means to still completing them. The posts altogether must accumulate to 2,000 Words.

One thing to note, that if your storyline includes interaction with a NPC or other Characters then you must wait for their response. You still cannot Power-Play, God-Mod, or Meta-Game anyone. If you are engaging or want to engage in a Plot Battle or Real Battle with any Character, make efforts and mentions to cause such. After completion, you still will need to make at least two posts concluding your storyline. In this circumstance the word accumulation needs to be 800 Words.​

My post was voided which means i still have my 2 attack cards left. I also haven't moved at all from my previous spot due to the void.



Azula dashed forward, her quick eye spotting a police officer to her left. The azul flamed prodigy did not hesitate and wasted no movement in attempting to take him down. She would whip around and face the officer, his hand reached for his hip as he attempted to fire back at her. With the damage she sustained from the other ants that she killed, she would not let him get the satisfaction of even touching the metal on his hip. With a swing of her arms, blue flames would be produced and sent towards the officers direction. His body would quickly be engulfed in flame as only his silhouette could be seen through the blue fire. Being angry from the previous attacks that hurt her, she found enjoyment watching the man flail around before dropping to the ground. Pathetic she thought to herself. She would then continue forward in the same direction, this time she would be essentially cornered by what she assumed was a hero to her right and some other masked individual ahead of her. While not sure if the man before her was of the same alliance, it mattered not to her. Her only objective was Jeremiah. She would once again call upon the flames within her and begin to expel them by swinging both of her arms forward. Flames would begin to emerge from all sides of her in an omni-directional manner. The flames would expand from her body and begin to engulf all around her in their intense heat should they remain in her presence. At this point, anger began to set in. She had gotten no closer to completing her objective than when she started. In fact, she was now in a worse position due to the damage she had taken earlier due to her carelessness. It was unlike her to "Slip up" like she had. While she was still human and entitled to errors every now and again, she held herself to a much higher standard than the rest of the fodder around her. Fail was not a word she allowed to ever apply to herself, instead watching everyone else that opposed her to be the ones to fail. A screech of frustration was released along side her attack. Surprising even herself as it happened.

As she screamed in anger and frustration, she quickly reminded herself as to why she was acting so out of character. First she was sent to America by her father, Ozai, to get her failure of a brother Zuko. Then she just so happened to run into THEE Mr. Five Fingers, Then his associate who remains a mystery to her even now. After being tasked to bring back some "Jeremiah" guy, she was shoved into a portal. That brings us to here, where chaos has broken out in the city and Azula does not even have the slightest clue as to why. Was Jeremiah the cause? If so, what exactly did he do? To bring heroes, police force, and even other villains here is no small matter. Were all of Five Fingers associates this dangerous? For another time Azula thought to herself.

As the flames approached, he quickly got out of range of the flames and thought about his next move. He had never faced someone with firepower that could match his own. With his gun pointed, he released a small torrent of flames forward, but to no avail. The blue flames offset his own and spread out. The Organ Donor leaped into the air, with his strength being so high, he was able to leap 8 meters into the air, higher than the flames could reach. This created a ring of fire around Azula and the organ donor landed inside the premise, however, he did not stick the landing correctly. As he landed, his mask fell off, revealing his face.

"Tsk, now that you have seen my real identity I can't possibly allow you to live..."

He said as he stretched out both of his arms to either side of himself, creating an array of weak force bubbles within his immediate vicinity. His true power would show.

"Now, how do you chose to die, by flame or by radiation?"

He asked with a sardonic smirk worn malevolently on his face.
