Jeremiah listened intently as his former classmate dug into Hakumen and verbally abused him. He understood all too well the importance of saving face, especially while he was being watched. He almost wanted to smile and laugh, but considering the gravity of the situation, he kept a stoic face. He wasn't entirely sure how to process the entirety of Belarus acting out plot. Was Belarus truly a traitor? Was this how Darkseid was able to keep tabs on Jeremiah? Either way, the perfect opportunity presented himself, to frame Belarus. Setting things up, Jeremiah put up a job ad on the black market dark web via his phone, dropping a selfie-and a simple cash reward prize for the capture of Jeremiah Olokun for $500,000. He had essentially put a hit out on himself in the underworld and to five finger himself to be captured alive and unharmed so that he could escape without running away. Just then, from the gauntlet on his arm, a marble was projected forward and immediately Hakumen jumped up into the air and he yelled: "get down".

The next instant Jeremiah was on the ground, his ears ringing out and everything spinning. It was if the wind had been knocked out of the stomach, but the pain was localized in his ears. As this happened, smoke filled the area, removing his vision. He couldn't hear anything or see anything. At this point, it was clear this was not apart of the plan, especially considering Grey had instructed that if anyone was hurt, this would be a failure.

Jeremiah may not be physically strong but he was very good at organizing and structuring. It would not be hard for him to take advantage of the situation with his leadership skills and immediately play everything into his favor. It was almost as if Belarus had tossed him an alley-oop. If Jeremiah could spin this on him, he could clear his name, and with being kidnapped by a villain, he could fully follow his goals and get The Death Cure while also saving face. This opportunity was almost too good to be true, everything works in his favor.

"This is just like when the villains attacked Horizon!" He yelled out through the smoke.

Jeremiah started to say as he began to gather composure, he bumped into two male students, as they ran for their lives through the smoke. As he did, he placed extremely small droplets of weak force on them without notice during the brief moment of contact. Of course, his actions would be masked by the smoke now covering the area by the watchers. Also, there would be a time delay before the effects would be felt, allowing him to set even more things up. Of course with the students continuing to bump into each other, the radiation spread amongst them. Unbeknownst to him, Hakumen had already been dragged out of the smoke.

"HEY! SOMEBODY GET 911 ON THE LINE NOW!" Jeremiah had said aloud as he saw Hakumen on the ground as the smoke cleared, badly damaged on the brink of death. Ultimately, he could do nothing but respect Hakumen. Even though he was an extremist, his heart was there.

"What do we do??? We can't just let him die!" One of the students asked panicking as they stood over Jeremiah's body, pondering the next step.

"We need to go after that Marble man!" Another one of the students said.

"Our main goal to make sure Hakumen doesn't die. I'm not sure what is happening but that is our main concern at the moment! We must abide by the law, we cannot use our quirks to try and capture him." Jeremiah said as he looked over to see 3 students on the phone with 911. "Alright, we will split up into two groups. Myself and her..." He said as he pointed at the girl who was tending to Hakumen. "...will be group A, we will take Hakumen to Saint Anthony Medical Center. Group B, I need the rest of you all to stay here and give the police all of the information we can, and also let the pro heroes who arrive what happened so that they can effectively go after the marble guy."

He said as he helped the girl lift Hakumen and put him onto the bus as Jeremiah ran to the bus driver, with the GPS in hand, Since they were already on Hollywood Boulevard, the drive to Saint Anthony's shouldn't be that long. Regardless, Jeremiah had split them up that way due to the fact that some of the students had been poisoned and knowing the nature of his quirk when the police and pro heroes arrived they would be poisoned as well.



Tl;dr

Flipping through the files, Professor Grey stumbled upon the image of Belarus as he read the profile. Compress was the name of the Quirk, and it was capable of its namesake. Details regarding the intricate workings were muddled, it seemed Belarus was deemed as a potential suspect for the invasion on Horizon University and the culprit behind Hollywood Blast. Something did not seem right for Grey, although it could have been his paranoid running rampart. After all, it just saved the crazed man’s life from being contained inside some little marble. Professor Grey would drop the file back into his duffle back and resume surveying the scene, to his surprise to see horror.

Through the lens of his scope, he witnessed a field of smoke an item that caused the ex-marine to flash back to war. The sound of bullets raining through the air, blood the only scent consuming the environment, and screams of agony ringing through his eardrum. A violent shake of the head would force assist Professor Grey in abandoning those thoughts, understanding the importance to keep tabs on the situation. Because of the vantage point, the smoke grenade prevented Professor Grey from not only seeing Belarus but taking a proper shot due to the risk of wind speeds. It could alter the trajectory of the shot, hitting an innocent.

“Curse this damn infidel!”

Before rapidly packing his stuff, Professor Grey witnessed two students take Hakua…Hakuman? Squinting as means to analyze the zoom on the scope, the ex-marine could see critical injuries on him? Meanwhile other students began to run from the cloud of smoke? What did he miss in his time of researching Belarus? Counting each one’s frantic movement, Professor Grey recreated a scenario in his head. Belarus had turned to unleash an assault on the rest of the students. If this theory was correct, then Hakuman was the first victim? But why the only victim?

“Another suspect? A partnership gone bad? Or….Hakuman was never the culprit to begin with! Urgrh!!! I need to get ahead of this before anyone…”

Quickly Professor Grey began to pack his stuff and toss the duffle bag over his shoulder. He needed to reposition himself through the mysterious veil that was provided by the height of the buildings. The students were unaware of his location and whom was watching, although it was only Professor Grey watching. The other participants were provisional heroes, tasked with blending into the community. They were nowhere near the drop-off site. Professor Grey began zip-lining through the rooftops at various angles, taking a path to keep himself hidden from conventional view but to come closer to the drop-off point. He only repeated one train of thought.

“Shoot Belarus!”

Part Update: Part III Begins ( Last 48 Hours ):
→ The Field Trip has definitely been ruined and the reason is due to Belarus' unexpected attack. As of right now, the objective has become two missions to complete. At the end of this part, Phase II will begin.

→ Success amongst the Heroes, until mayhem breaks, can result from getting healed from the damage ( although Hakuman is now missing the hand used to grab the grenade and you will be suffering from the bleed damage [ which won't trigger by the end of your post ] ), and/or the capture of Belarus.

→ Belarus cannot accomplish success unless he properly evades being detained by any Student or Justice Worker. Justice Workers are Police | Provisional Heroes | Profession Heroes. If Professor Grey reaches Belarus, Permanent Damage will Automatically Trigger.

Special Condition:
For the Plot to be Authentic, Police have Arrived. This Fight Thread can be canceled because they have issued everyone to refrain from making any movement ( this is after Pucci launched his Attack towards League of Villains ). Failure to submit to the orders of the Police will result in this fight becoming a Triple Threat. They are currently three meters away from Pucci, thus about 4 meters from League of Villains.

Police Orders: They ordered Pucci to step away from the van and lay upon the ground, maintaining the same distance. They also requested Pucci to deactivate what they believed to be his Quirk, having seen the lightning and still seeing it. Failure to comply [ even if cards aren't spent ] will immediately cause the police to shoot.

Each turn you have to spend a Block Card for every Style Technique or Card you spend and/or maintained. This Block Card represents you defending against the bullets [ each one does 2 Damage ]. Two squad cars, with 2 Cops from each car, emerge from behind Pucci which means only League of Villains can see them right now. The bullets move at 7 SPM and each Cop retains 4 in Each Attribute, aside from Dexterity which has 6 Points. The Cops possess 2 Health Points Each.

Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Level: Basic
Quirk Bonus: Grants the Keyword "Absolute". Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not possess Style Techniques. The Decay Parent Technique Gains the Keyword "Rank vs Rank".
Description: This grants the user the ability to destroy anything their hands touch regardless whether its considered indestructible or possess damage shaving capability. Whether the target is organic or not, the power will work without fail. The speed of the disintegration can vary from slow to almost instant, the speed depending on level of the parent technique, but any target decayed crumbles to dust. Whenever the Decay Process has triggered, it gains the keyword "Absolute" which means the power of the decay cannot be bypassed or ignored through most means.

Quirk Breakdown:

~ The Decay Parent Technique allows the user to interact with opposing Style Techniques on the Rank vs Rank rubric. In this interaction: if the Parent Technique's Rank is higher than an opposing Style Technique, then the Parent Technique will automatically win regardless of the damage magnitudes. Below in the following excerpt reveals what Rank the Parent Technique theoretically has been assigned:

~ Because the quirk requires all five fingers to tough an object in order for it to trigger, counters to the quirk are phenomenon such as fluids or particles. This ability would make it impossible for the user to properly touch the object with all of their fingers. When activating Decay with the intent to destroy an target, it requires that 1 Attack Card is spent. Activating Decay with the intent to block oncoming damage or effects, then it requires that 1 Block Card is spent.

Quirk Drawback(s):

~ At this current level of mastery, the quirk only triggers when all five fingers touch the target at the same time, indicating that the activation of the Quirk is not voluntary. During each of the Parent Technique Level, if the character establishes contact with a target that is below the dimensions mentioned will be considered instantly decay. The Decay Parent Technique also determines the max amount of range that will be decayed when the character establishes contact.

Quirk Level is Basic: Any Target with a Dimension More than 4 Meters will Require 2 Turns of Constant Contact to Decay. Each Multiple of 3 Meters afterwards will increase the Constant Contact duration by 1 Turn.

Description: The manifestation of this Quirk is an idiosyncratic ability to reconfigure the physique at the molecular level, so that fusion with another physique can take place. During this union, the character’s biological makeup can serve to supplement the new form via bolstering physical advantages otherwise not available or possible as well eliminating flaws when separate. Perhaps the most prominent ability regarding this fusion is the ability to behave akin to a parasite, which allows the character to take other physiques hostage to use the body as a vessel for whatever merits deemed desirable. Regardless of the method or desire behind the fusion, the character never loses their mental cognitive as that remains separate and the health pools will combine.

~ Performing a fusion requires physical contact is established, which then the process will initiate. The duration of fusing varies due to the different compatibilities present among human interaction, however the method of fusion the character seeks determines the default speed. Identical to a parasite, the character did not actually merge their cells with the foreign body – rather they simply hijacked its motor skills. Deemed the Fastest of the Fusion Methods, the duration of the Takeover Fusion is instant until other parameters are factored:

~ Giveaway Fusion: This fusion refers to the character desire to supplement foreign physiques, which is why when the two bodies combine to form a new one - the character has relinquished control of the motor skills to the partner. Not only does the character lack control ( aside from wanting to defuse ), they have performed a muscular and skeletal merge with the partner body to offer half their attribute points to the physical capabilities. They will also lend their Archetype, which creates a unique interaction where the partner body can lose fatal flaws ( if one of the archetypes with a fatal flaw happens to be the primary attribute of the other archetype ). The partner body will also absorb the entire Battle Deck the character retains, however the refresh rate is doubled. Deemed the Second Fastest of the Fusion Methods, Giveaway Fusion requires two turns until other parameters are factored:

Different Archetypes: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.

~ Give & Take Fusion: This fusion refers to the character desire to create a harmonious union with another physique. Creating the perfect form can only be achieved when two characters possess the Potara Quirk. This fusion exists because both individuals have combined their physique down to the cellular structure. The motor skills of this new form can be controlled by either mental cognition, which is important because this includes even semi-defusing to for all sort of unconventional tactics. This new form is the combination of both bodies' attribute points. The new form will have both Archetypes, which creates a unique interaction where the partner body can potentially lose fatal flaws. If one of the Archetypes with a Fatal Flaw happens to be the Primary Attribute of the other Archetype. The new form will also have the combination of both Battle Decks, however the refresh rate will remain the same as standard. Any Extraordinary, Persona, and Physique Traits possessed by either body will be available for the new form ( despite rulings that may prevent the pairings ). Deemed the Longest of the Fusion Methods, Give & Take Fusion requires three turns until other parameters are factored:

Different Archetypes: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Quirk Types: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Gender | Species: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.​

~ During any method of fusion, the combined bodies will develop the other’s inherent weaknesses related to Quirk Drawbacks or Status Effects. Even after defusing, if the combined form took damage or developed any affects ( whether ongoing or not ) then each form will retain the condition that resulted from such encounter. All methods of fusion are consider physical, therefore any Quirks capable of stopping motor function can drastically hinder either body or the new form.



The League of Villains were shocked to see the rear door of the van open up, it wasn't that they forgot to lock the doors, but in case they had to jump out quickly, it didn't make sense to have to lose that second and a half to hitting the automatic switch, that would unlatch the doors in the event they needed to act quickly. As the light from outside came in, it revealed the darkskinned guy Tomura had seen moments before with the star shaped edge up and the weird fashion sense. Julio and Diego knowing they were no where complete in the fusion process with Tomura, would end the fusion in it tracks becoming separate once again, a action that would occur instantly. It was the valiant leader, Tomura, who got up to move in front of the ajar door as he had planned to reach a hand out towards Enrico openly as if to welcome a new friend. Even though for Enrico, little did he know a single touch would mean death for his unfortunate soul who had coincidentally made his way into the wrong place at the wrong time by some twist of fate. A man who had manage to catch Tomura's eye earlier when he had walked into the bank, and yet magically here he was now directly before them.

"Wel-" Tomura couldn't even manage to begin his sentence, by the time the parties recognized the situation, Enrico had already unleashed a bolt of Lightning towards them, but instead of it striking all three parties, that bolt of electricity struck Tomura, whose entire body moved fast enough to move in the way of the attack and would serve to block the Lightning, while protecting his allies inside from harm whom Tomura had grown to have some level of compassion for. Tomura wavered slightly from the shock, the attack hurt but it wasn't enough to bring him down completely, the lightning unlike electricity he had ever felt, it simply caused him to feel pain more so then the sensation of actually being electrocuted and paralyzed like a normal electric current would render him. If anything it only served to increase the murderous feeling boiling up inside Tomura. Meanwhile, two vehicles suddenly appeared in the alleyway, and almost immediately guns were drawn as the Police had finally caught up to the recently escaped criminals who were leaving a trail of bodies in their path. The situation was becoming a bit more dire now. If it weren't for the command of the officers asking all the parties to stand down, Tomura might have thought the guy in front of him to be a Pro Hero who had aided the police in this pursuit. Tomura however knew, when he was at a disadvantage, with the guns trained on them, it was better to let the situation play out as they were asking Enrico to step back from the vehicle and lay on the ground after having witnessed the tail end of the scene of that had transpired. He had no doubt a bullet would go right between his eyes, if he made any sudden moves. Now wasn't the time to act rash...

Draven in the meantime had witnessed the entire situation play out, intrigued by the selfless act of Tomura to protect the Demon Twins, however this time he wasn't laughing. With the police on their trail, just what would Tomura do in this situation? The way infront of them still clear, he both hands on the wheel of the news van, he'd take his chances to escape if he had to. It was only a matter of time before more police, or even worse Heroes showed up.




Julio spends 1 Support card to defuse.
Diego spends 1 Support card to defuse.
Tomura spends 1 Block card to block the bolt of Lightning.
Tomura is now at 3 HP, due to blocking the Lightning attack.

Everything was starting to be a blur. His ears still ringing. He couldnt hear anything over the commotion. At that moment he felt more bodies moving him, touching him. Hakumen didnt let just anybody touch him but its whatever. Hearing the screams continue, now his hearing coming back to him. He noticed incredible pain to his left arm... slightly opening his eye he seen the woman and the black kid from his class.. slightly tilting his head over he saw half his arm blown up.. Hakumen isnt one to dwell on what happen. He simply let out a sigh... This alerted the girl he was with. Quickly going through the bus, in the back area she found a first aid kit. She informed Hakumen of the possible pain as she began to pour alcohol on it, while ripping a piece of her pants leg off, revealing her thick thighs. The fabric was thin enough to rip but tough enough to wrap around a wound.. and thats what she did. She didnt have a knife or stitching material so she couldnt do much. Right as she demanded the bus to drive off, Hakumen slightly stood up, as if he just awoke from a slumber.. He was so out of it he forgot what his quirk was. Simply by balling his fist up, he reversed the damage that took place.. That 4.5 Damage turned into health, now giving Hakumen 9.5 Health

"No.. My plans are a bit different. Not only do we have innocent students out there risking their lives... we have a traitor amongst us.. UNFORGIVABLE ! I dont know what plan you guys set in motion, but there is a new one"

Hakumen didnt quite trust Jermiah... not only that even in the heat of battle, Hakumen didnt favor him. Just moments ago he was being mocked by the clown. Either way, Hakumen wasnt going to let that intervene. Getting up, and walking the girl was astonished. Not only did the bleeding stop but it was as if Hakumen didnt even suffer damage.. a blow.. The girl before she finished her sentence, Hakumen spoke. "Later". Hakumen informed the girl he may need backup so he want her help in taking the guy down, while at the same time informing Jermiah to go look for help. Hakumen was going to hold him off as long as he could.

Stepping off the bus, now the smoke settled. It looked like an elementary school lunch. All the kids on one side, and a lone person on another. It seemed as if everybody was scared to go towards the guy.. who wouldnt though. The guy could reduce you to a marble. But Hakumen? He was gonna step... Walking towards the guy as everybody stood back except the girl who stayed a few feet behind him as support for whatever hakumen needed but also, standing not to far from the guy. Hakumen was more furious than people ever knew. It was good Hakumen didnt have his weapon cause he would have struck first and asked questions in the afterlife

" Betrayal is worst than death in most cases. Not only are you tainted but I was around such filth. I feel DIRTY! and to think you would not only try and harm everybody in the midst, but also the teacher.. But since you can put things into a marble and release it, its safe to say the teacher is still alive... Release the teacher and I will make your going away party as painless as possible... If not, I will bring Hell on earth for you"

Grants the Keyword "Absolute" to all Effects Gained from the Reverse Process. Grants the Keyword "Bonus" to all Effects Gained from the Reverse Process. Grants the "Negative" Keyword to All Reverse Processes.
Description: The character has acquired the ability to instantly reverse the effects of a target should their hands, all five fingers are not required, physically touch them. The effects of a target refer to any numerical value that could possibly influence the target: Attribute Points that have been raised or reduced, Damage Magnitudes that have been raised or reduced, and Health Points that have been raised or reduced. The nature of the Quirk is purely supportive, meaning it is incapable of dealing damage, requiring the wielder of the power to be creative if they want to subdue their opponents.

Quirk Breakdown:

~ The power of the Reverse does not solely remove any positive or negative effects that the target is experiencing. The reverse process takes that numerical value, undoes its intended effect, and then applies contradictory effect. Take the example of a target that is currently experiencing a 5 Point increase in their Damage Magnitude. Then the Reverse process is performed on that target. At that moment, the +5 Point Effect is nullified and then immediately a -5 Point is established.

~ The power of the Reverse cannot be undone, which is why the quirk has developed the ”Absolute” keyword. The keyword applies to all effects developed via the reverse process, therefore in that same example above the target will experience that -5 Point Effect to their Damage Magnitude until the end of battle. This does not mean, they are incapable of further activating or triggering effects to overpower the reduction just they cannot undo or remove the reversing.

Quirk Drawbacks:

~ Although the power of Reverse is Absolute, it does not mean its limitless in application. Whenever the character is attempting to perform a reverse, it will immediately fail if the target they touched is not experiencing the effects directly. Return to the previous example: If the target is experiencing a +5 Point Effect to their Damage Magnitude, but the credited source is not their physique or their own quirk, then the reverse process cannot be conducted. This means that all effects that can be susceptible to the reverse process originate in the physique. Regarding Quirks, it must stem from their own Quirk otherwise the boosts gained another one is not susceptible.

~ Since the power of Reverse applies the contradictory effect, it is possible that the character or any other targets can receive gains that surpass their human caps or regulated rules. Proper representation of that is why the Reverse Quirk has gained the ”Bonus” Keyword, which means the gains can legally bypass the cap placed on boosts. This power is a double edge sword, because any target that maintain the boosts which is not ordinary to their body will result in adverse consequences.

Attributes: Any Target that Receives Attribute Gains that Pass the Human Cap will suffer consequences. If the character experiences the gains for an accumulation of 3 Turns or 6 Turns, their bones will fracture or break respectively.

Damage: Any Target that Receives Damage Gains that Pass their original, max output will suffer consequences. Each time the character deals any damage, their body will suffer damage equal to half their output.​

~ At this level of mastery, the character is incapable of reversing ongoing effects. This means any effects that trigger, for better or worse, each turn cannot have their progression reversed but the effects for that turn only can be effected. At the start of the next turn, the reverse will be undone and the effects will continue its normal progression. The character also cannot reverse conditional powers. Take the example of a character that receives +1 Point in Agility because they are currently moving. That effect is not susceptible to the reverse process because that gain is dependent on the condition that the character is moving. Logically, that boost will occur again ( instead of a negative counterpart ) when they move again.

The sound of tires scraping against gravel screeched behind Pucci. Several cars doors rapidly opened then closed, and the patter of leather shoes sauntered closer. A voice called for everyone to hold still.

1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19...

The prime numbers rattled off inside Pucci's head as the officers barked their orders. Immediately, Pucci released an omnidirectional burst of lightning from his person. Above ground, the lightning expanded like a half-dome at top speed. The burst, unchecked, was aimed to strike all those around in a 20 meter radius. The vehicles would explode on impact, the league and the officers would be electrocuted under the pain, if everything went to Pucci's plan.

Inferiorly, Pucci manipulated the shape of the lightning to serve a secondary need. The blast extended downwards in a diameter of a foot and a half around Pucci, granting the lightning burst a shape rather resembling an open umbrella. The lightning demolished through the road beneath Pucci as it descended, opening a hole that allowed the priest to drop down into the sewers below. As the cops and the league dealt with the lightning, Pucci took off through the sewers, taking as many turns as he possibly could as he ran to cover his tracks.

These streaks of lightning can traverse through targets that conduct electricity, allowing the character to have lightning discharge from that target to attack at unconventional angles. During the conduction, the electricity glows blue which reveals its travel plan.

Note: The amount of lightning the user can release depends on Dexterity Attribute's Target Tracking Clause. The range the user can control the lightning, even when its traveling through targets that conduct it, depends on the distance of accuracy also explained in the Dexterity Attribute, instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling.

Note: The amount of damage each lightning projectile can deal depends on the Power Attribute, however multiple projectiles will cause the damage magnitude to split evenly as possible. The user must be careful because maintaining and tracking their own targets constitutes that they are tracking targets.

BATTLE CHECK
The biggest issue stemming from the side of LGeezy is his believe that he is blocking or offering some sort of block via attempting to decay the lighting. I want to strike that from the record considering that with the limitations on his Decay Quirk, decaying energy is outside his capabilities. Since the lightning cannot even be a legitimate target, I am not going to consider it a successful block despite the actual logic behind it. I am favoring game mechanics and possibility.

The biggest concern regarding Joestar is that the reply involves him attempting to activate a G-Rank Style Technique. That much can be derived from the reference of the attacking spanning 20 meters in radius, which is only possible ( outside of other variables ) by using G-Ranks. Accepting that, the problem begins when Joestar only attempted to spend 1 Card which is faulty because it requires 2 Cards to be spent to activate G-Ranks. This means, the entire attack cannot transpire and the card is not spent. This would not matter much if it were not for the following excerpt.

OFFICIAL VERDICT
Considering that Pucci failed to deactivate their Quirk, the Cops have fired their weapons. Each Cop trained with military tactics and efficiency, fire one bullet each. Perhaps fitting for the environment, their aim was comparable to movie magic. Two bullets lodged into the shoulders of Pucci in a manner to render the usage of his arms barely functional. The other two bullets lodged into the legs [ calf muscle region ] of Pucci.

Due to the severity of the shots, the human caps regarding the Power and Agility Attributes have been reduced to 2nd Point. You are bleeding but not enough to cause Bleed Damage, however your refresh rate on the battle cards has been extended to six turns instead of four. Each Bullet dealt 2 Damage, therefore you suffered 8 Damage total. Your archetype is Prodigy ( 6 HP ) and you Shave 0.5 Damage, which means you suffered a total of 6 Damage.

This will effectively knock your bio unconscious, the body hitting the floor. The Police will not move closer to you, rather another Squad Car has arrived. Upon seeing the scene, they radio in for an ambulance as well the background of a Professional Hero. Meanwhile the first four cops begin shouting, ordering League of Villains to slowly and they mean slowly exit the vehicle. Considering that this thread wrapped up quickly, I shall merge the posts with the Crisis Thread.​

It seemed the League of Villains wouldn't even have to deal with the attacker, the police officers warning to Enrico seemed to fall on deaf ears as several shots rang out, hitting the man with pinpoint accuracy. Enrico fell to the ground almost just as quick, leaving Tomura standing in the open doorway with the guns now trained on him. Now the officers were barking orders at Tomura, telling him and everyone inside to exit the vehicle just as a third car pulled into the alleyway. Seeing how quickly things transpired in the previous interaction with no clear way of escape, Tomura held his hands up as he slowly stepped out the vehicle, still trying to get over the sensation of the blast of Lightning which hit him directly.

He jumped out the van landing into the pooling of blood of the worthless man on the ground, fittingly, at the feet of the future king. Tomura stepped around the body, and then Julio and Diego exited next with their hands up, following the lead of Tomura. Draven was reluctant, but in a effort to not have the several shots ring out once again and this time against his companions, he also hopped out the vehicle standing on the drivers side.

"Thanks for the assistance officers, this guy showed up out of nowhere and started attacking us. If it weren't for you all, I don't know what might have happened." Tomura said feigning a innocent smile. The leader intended to comply with the orders until he was able to make a way to escape.

Azula was pushed and as she opened her eyes, she could see that she was in a drastically different location. The experience was quite... disorienting. First a lady shows up and then she's given a task by five Fingers before she could even respond. She took a breath before gathering herself.

"Jeremiah..."

Azula looked around for a second before she heard the familiar sounds of police sirens in the distance, roughly ten to eleven minutes away, six to seven if she sprinted for it. She would simultaneously hear explosions in another direction. She had to think logically. If there are explosions in one direction, and police in another then these have to be two separate interactions. From what Five Fingers told her, there was a hit on his head which means others are trying to capture him. Neither Jeremiah or his would be captors would be anywhere near the police, at least she hoped. Azula ran towards the explosions in hopes her logic checked out.

Bell had to come up with a plan fast. he could hear some students clambering to the bus, lead by Jeremiah, not a bad plan. However, even if that was the case, with his inability to release anymore weapons right now, Bell had no choice but the flee. With the smoke thinning out, he dropped to one knee, placing both hands on the ground. Going down was his safest bet, the safety of the sewers meant he could run and regroup, think about how he could at least somewhat not end up in jail. Preparing to compress the floor, Bell heard the footsteps come towards him, and Hakuman begin speaking. With a glance to the side, Bell saw the damage had healed itself. He had never once seen or heard anything about Hakumans quirk, but it seemed he had the ability to heal, or maybe the girl behind him did, the smoke made everything unclear, a double edged sword. A tight smile, and Bell spoke.

This is war games Hakuman, you still havnt figured it out? Oh well. Don't follow me, once i get down, im leaving a handful of grenades, and blowing the entrance, if you follow me, you'll die for real this time. Last time was a warning, i won't play around anymore. Also, My quirk works in two ways. One is a storage way, the way i kept that grenade, the other, is literal compaction. Gray isn't stored, he's dead. Also, you should step back, anything touching what i compress, is also compress. Best of luck.

Already in position, Bell compressed the ground. 5m diameter around him, a giant circle, this was meant to deter anyone. The next, Bell compressed another hole, although this time, it was only wide enough for his body to fall through, focusing on digging the hole down and less of deterring people. As he hit the ground, Bell compressed once more, same size, breaking through the upper ground and falling, landing on the concrete of the sewer system. Leaving three marbles at the base of the hole, Bell glanced at the wall, before touching it and compressing it. As he walked into the hole, Bell compress another section, before throwing his marble back, decompressing it, and sealing the hole, as if nothing had ever happened, Bell disappeared into the darkness.

It was suffice to say all hell had managed to break loose; Grey was running from building to building to get closer to the students and secure a better positioning to get his shots off after the explosion by Belarus had occurred but that wouldn't be the last of his problems.

"God dammit!

Cursing under his breath, Grey continued moving. The one thought pulsing through his brain with each step, each climb, each heartbeat. He was determined to put an end to this menace before he harmed other students. His paranoia wouldn't allow him to rest if he escaped, there would be no telling when others were attacked by him. Constant Vigilance! He thought to himself, a mantra he adopted as a way to keep his mind sharp and vigilant. He had been moving swiftly towards the group when he noticed something from the corner of his eye, prompting him to lift his gun and aim down the sights towards his rights.

"....it can't be....no way...

As he watched, swarms of people ran onto the street from the right, civilians fleeing and screaming with hysteria ensuing. Narrowing his eyes, he would notice what appeared to be people in matching costumes and clothing behind the fleeing people, some with weapons in their hands and others open handed. It didn't take long for Grey to realize what had happened, his paranoia telling him that he was right to never let his guard down: Villains had invaded Hollywood Boulevard. Rapidly closing the distance to his destination, the Professor was forced to stop as several spread screens through the district played the following message.

[Heroes…. They parade around with a sense of entitlement and make life into a hell for those they cast to the shadows. People have lost all self-reliance and rely on “heroes” to protect them instead of protecting and developing themselves. I, Shigarkai Tomura - Leader of the League of Villains am, declaring all-out war with the Hero Association. I will destroy everything heroes stand for, and will liberate the world from “Justice” which is nothing but a tool to keep the powers that be in place. I ask for those who are hearing this message, is where will you all be on the day the world was reborn in mayhem? ]

Before he could act, he got a loud frantic voice through his communicator, a hero assigned to protect the area. Perhaps they had learned from the Hero Association that the school was here, but villains? What the hell were they doing here?

"Arsenal! Artillery Reporting for Duty! Hehehehe!"

Grey breathed a small sigh of relief because he recognized the voice, one that he rarely possessed paranoia about. A disciple turned partner turned succeeder, it was the Professional Hero Artillery. She was capable and he could feel even a sliver better about what was transpiring. Despite this trust, the heat of the moment caused Grey to perform his test to see if it were the real Artillery.

"Absolute Truth? Let me hear it?."

"More of this mumbo...."

"PLEASE! Artillery!"

"FINEEEE. I think therefore I am...everything else is a deception for somebody to use..blah blah blah!"

"Correct, it is you. Now! Artillery. What the hell is going on down there?! Are those -"

"Villains! Escaped prisoners have overran the area, threatening the civilians and tourists here!"

"Dammit, we have students on field trips here!"

"Don't worry professor, we can take them down! I have my league assisting me but -"

Static interrupted the communicator and silence befell him, Artillery's message lost. Grey mind was racing, what the hell did she try to tell him about? Was it a warning? Grey lifted the gun up again and used his scope to look around. More criminals had begin to enter from multiple angles. The smoke near the students had began to clear and Belarus had managed to escape. There was no way Artillery's League would be able to deal with all of them. Cursing under his breath once more, Grey moved out, the lives of his students at stake.

The Battle Royal Combat System.
Dependent on the Scaling, Most Attacks Only Travel One Block.
Any Character Can Only Attack to the Left, Right, Above, and Below from them.
Attacks Above 10 Meters is 2 Blocks. Attacks Above 15 Meters is 3 Blocks. Attacks Above 20 Meters is 4 Blocks.
Attacking Buildings Requires a Mega-Move , Therefore Failure to Clearly Label Your Post a Mega-Move will suffer Voids.
Attacking Role-Players will auto trigger a Real Battle ( Separate Thread ) that Must Conclude in the Defeat of Either Party.

The Battle Deck is Activated During this Phase, Therefore Managing the Resource is Important.
Each Part of Phase II ( Besides the First ) will Last 48 Hours.
Civilians have 2 Health Points, But Don't Deal Damage.
Prisoners and Police have 3 Health Points and Deal 1.5 Damage Back.
Villains and Heroes have 4 Health Points and Deal 2.0 Damage Back.
A Character Can Only Spend 3 Cards Per Post. The Deck Refresh Every 2 Part Updates.
Damage is Only Dealt Back if the Character is Next to Them When a Part Update Occurs.

Rules:
→ At the Beginning or Ending of Your Post, You Must Keep an Accurate Detail of the Coordinates of where your Character started for the post, moved to, and ended at. Any letters that are attacked or rescued must also be documented using the coordinates. You Must Also Keep an Accurate Detail of How Many and What Kind of Letters you Defeated or Rescued ( Instead of Attacking a Civilian as a Hero, Your Damage will OOC Save Them [ Just Role-Play like you saving them, not actually attacking them ] ). Failure to follow this arrow head will cause the Staff to disregard whatever isn't documented correctly.

→ And yes, document correctly which means you have to read each other's post. The map will not be updated per post, rather its per part update. This means your actions have to account for the actions of others. Come time to update, whoever is the most recent to mess up will have their post voided. Therefore as a community, if you see a problem. Address it, to make this a smooth process please.​

The sensation of returning consciousness is often a jarring one, marked by disorientation and confusion. For Pucci, it was quite the opposite, carrying instead realization and anger as he awoke in the healing chamber. The priest immediately glanced at his arms and his legs; at the wounds that had been torn into him. He recalled the feeling that preceded his bout in the dark, like white-hot claws had driven themselves through his flesh and bone until they were no longer within him.


He sucked air through his teeth and his eyes shut, bracing himself for the inevitable memory of the pain. Or perhaps he had simply caught up to the pain lingering his body still. It didn’t matter, not to the priest. No, the pain he felt was comparatively easy compared to the turmoil that plagued his mind instead.


“You cowards,” he shouted, banging the wall of the chamber weakly. “What occurred, o God, to turn your flock so asunder? They turn blind from your path and now...now, these sheep have forsaken the only shepherd left to them.”


Pucci’s jaw clenched and his fingers dug into the flesh of his palm.


“These villains, they are a plague onto humanity. The greatest hell itself! And they believe these heroes to be the path. These failures.”


Pucci’s voice steadily rose, his anger swelling.


“The heroes’ struggle to subdue villainy is a sin in of itself! How long has this fight gone on? Are you all truly so blind that you’re still drawn to this sick game? The villains wreak havoc on humanity, and the villains profit from it as you all gawk at the spectacle. You sheep will be your own undoing.”

Hakumen as he noticed the backstabber somehow made his way into a hole.. But it didnt stop there. Thats when Hakumen heard a broadcast.. Lots of Tv.. The announcement he heard made Hakumen Skin crawl.... once done he would suddenly hear an uproar of people.. Civilians screaming out in anguish... Looking around Hakumen noticed a bunch of people in suits... Hakumen with his left hand non usable. He decided to Dash forward with the woman following behind him. He didnt ask her to follow but for some odd reason she latched on to him.. That was cool. Hakumen let the other students do their thing since they were technically heroes in the making. They can hande themselves. As he dashed forward he noticed some people on the side, Quickly heading over there, he was faced with his first prisoner.

He slowly walked up to the guy. Hakumen was already annoyed. The guy came up with a knife in his hand.. The guy was faster than meets the eye, slightly cutting Hakumens hand.. Hakumen didnt waste no time as he launched his right leg towards the prisoners chest, launching him back.. Doing this he dashed towards the prisoner, delivering an uppercut to his body. Doing this, it knocked the guy out.. Though it wasnt without damage to his body.. Hakumen was eager to get to the head of the snake, He was looking left and right.. Didnt know where to go... left.. right.. He was frantic... Thats when a hand touched his shoulder "You cant save everybody... So save who you can".. Hakumen didnt even noticed that he was focused on taking out the villians that Civllians didnt even cross his mind.. He felt slightly guilty... His ideology has been challenged the past few weeks and Class 1C has kind of altered his outlook... Was he going to simply ignore the innocent to pursue this "Killing of the head of the snake"? No... Quirk Breakdown & Restrictions:

When alone, the character with this ability can transform regions of their body to mimic certain parts of their weapon form. Even this application can prove troublesome since the character can manifest their unique ability, albeit at a much weaker capacity. Regardless of the level of mastery the character obtains, they can never access the powers of the Quirk beyond basic application. The scaling of the abilities cannot exceed certain parameters: the abilities cannot mimic Transformation or Mutant Quirks because the weapon form hosts the source of power, not any genetical composition.

There are various abilities that the weapon forms can possess, each of them abide by the regulation attached to the synchronization required for weapon and wielder to form. Synchronization cannot occur if the characters possess contradictory persona traits, an indication that the two are incompatible partners. Contradictory persona traits refer to circumstances where one of the character possesses a persona trait that the other character cannot have due to the personas they possess. Attempting synchronization results in immediate, irreversible five damage that cannot be prevented or shaved.

Synchronization is the process where the wavelengths between the weapon and wielder have melded together within this trance. This trance can be referred to as Soul Wavelength, and it consists of the both individuals creating a unison between their mental, emotional, and physical components. This results in both experiencing an increase in collaborative thought and action, but most importantly the efficiency of both. This increase is represented by the standard advantages of synchro, which is determined by level of the Parent Technique for Equip:

The remaining drawback, perhaps the most significant, is that the synchronization is very stressful on the body especially when manifesting the unique ability. Excluding any additional penalties that may manifest in the unique ability each weapon possesses, the greater the wavelength results in the heavily the consequences to maintain the Soul Wavelength. Determined by the level of the Parent Technique, below is the excerpt:

Aside from being disarmed, which will involve in the synchronization being cancelled thus the perks gained from them lost, the largest downside to the Equip Quirk is that the character is still susceptible to damage even in weapon form. Regardless of the weapon form, the transformed state will consist of a stainless alloy composition that is durable and conducts to both electricity and heat. The health points the character possessed will transfer over to the weapon form, however they not be destroyed physically. When the weapon form undergoes destructive, it simply dissipates and reveals the unconscious character.


Shadow Nemesis: Mai Haruki's Weapon Form [ Katana that 1.5 Meter in Length ( The Hilt is 0.5 and the Blade is 1 ) ] Grants the Wielder the ability to manipulate their own shadow to become a tangible extension of themselves. Extremely malleable and versatile, the wielder can utilize their shadow for offensive | defensive | and supportive tactics without Style Techniques. Although the appropriate Battle Card must be spent on the wielder's behave. The shadow can never shape shift to become larger than 3 meters in volume. The damage magnitude of the shadow depends on the wielder's Intelligent Attribute.

Quirk Bonus: The character has been granted the ability to produce and release this black substance known as the Weak Force. The black substance is aqueous in nature, thus possesses a very malleable composition. The composition has high enough buoyancy to allow the substance to float amongst the air and be controlled by the character via physical gesture. Whenever interacting with other targets that are solid or liquid, it easily soaks into it causing the target to become radioactive. The black substance does not deal damage, being much more toxic in nature.

Quirk Breakdown:

~ Because of the aqueous state of matter, it gains the prominent ability to be nigh-everlasting. When these style techniques clash with opposing style techniques, the weak force does not become nullified regarding its effects or presence. Weak Force related Style Techniques gain the ”Populate” keyword, which means during those collisions the substance will spread and contaminate the rest of the environment. The spread depends on the scaling of the technique: for every multiple of five meters, an additional 2 meters in diameter will be in covered.

~ Because of the toxicity of radiation, it gains the prominent ability to worsen with time. Whether poisoned by weak force directly or indirectly [ being poisoned requires physical contact with weak force itself or any object that became radioactive because of weak force ] the target will develop the adverse effects three turns after. The adverse effects depend on the parent technique level, but because of the ”Build Up” keyword repeated exposure to weak force will cause the target to experience the next level of adverse effects.

Quirk Drawback(s): Despite Weak Force being created and released from the character’s body, they are not immune to the substance after it interacts with the environment. The black substance has become contaminated with the environment around, therefore the character’s body does not recognize the substance it originally created. Exposure to the effects are slower to mature, evident that it will take five turns instead of three for the effects to develop.

Jeremiah witnessed everything that had happened, he waited for Hakumen to leave the area before he killed the bus driver, the only witness, he quickly changed into his costume. He assembled his gun and began to act. Stepping outside of the bus he quickly radiated it, causing radiation to spread amongst the ground.

He quickly pointed his gun at one of the incoming prisoners. He planned to attack indiscriminately, his goal was to use this chaos to escape. He pulled the trigger, launching a fireball at a prisoner, burning them alive. Due to the inherent status effect, additional bonus damage would be dealt with, ending the opponent in that instant. The prisoner possessed a pellet gun, shooting at the Crown Prince of Crime but to no avail, as his durability was stronger than the incoming damage. He continued going forward, attacking the Police officer next to him. Of course, the police officer was defeated.

This technique can prove to be a double-egde sword since the user can be exposed to the radioactive ground if not careful. This technique is not exclusive to the floor, but any surface or water the user is standing on/in.

Note: In the circumstance that the character activates this technique over the same surface, then that adverse effects the radiation can trigger will immediately raise to the next tier due to the "Buildup" Keyword described in the Weak Force Parent Technique.

Tomura sat in silence, as he looked out the window of the unmarked police cruiser he had been placed into. His companions were also being stuffed into the back of the subsequent cruisers, meanwhile Tomura watched the man who had gotten shot be placed into the back of an ambulance. Looks like he was going to survive the encounter as well, Tomura was going to be sure to get his revenge on that guy, whoever he was, Tomura wasn't going to let someone attack him and his crew and get away with it still breathing. If anything, the police showing up to the encounter was what had saved the area for the battle that would've ensued, had they not arrived so suddenly. But, he knew the only option they had was to stand down, and let the deck stack itself in his favor.

As the vehicles drove away, transporting them to the nearby jail, Tomura's was able to witness the scene as message cued across several screens and would be in witnessed by all those in California as intended. The civilians were awe stricken at such as the words and obscure images played across the screens. With or without him, the new era of darkness would begin and would extinguish the light from the world once and for all. His end goal in sight, he had already taken the precautions to ensure the end would come in the event he didn't live to see the world reborn in his vision. He had left his impression on the world, no matter how short lived it would be. Once the word got out that, the Commander in Chief of the League of Villains was apprehended without incident, there would no doubt be those vying to claim his spot at the top. Everything was simply a pawn in his game, and Tomura had already claimed check mate several moves ago. It simply was a matter of the pieces falling into place.

Draven seemed to make the most of the situation telling several jokes, which only he seemed to enjoy as he got no response from the cop, following behind the lead car containing Tomura. He had only gone along with being captured due to Tomura's lead and the fact he wasn't tryna end up like the weirdo who had gotten gunned down. The message blared and Draven laughed even harder, that brat Tomura had actually accomplished his task of igniting a war with the heroes. Draven wanted to partake in the carnage badly, but he was unsure how exactly he would achieve that now that he was back in these damn cuffs.

Artillery was stationed on the customized ambulance, among the league’s convoy of crisis vehicles, set to travel back to the league. Many of the foot soldiers, that made up the league’s membership, had already scattered throughout Hollywood Boulevard. The scenes outside the vehicle caused some amusement for the rather awkwardly tuned heroine. It reminded her of the days before Olympus has Fallen, when villains were bold enough to grab the world by its throat and rob it of its oxygen. Granted, Artillery was not in support of villainy in the sense that it was the right way to life.

More so, she supported then notion that villainy was important for her entertainment. Quite simple, the work of a hero is boring if there is nothing to protect. Such a word caused shivers down Artillery’s body, because the heroes were not protectors. No! It was the one above all, Dio himself that protected the meek and empowered the strong. Heroes were nothing but instruments, acting out the play that Dio had written yet they took all the glory. Such opinions, Artillery often kept to herself because this type of talk threatened the Hero Association.

So, when chaos like this broke out, all it did was remind the heroine that the world of the devil was still present. It meant that the role of Dio’s children, the role of these false heroes, and the role of herself were not over. Peace had been acquired, but Dio was not done testing us. Requiring us to live righteous and virtuous lives. As soon as this idiot was done healing and locked up in her jail cells, she would really begin to dish the punishment of the divine lord. All of this planned, it is why to her surprised she heard words that struck true to her core. It ranged of familiarity. So much that Artillery questioned him.

“Teheeh funny! Your words remind me of a man I once knew!”

This stranger’s words rang with such familiarity. So much that Artillery questioned him.

Pucci’s eyes shot wide. The question immediately send chills down his spine, the memories of his first meeting with DIO flashing into his head.


“Gravity,” he said softly. “The power that draws together those fated.”


Pucci placed his hand against the side of the tank.


“That’s what he said to you, didn’t he? That man above all men...”


Pucci’s other hand clenched into a fist. His look of surprise tightened into a furrowed brow, and his eyes filled with conviction.


“Tell me, has gravity brought us together? Have we been fated? If you’re truly a follower of DIO, then it must be true. And you must know what we have to do. We have souls to collect.”


Pucci’s eyes drifted to the window. The medical caravan was approaching a rather large building, and pulled through a checkpoint. It must have been her base of operations, Pucci reasoned, and he looked back toward Artillery.

This wasnt how the game was supposed to end. Tomura wasn't going to be made to sit idly by while the world burned in his name. He was going to lead the charge as he should, the war was only beginning. Draven looked at the kid, his demeanor seemed to have shift as he could catch a glimpse of determination in his eye. The same look he had when they had escaped Silicon Asylum

"I can see the look in your eyes kid, you remind me of myself." Draven whispered.

The two met eyes, and silently without words seemed to understand one another. They would proceed to attempt to kick out the divider between them and the cop. If successful, they just might be able to escape the clutches of the law once again.

Any letters that are attacked or rescued must also be documented using the coordinates. You Must Also Keep an Accurate Detail of How Many and What Kind of Letters you Defeated or Rescued ( Instead of Attacking a Civilian as a Hero, Your Damage will OOC Save Them [ Just Role-Play like you saving them, not actually attacking them ] ). Failure to follow this arrow head will cause the Staff to disregard whatever isn't documented correctly.

Narrative Update:
→ Each Part Update, the Radiation will Spread 1 Block in Perimeter. Those that are exposed to those Block will be plagued with the Level Two consequences associated with Weak Force.

→ Azula has been damaged by the Policeman currently located in B13. They deal 1.5 Damage but Azula has 0.5 Damage Shaving, hence only suffers 1 Damage Point. Reducing her to 5 Health Points.

→ Artillery Shall Respond after a Role-Player, aside from the controller of the Pucci, Bio posts.

→ League of Villains failed in the escape attempt, thus suffered 1 Damage Point. Draven has 5 Health Points remaining while Tomura has 2 Health Points remaining. They have been pushed into local prison precinct where they may stage their last attempt at freedom. Both Characters will conduct Dexterity Tests to locate the command panel assigned to these cuffs, which you will have time to do since the prison has been invaded by villains. For Every 2 Points in Dexterity, A Failure will be removed from the Discord Roll. Each Attempt will Feature 2 Failures Plus an Additional Failure for Failing the Previous Attribute Test. Failure this time results in being imprisoned for the rest of the Crisis unless someone frees you.

Hakumen as he was fighting off the Villian himself. The woman didnt say anything. Hakumen took this as a sign that she was indeed weak, but that didnt bother him much. He figured as such. Continuing through, He heard her speak "My name is Mai Hazuki, and I am in the same class as you. Not 1C but.. you know the same class. Tehe" Hakumen turned his head in her direction and didnt say anything. He simply acknowledged that he heard her "My Quirk is called Equip. I heard you mention a sword several times. Me personally, Im not that physically strong So I try to not use my quirk versus myself, but my Quirk itself is strongest with a partner. I can partially turn my body or my whole body into a weapon.." she spoke once again. "Even A -" "Yep! Even a sword. If I could turn into a hand I would" Hai said interrupting Hakumen with a smile with a brief chuckle, Beginning her transformation into a beautiful black blade. 1.5 Meters long. Hakumen Gripping the hilt, not even thinking about which part of her body this was.... It was so long since he held a blade and it felt so... Easy...He didnt respond to the ugly joke, though she did lift the mood just a smidgen "You mind If I utilize you a bit... If its too much then I won-" "Nope. I dont mind at all, though I will tell you. I do take damage in this form for prolong periods.. Be mindful okay?" "... I guess you will find out about my quirk as well" Hakumen said to her, feeling as if he was refreshed and renewed. She never questioned his quirk but felt as if it had something to do with him healing himself.. Though she never asked.

Dashing forward, Hakumen made sure to follow a line. The hospital is a safe place. Hakumen was going to make sure he first cleared the area before He dropped the people off. As he launched off, he was met with a citizen.. Quickly checking the citizen to see if they were hurt. Luckily they weren't and was able to quickly walk with him, dashing past a cop, he didnt really check to see if the cop was okay since their job was to protect. Hakumen looking different ways he went ahead and took a north route. Hakumen couldn't get to everybody but he was going to try his best. Once he dropped them off at the hospital he was going to try and find the real threat. Coming across another citizen, he checked them, but beyond that point he noticed somebody with a weapon in their hand... this guy seemed to be a villian.

Instructing the Citizens to get behind him, he gripped the sword and launched towards the villian. He attacked with the hilt of the sword towards the stomach region of the villian, following with a round kick towards the neck region. This would knock him out. He made sure to yell back to the cop that a villian was there, but Hakumen couldnt waste no time.. too many people were at stake. For some odd reason.. Holding this weapon made hakumen in a good mood. A mood not wanting to simply kill these ugly villians but rescue the innocent.. Though make no mistake.. If it came between saving a life by killing a villain, Hakumen wouldn't hesitate. Hakumen as he was fighting was also told about a special ability of the sword with controlling his shadow as a means of a weapon but Hakumen wanted to wait to use that portion. For now, his main focus.. Safety.

Description: the manifestation of this Quirk is an idiosyncratic ability to transform the physique into weaponry [ the weapon of choice is made upon character sheet approval ] that further exhibits an extraordinary abilities that can rival Quirks themselves. Upon transforming into the complete weapon form, the only thing that will remain is the character’s conscious that manifests as a corporeal form within the separate realm of reality that is present within the weapon. Drastically underwhelming when alone, since the character will lose all sense of mobility, the prominent abilities of this form allows the character to synchronize the wavelength between them and the wielder. This synchronization allows the wielder to manifest the unique ability inherent to the weapon form.
Quirk Breakdown & Restrictions:
When alone, the character with this ability can transform regions of their body to mimic certain parts of their weapon form. Even this application can prove troublesome since the character can manifest their unique ability, albeit at a much weaker capacity. Regardless of the level of mastery the character obtains, they can never access the powers of the Quirk beyond basic application. The scaling of the abilities cannot exceed certain parameters: the abilities cannot mimic Transformation or Mutant Quirks because the weapon form hosts the source of power, not any genetical composition.
There are various abilities that the weapon forms can possess, each of them abide by the regulation attached to the synchronization required for weapon and wielder to form. Synchronization cannot occur if the characters possess contradictory persona traits, an indication that the two are incompatible partners. Contradictory persona traits refer to circumstances where one of the character possesses a persona trait that the other character cannot have due to the personas they possess. Attempting synchronization results in immediate, irreversible five damage that cannot be prevented or shaved.
Synchronization is the process where the wavelengths between the weapon and wielder have melded together within this trance. This trance can be referred to as Soul Wavelength, and it consists of the both individuals creating a unison between their mental, emotional, and physical components. This results in both experiencing an increase in collaborative thought and action, but most importantly the efficiency of both. This increase is represented by the standard advantages of synchro, which is determined by level of the Parent Technique for Equip:

The remaining drawback, perhaps the most significant, is that the synchronization is very stressful on the body especially when manifesting the unique ability. Excluding any additional penalties that may manifest in the unique ability each weapon possesses, the greater the wavelength results in the heavily the consequences to maintain the Soul Wavelength. Determined by the level of the Parent Technique, below is the excerpt:

Aside from being disarmed, which will involve in the synchronization being cancelled thus the perks gained from them lost, the largest downside to the Equip Quirk is that the character is still susceptible to damage even in weapon form. Regardless of the weapon form, the transformed state will consist of a stainless alloy composition that is durable and conducts to both electricity and heat. The health points the character possessed will transfer over to the weapon form, however they not be destroyed physically. When the weapon form undergoes destructive, it simply dissipates and reveals the unconscious character.

Shadow Nemesis: Mai Haruki's Weapon Form [ Katana that 1.5 Meter in Length ( The Hilt is 0.5 and the Blade is 1 ) ] Grants the Wielder the ability to manipulate their own shadow to become a tangible extension of themselves. Extremely malleable and versatile, the wielder can utilize their shadow for offensive | defensive | and supportive tactics without Style Techniques. Although the appropriate Battle Card must be spent on the wielder's behave. The shadow can never shape shift to become larger than 3 meters in volume. The damage magnitude of the shadow depends on the wielder's Intelligent Attribute.
