Hollywood Boulevard is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Los Angeles, and has become a legendary area for meeting famous professional heroes. Perhaps the blood of California, this district not only fuels the economy of the state but it manages some of the vital lifelines of California such as the largest and oldest bank in the western hemisphere. Important to the livelihood of thousands of people, this area is flooding with hero agencies dedicated to keep the district safe as well absorb all the influx of crimes that tends to happen. Only recently, has this district felt victimized in a long time.

Crisis Rubric
→ Only the [ Tomura Shigarkai ] Character, the [ Enrico Pucci ] Character, the [ Hakuman ] Character, the [ Belarus Sigmund ] Character, and the [ Jeremiah Olokun ] Character can Post in this Thread. Only Exceptions to this Rule are Characters that Perform a Cross Over.

→ Proper Participation differs amongst roles. For the Tomura Character, proper participation is behaving with the intent and attempting to accomplish the intent to gain capital and resources for the League of Villains. This objective can be cleared if Tomura gains funding or funders to invest in is endeavors. For a Student? Proper Participation simply involves them defeating villains or rescuing the innocent when mayhem breaks loose.

→ You are free to do whatever you please, however remember your actions have consequences whether they are deemed positive or negative. You Cannot Power-Play, Meta-Game, or God-Mod Professor Gray who is Present when the Thread Opens.

Objectives
→ The Crisis is Deemed a Story Mode. Although the actions of every individual may warrant negative or positive consequences, there are no definitive method of determining a winner of this Crisis because there is no traditional Win / Lose scenario. Both sides can complete their objective, thus deemed winners. In the circumstance someone is unable to complete their objective will definitely be considered a loser.

→ Part One [1] Phase One will Last 48 Hours unless each character currently in the thread posts, which then an update post may be made earlier than expected. Tomura is in the News Station established deep into Hollywood Boulevard which over the recent years has become the name of the district. Approaching the scene is Professor Gray who is the chaperone for Hanuman, Jeremiah, and Belarus.

→ Each Character Cannot Post More Than Twice Each Post ( No More than 300 Words Each Post Please ). Tomura should be prepping up for the mayhem that he is about to cause. Heroes should be posting about their travel to the location via school bus ( which is consisting of multiple fodder NPCs whom are peers ).

Time of Day + Weather Condition
→ Evening, Afternoon [ Clear Skies, 4:00 P.M]

Bel had boarded the bus as instructed, as had two students from his class, Hakuman and Jeremiah. Bell had never had any interaction with the duo, but it was perfect that 1C students where the only ones he recognized. This field trip was a perfect opportunity for Bell, to not only make contact with the underworld of California, but he could also get rid of a few students, use them as bargaining chips. However, getting past Professor Gray would be no easy feat. As a teacher he was surely skilled, but Bell had heard nothing about him, not knowing what his quirk was, or his combat abilities, made this risky. One touch, and then he could turn on Jeremiah and Hakuman, they would be easy in comparison, but Gray? A threat. The Other random students on the bus weren't even worth the effort to worry about, at least thats what Bell thought, as he sat at the first chair at the front of the bus, reading his book as the other students had boarded. Be invisible, and non threatening, that was his aim, as the bus casually drove down the highway.

Tomura's message to the masses was complete, his declaration of war against the hero association would reach the ears of many people after its conclusion. When the 5:00 pm news came on, his message would reach many in the great state of California. The time to act for the young leader was now, and it was time to locate some people worthy of making a large investment in the League's operations. Diego and Julio had graciously done the honors of recording the message and ensuring it was on live television for all to witness. Though the League was emerging from the shadows with grand plans, there was still much that needed to be done. The most important would be finding the support and capital needed to support the ideas of such large scale operations. The next would be uniting even more people to his call to action in order to wage the war that he planned on winning. Tomura was so focused, he would let nothing stop the path of destruction he planned to leave in his wake, destroying anyone who would oppose his authority in the process. Word had it that there were several banks in the area, no doubt probably heavily secured. The Bank of Hollywood, the largest and oldest bank in the area was however the one Tomura had his sights set on. There he was sure to find the necessary capital he was going to need for his investment and hopefully he would find worthy benefactors to his cause as well.

Tomura looked at his companions, and signaled it was time to go, making his way through the path of deceased innocents the villains had left in their wake, they secured a news van and left the scene.

"It's time to go make a withdrawal."

Hakumen sat in the back of the bus. That’s where all the cool kids were. Sadly there was no cool kids back there. He sat by a pretty woman. She been blushing ever since and to Hakumen it was annoying. He was split up from his friend Anakin and even the new person who introduced themselves. All that was there is the black kid Hakumen strongly disliked and the other kid who was in 1C. He didn’t know much about him but maybe he should approach him to bond over being outcasted.... nah he though. He made enough friends... one is enough. He sat back and observed the bus ride, while also keeping an eye on the black guy. His instinct was still on alert about that guy. To make time go by he started engaging in conversation with the girl he sat next to. Hakumen didn’t ask why they were going to where they were going, he figured the time will come.

Pucci shuffled through the streets of Hollywood Boulevard. A sour taste broiled in his mouth as his mind drifted to Minerva. The priest had traveled all the way to Big Sur and scoured through the caves carved through the mountains after deciphering the demon's message, only to be greeted by the abandoned caverns. He cursed the villain's name. His familiarity with California's layout still wasn't the strongest, and his venture back home was now in disarray as he moved through the Boulevard's busy streets. His blood boiled within, his growing frustration towards his lack of advancement in DIO's plan reaching the edges his sanity would allow him to handle. He became almost lost in thought as he entered the Bank of Hollywood, deciding to make some use of his trek with a few deposits.

Xavier rode on the bus, his jaw resting on his chin as he stared emptily out the window. He was completely unbothered and had no worries considering he was soon to leave everything desolate. He made sure he sat several seats away from everyone and closer to the professor to make sure everything goes smoothly. He looked on at Hollywood Boulevard. He remembered the bank incident he caused not too long ago the spiraled into an array of chaos and distress that happened on this very street. It seemed Hollywood Boulevard would be the start of The Organ Donor and the end of Jeremiah Olokun.

The news van pulled up about a block away from the Bank of Hollywood, where it came to a rest in a alleyway hidden from view. Tomura was studying the structure, watching people move in and out of the building. Including one peculiar man with a star in the middle of his head, Tomura wondered what type of fashion statement he was attempting to make. His thoughts suddenly broken as the silence broke as Diego and Julio addressed Tomura.

"Hey, boss! Why don't you let us fuse with you!" Diego exclaimed.

"Fuse?" Tomura questioned.

"Yeah, even though I can't stand the thought of merging with this bastard, it's worth a shot. It's been a while since we had a chance to do this anyway! " Julio continued.

Tomura gave his consent and the twins proceeded to touch Tomura's shoulders. It was then something bizarre began to take place as their flesh merged with Tomura's own. The process was gonna a short while but once completed Tomura was going to be impressed with the results. Draven laughed, his personality made him find the humor in almost any situation.

"Hahaha, you guys sure know how to entertain, I got some friends I should introduce you to Tomura, it's been a while I wonder if they even remember me? No matter, you guys do that fusion thing, I'll get us an audience with some people who might be interested in your cause, kid. I wonder if these guys are even still around, Hahaha"

While the fusion process took place, Draven drove to the outskirts of Hollywood Blvd to a undisclosed location, hoping to meet with some old friends from his days before his was imprisonment, Draven figured if anyone was worthy of meeting his old crew, Tomura would be.

Julio and Diego activate Potara quirk, fusing with Tomura.
Support Cards Occupied - 2
Fusion Status: 1/3 (Giveaway Fusion)
Quirk Name: Potara
Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Level: Intermediate
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Absolute" Keyword to Any Method of Fusion. Any Method of Fusion ( Excluding Give & Take which Requires 2 ) Requires 1 Support is Spent, No Style Technique Required. From that Turn Onward, the Support Card(s) is Occupied to Maintain the Fusion. Complete De-Fusing Requires 1 Support is Spent.
Description: The manifestation of this Quirk is an idiosyncratic ability to reconfigure the physique at the molecular level, so that fusion with another physique can take place. During this union, the character’s biological makeup can serve to supplement the new form via bolstering physical advantages otherwise not available or possible as well eliminating flaws when separate. Perhaps the most prominent ability regarding this fusion is the ability to behave akin to a parasite, which allows the character to take other physiques hostage to use the body as a vessel for whatever merits deemed desirable. Regardless of the method or desire behind the fusion, the character never loses their mental cognitive as that remains separate and the health pools will combine.

Quirk Breakdown & Drawbacks:

~ Performing a fusion requires physical contact is established, which then the process will initiate. The duration of fusing varies due to the different compatibilities present among human interaction, however the method of fusion the character seeks determines the default speed. Each method of fusing retains advantages and disadvantages, but the mastery of the Quirk will hasten the process for each fusion. Since each merge is biological on scaling, any method of fusion has been granted the "Absolute" Keyword which means the new form cannot be separated or nullified. The degree of hasten is determined by the Parent Technique Level

Quirk Level is Intermediate: One [1] Turn Reduction to Fusion Process
Quirk Level is Expert: Two [2] Turn Reduction to Fusion Process

~ Takeover Fusion: This fusion refers to the character desire to treat foreign physiques as vessels to host them. This type of fusion allows the character to not only take over the body, but offer the new form nothing in return. Identical to a parasite, the character did not actually merge their cells with the foreign body – rather they simply hijacked its motor skills. Deemed the Fastest of the Fusion Methods, the duration of the Takeover Fusion is instant until other parameters are factored:

Different Archetypes: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Quirk Types: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Gender | Species: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.

~ Giveaway Fusion: This fusion refers to the character desire to supplement foreign physiques, which is why when the two bodies combine to form a new one - the character has relinquished control of the motor skills to the partner. Not only does the character lack control ( aside from wanting to defuse ), they have performed a muscular and skeletal merge with the partner body to offer half their attribute points to the physical capabilities. They will also lend their Archetype, which creates a unique interaction where the partner body can lose fatal flaws ( if one of the archetypes with a fatal flaw happens to be the primary attribute of the other archetype ). The partner body will also absorb the entire Battle Deck the character retains, however the refresh rate is doubled. Deemed the Second Fastest of the Fusion Methods, Giveaway Fusion requires two turns until other parameters are factored:

Different Archetypes: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Quirk Types: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Gender | Species: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.

~ Give & Take Fusion: This fusion refers to the character desire to create a harmonious union with another physique. Creating the perfect form can only be achieved when two characters possess the Potara Quirk. This fusion exists because both individuals have combined their physique down to the cellular structure. The motor skills of this new form can be controlled by either mental cognition, which is important because this includes even semi-defusing to for all sort of unconventional tactics. This new form is the combination of both bodies' attribute points. The new form will have both Archetypes, which creates a unique interaction where the partner body can potentially lose fatal flaws. If one of the Archetypes with a Fatal Flaw happens to be the Primary Attribute of the other Archetype. The new form will also have the combination of both Battle Decks, however the refresh rate will remain the same as standard. Any Extraordinary, Persona, and Physique Traits possessed by either body will be available for the new form ( despite rulings that may prevent the pairings ). Deemed the Longest of the Fusion Methods, Give & Take Fusion requires three turns until other parameters are factored:

Different Archetypes: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Quirk Types: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.
Different Gender | Species: Extends the Fusion Duration by 1 Turn.

~ During any method of fusion, the combined bodies will develop the other’s inherent weaknesses related to Quirk Drawbacks or Status Effects. Even after defusing, if the combined form took damage or developed any affects ( whether ongoing or not ) then each form will retain the condition that resulted from such encounter. All methods of fusion are consider physical, therefore any Quirks capable of stopping motor function can drastically hinder either body or the new form.

Pucci’s entrance into the bank was greeted by a swarming line of patrons. The floor was crowded, with rows of people shuffling between velvet ropes supported by heavy silver poles. His swelling irritation hit its explosive limit. “Forget it,” he spat, and turned back through the doorway he had entered from.

His demeanor, though calm, sat atop a temper that had taken over. He knew he shouldn’t have trusted a common vile like Minerva. Simply a waste of time. He shuffled through an alleyway by the bank, slipping out of sight, and began walking down a small back road. His fingers tapped away furiously as he searched for a map of California. He would pay Minerva a visit in the Market. His soul ought to make a fine collection.

Pucci shuffled through the back road for a minute or two before crossing an alleyway that led back into the street. A small news van sat in the alley. At least now he wouldn’t have to simply walk. The priest silently approached from the back of the van, hugging its blind spots, and decided to inspect it. He leaned his ear against the windowless back door, and heard from the inside several voices. Pucci decided to play it safe and, aiming to dispatch of whoever inside, focused a surge of electricity through his palm. He pressed it against the back of the news van and discharged the lightning through the metal lining of the vehicle’s cargo/open compartment. The surge would fill the van’s cargo space, injuring anyone caught inside that and focused to cause slashing damage as well.

Quirk Name: Thunderbolt
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Level: Basic
Quirk Bonus: Grants the "Absolute" Keyword to Thunderbolt Related Boosts. Grants the "Build-Up" Keyword to Thunderbolt Related Boosts. Grants the "Devour" Keyword Regarding Electrical Sources. Increases the Human Cap for the Power, Agility, and Dexterity Attributes by One Point.
Description: The manifestation of this Quirk has caused a unique mutation where the character has developed an unfamiliar blood cell known as Electrocytes. These blood cells produce and harness excess bioelectrical energy, but more important with this energy the Electrocytes behave like the mitochondria of the cell and empower the body. The most prominent ability of Thunderbolt allows the character to manipulate this bioelectricity and release it as surges ( projectiles ) of lightning. This Bio-Lightning possesses a different signature to ordinary lightning, thus its inherent effects are different from normal lightning. The surges of lighting are easily capable of dealing damage, however they lack the ability to cause the normal paralysis or heat related status effects.

Quirk Breakdown:

~ The bioelectricity that is produced and harnessed by the Electrocytes serves as raw fuel for the physique. These blood cells are constantly producing this energy to empower the body, therefore the character is always replenished in energy reserves. More importantly, the physique down to the neurological system will always increase in efficiency and effectiveness if the blood cells continue to function undisturbed, reason why all boosts gained from the Thunderbolt Quirk gains the "Absolute" Keyword and are considered base. This means the boosting cannot be ignored, reduced, or bypassed as long as the Electrocytes continue to function properly. The amount of boosting the character experiences depends on the Parent Technique Level.

Quirk Level is Basic: +1 Attribute Point in the Power, Dexterity, and Agility Attributes
Quirk Level is Intermediate: +2 Attribute Point in the Power, Dexterity, and Agility Attributes
Quirk Level is Expert: +3 Attribute Point in the Power, Dexterity, and Agility Attributes

~ Due to the sheet amount of bio-electricity that is concentrated upon each released surge, the natural effects of static electricity are drastically heightened. Since the character can manipulate the bio-electricity, they gains a sense of pseudo telekinesis whenever their lightning interacts with sources that conduct electricity. Because of static electricity, the character can move and/or displace objects in their surroundings. A unique interaction with this static cling is the character’s ability to latch onto other sources of free-flowing electricity ( Or outlets where electricity may be siphoned ). This latching grants the ”Build Up” Keyword, which allows the character to control and absorb the latched electricity.

D to G-Rank Style Techniques or C-Grade Item: Raises the Parent Technique to Level 2 for Three Turns.
B to A-Rank Style Techniques or B-Grade Item: Raises the Parent Technique to Level 3 for Three Turns.
Z-Rank Style Techniques or A-Grade Item: Raises the Parent Technique to Level 3 for Five Turns.

Quirk Drawback(s)

~ Although the physique has developed a mutation to harness such energy, it cannot harness energy it has not been properly disciplined to handle. In circumstances that the character is experiencing the Build-Up mechanic designed into the Thunderbolt Quirk, they will suffer enough strain on the body that irreversible ( through most means ) damage occurs. This damage cannot be prevented because the energy has already coursed through the character’s body. The amount of damage depends on which level the character has reached and how many turns it was maintained.

Quirk Level is Intermediate: 1 Damage Point is Dealt Each Turn.
Quirk Level is Expert: 2 Damage Points is Dealt Each Turn.

~ Because of the massive amounts of bioelectricity, the body produces, the character has developed resistance against electrical sources in general. This resistance has developed in the form of the ”Devour” Keyword, which automatically implements another step during damage calculation. Before the damage step where a character naturally shaves damage, the character will siphon the damage and then proceed with the rest of the calculation. When exposed to lightning-enhanced melee, the body will absorb half the amount of damage established in the parent technique level. This is a drawback because the foreign lightning will not only deal damage, but the siphon portion will trigger the build-up mechanic.

Quirk Level is Basic: Can Devour a Maximum of 1 Damage Each Technique or Item Interaction.
Quirk Level is Intermediate: Can Devour a Maximum of 2 Each Technique or Item Interaction.
Quirk Level is Expert: Can Devour a Maximum of 3 Each Technique or Item Interaction.

Name: Race
Quirk Name: Thunderbolt
Type: Offense | Defense
Rank: E-B
Scale: Depends.
Description: The character will release projectiles of lightning from their body as a means of attacking and defending. These projectiles can take different shapes and forms: from regular streaks of lighting, shuriken or bird-shaped projectiles, or as an omnidirectional surge of lightning. These streaks of lightning can traverse through targets that conduct electricity, allowing the character to have lightning discharge from that target to attack at unconventional angles. During the conduction, the electricity glows blue which reveals its travel plan.

Note: The amount of lightning the user can release depends on Dexterity Attribute's Target Tracking Clause. The range the user can control the lightning, even when its traveling through targets that conduct it, depends on the distance of accuracy also explained in the Dexterity Attribute, instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling.

Note: The amount of damage each lightning projectile can deal depends on the Power Attribute, however multiple projectiles will cause
the damage magnitude to split evenly as possible. The user must be careful because maintaining and tracking their own targets constitutes that they are tracking targets.

1 Attack Card Spent, E-rank(for Race). Attempting a mega move if it’s needed.

Moderator Notes
The Actual Card Spend and Activated Style Technique was voided. We have discussed this before, with both of us never persuading the other, about why I dislike sneaking tactics. To summarize, I believe sneaking in this capacity is rather toxic and unhealthy to the experience of Role-Playing. Not only can you potentially end the participation for a character, you can invoke a battle that places you in such an advantage that the lead is overwhelming ( I want to point out, tactics like this against NPCs I view differently ).

I do not care if you engage anyone in combat. I do not care if you remove or drastically limit their participation via besting them in combat. I care about whether the fight started on fair grounds, which in this case it has not. I am not factoring in any vendetta or personal issues outside the Role-Play's actual gameplay. As of now, you want to fight Geezy then initiate battle on neutral grounds. I was firm about this in our previous discussion about this concept some time ago. I have not changed now.

Professor Grey happened to take his seat at the back of the bus. The seating was adjacent to the problem student, Hakuman. Not done purposely, the professor simply liked to have his back against the wall. Not only did it allow him to survey his surroundings better, because he did not have to worry about anything behind him, but the professor had been shaped by the demons of his past. Paranoia constantly knocked at the door of his sanity, the screams and horrors of wartime overcoming his daily thoughts. Oddly enough, this teetering maniac could maintain composure.

Besides, the noise of the rambling students serve like therapeutic treatment for the voices in his head. Perhaps the only source of therapy that worked, considering the educator was dressed in his professional hero costume and equipment. Caution kept him alive during war, hence why Professor Grey believed it would continue to aid him now. He also was fortune enough that today’s field trip was disguised as mock trial, one designed to asset the fundamental skills of the students. As the bus neared the destination, the heart of Hollywood Boulevard where the famous sidewalk of stars remained, Professor Grey stood up and tapped the barrel of his customized gun on the emergency exit door.

“Attention Soldier! Yes, I said soldiers! Today’s field trip is no ordinary one where you guys get to learn about butterflies and see pretty pretty tigers.”

A bit muffled, the voice of Professor Grey was eerily like old western gunslingers.

“We are going simulate an ongoing crime scene. Multiple of them. The purpose? To see if your training is developing you into fine heroes.”

The bus began to slow down, the destination only a few meters ahead.

“Once this bus stops, exit it and separate into two groups. There are fourteen of you, so each side should have seven soldiers!”

Hakumen was actually enjoying his talk with the female more than he realized. Their mindsets were similar but execution was not. He had let his guard down for a bit while talking to her, and her blush went away. Nothing out of the ordinary.. Hakumen gave the girl his number and asked if she wanted to be partners on the field trip. Maybe Hakumen needed to relax a bit and enjoy what is. Hopefully the girl would accept his proposal

He would then hear the person next to him speak. Gray, his chaperone for this trip. His conversation being cut. Truthfully Hakumen really notice him since there was much bigger people on the bus and his presence wasn’t that of an outgoing person so to Hakumen he didn’t stand out. The more Hakumen listened the more he became serious once again. They want to initiate a hero trial. Like he told Anakin... Once the chaperone gave instruction, Hakumen deep robotic voice attracted even more attention

“There is two things wrong with that. One..This is a trial we couldn’t do at Bodega..... it’s big enough, but out in the public it’s real civilians...... and Villians... How are we supposed to know what’s real and what’s not? And before you say that we should treat it like it’s real, remember that when against the Villians, even death may be the only choice to protect the weak and innocent..... and more importantly two... I am without weapon and I am Samurai. Hence why my hero name is The White Night.. if you want to see how finely I have groomed myself being what outkast of the school, Class 1C. I will need my weapon , preferbally A sword in the scarab or holster. If you or anybody on this bus can create or lend me a sword, I promise I will protect you and make sure whatever happen , you pass this trial... if not forget I spoke...”

Hakumen wanted to make it known he can easily protect people and go on the defensive. But in order to do that he needed to to be at the top of his.

Jeremiah's eyes rolled outside of his head as he listened to Hakumen's speech once again. Will he ever shut up? All he ever does is talk and talk, yet his words hold absolutely no wait in the slightest. The bus had come to a stop and the Professor had given out orders. Jeremiah noted that Grey referred to them as soldiers for whatever reason. It was odd, especially when they were just students but perhaps they were going to have a military drill or maybe he had a military background. It might be important for later, Jeremiah got up out of his seat and yelled out to Hakumen.

"Shut uppppppp. You are so draaiiiiiniiinnngggg!" Jeremiah said jokingly to Hakumen, dragging out his words and made a big commotion.

Professor Grey looked at Hakuman, his eyes full of annoyance as the problem child interjected about the trial that had yet to be explained. For someone to feel like they were an outcast, he should have demanded attention as if it was nutrients to his feelings. As the student rambled on, not knowing what the trial entailed, the professor stood waiting for the student to quit yapping his mouth. Only then, Professor Grey would retort.

“Kid? You talk too damn much. And to make matters worse, you talk too much to be wrong and this confident. Take advice from the kid that told you to shut up.”

The bus would come to a complete stop, the traveling band of students had arrived at an empty parking lot with a box laying about. Hollywood Boulevard surrounded the vacant area. The professor would tap his gun against the mechanism to release the seal on the emergency door. This would be followed with Grey opening the door and jumping off with a quick hop.

“Everyone get out. I am only going to explain this once.”

As the students began to exit the bus, one at a time, the Professor would explain the details to the mock trial.

“One group will possess seven heroes while the other possess seven villains. In the city will be actors, posing a civilian marked by a customized Horizon tee-shirt. The shirt will have the letters HU crossed out with skull and bones.”

As this conversation was happening, Professor Grey stood a meter away from the students. He liked his personal space.

“The objective is for the villains to tap into the mind of actual villains. Understanding the mind of one, will allow you to sniff out the opposition during the real thing. As for heroes? Simply prevent the villains. Locate these individuals and protect them from afar. As much as civilians like heroes, we should not invade their personal space unless need to.”

Professor Grey would raise his customized gun in the air with one hand, the gun a long barrel shotgun. The other hand held a stopwatch close to his face. It set for thirty minutes.

“Grab the correct badges that are within this box next to me. The trial does not end until one side has been completely eliminated, which involves you taking the badge from the other. This test needs to be conducted with no causalities. Therefore, if anybody is hurt you will automatically fail this test. I as well as others will be watching you, so keep that in mind.”

Professor Grey did not intend to keep a watchful eye on all of them. He indeed has other faculty members in the city to make sure the test was conducted as safety as possible, but his own paranoia made him detest surveillance on others.

“Everyone has thirty minutes to move into the city. Split up and begin your patrol. When you hear the gunshot from Ole Glory, the test will have begun. As for Hakuman, stay behind. As the problem child, I believe you need to be spoken to personally.”

Part Update: Part II Begins ( Last 48 Hours ):
→ Students have been placed into groups of two, but then must split up amongst the city. Your posts should actively be looking for the actors in the city, however you guys will not locate any of them during this part. Other than that, you guys are free to do whatever you want but remember. Consequences whether good or bad. The Characters Jeremiah and Hakuman is Hero and Belarus is a Villain.

→ The League of Villains Must Interact with Pucci, whom is eavesdropping. Whatever comes from it? That is to be determined by both parties via their posts. Understand that the mayhem does not start right away until Phase 2, however Police have approached the general vicinity since they are looking for Tomura. By the end of this Part, if the two are in this general area too, they will be engaged by the police.

Bell had listened on the bus, and when it came to a stop, the group clambered out the back. Gray was far away from the students, but he had a small box next to him. Close enough to touch the man, and grab a badge. Gray was weary of the students in a group, but as each student came up one at a time, he seemed less worried, or so it appeared, considering he was so close to the box with the badges. This was all an assumption, of coarse, as each student walked up and grabbed a badge, it was Bells turn. It seemed at this moment, Gray had intended Bell to be a villain, which worked oh so well in his favor. Walking up to the box that was next to Gray, Bell wasn't overly worried. On one hand, he was about to try take out the teacher, on the other, if it failed, he could mock it down to him trying to actively play his role as a villain, getting things started nice and early. As Bell reached into the box with his right hand, his left hand hovered next to his side as he turned his head to Gray, looking at the man, and then past him, squinting as if looking at something. As Bell did this, he spoke directly to Gray.

Quick Question Professor, are they apart of our trial?

Bell was vague, glancing in the direction past Gray. If Gray fell for it, he would be forced to face away from Bell for a moment, and that was all Bell needed. In the event Gray faced away from Bell, Bell would grip Gray with his hand, activating his quirk, and compressing him into a tiny marble, snatching him in his hand. If Gray didn't fall for it, Bell would simply face the consequences of his lie.

Quirk Name: Compress
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Level: Basic
Quirk Bonus: Posting this Parent Technique counts as the Quirk being active, this Quirk does not require Style Techniques. The Compress Parent Technique Gains the Keyword "Rank vs Rank". Grants the Bonus Trait "Persist". Grants the Keyword "Absolute" to All Compress Related Actions.
Description: This power allows the user to compress anything in a spherical area into a small marble without actually damaging it. To activate the power, the user needs to touch solid [ that are whole in structure and not grainy or lose ] or liquid targets with their hand. The weight of the compressed object is reduced considerably, making it possible to carry inside the ordinary pants pockets. Whatever is compressed into these spherical marbles are effectively entrapped, only to be escaped if any damage magnitude interacts with the marbles. Because of the Persist Bonus Trait, targets can be permanently compressed. The Role-Player must continuously updates their trait through Custom Submission with a link to either a Crisis, Internal Plot, or Free-Roam Thread that reveals their character compressing a target. They can only exit a thread with three targets compressed.

Quirk Breakdown:

~ The Compress Parent Technique allows the user to interact with opposing Style Techniques on the Rank vs Rank rubric. In this interaction: if the Parent Technique's Rank is higher than an opposing Style Technique, then the Parent Technique will automatically win regardless of the damage magnitudes. Below in the following excerpt reveals what Rank the Parent Technique theoretically has been assigned:

Quirk Level is Basic: Delta Rank
Quirk Level is Intermediate: Beta Rank
Quirk Level is Expert: Alpha Rank

~ The Compress Parent Technique also determines the range of the power. This is important because anything that exceeds the dimensions the character can compress at once will instantly be severed from its original, physical form. This compress severing grants all actions regarding compressing targets the keyword "Absolute", which means the power of the compressing cannot be bypassed or ignored due to the rulings of the ability. The character can determine how much they want to compress, making them a lethal and tactical opponent.

Quirk Level is Basic: Five Meters in Diameter
Quirk Level is Intermediate: Seven Meters in Diameter
Quirk Level is Expert: 10 Meters in Diameter

Quirk Drawback(s):

~ When activating Compress to capture or harm anything, it requires that 1 Attack Card is spent. Activating Compress with the intent to block oncoming damage, then it requires that 1 Block Card is spent. Releasing anything captured requires 1 Support Card is spent. Releasing any target captured requires a snap of the fingers and for the marble(s) to be within five meters from them. Any further and the marbles will become irresponsive.

Attempt. Using 1 Attack card. Using Persona Trait Cunning, to attempt to cause the Professor to look away from my bio while i am standing close to him, and the proceed to compress him into a marble, rendering him taken out of the event.

Voices inside. Pucci tensed up for a moment, remaining hidden from view. His mood had soured, and he decided he would take the vehicle by force. With a quick surge of electricity, Pucci assembled his costume around his body. Once D4C was fully assembled, the priest quickly yanked the door open, making his presence known.

The sight inside was grotesque; two men whose flesh was merging with what appeared to be a young boy. Pucci released a blast of lightning towards the ones Fusing from the hand hanging at his hip(the other holding the van door still) after quickly scanning the scene inside. The amorphous bolt of lightning would strike at full speed, big enough so that the electricity would course through all three involved to cause damage.

Using and maintaining one Support Card to assemble D4C. Using one Attack Card for Race, E-rank attack. Challenge to Geezy

Note: The amount of damage each lightning projectile can deal depends on the Power Attribute, however multiple projectiles will cause the damage magnitude to split evenly as possible. The user must be careful because maintaining and tracking their own targets constitutes that they are tracking targets.

Name: Cling

Quirk Name: Thunderbolt

Type: Offense | Supportive | Defense

Rank: E-B

Scale: Depends.

Description: The character will release a stream of unfocused lightning, from their body, towards a conductive target. This sustained stream of electricity provides the ability to displace objects. Whenever the targets have been grasped by the lightning, the character can forcefully tear them. In circumstances where the mobility is required, the character can rappel themselves towards the target using the electrical current akin to a grappling hook.

Note: The range the user can control the lightning, depends on the distance of accuracy also explained in the Dexterity Attribute, instead of the Style Technique's Rank Scaling. The rappel speed is equal to the lightning projectile movement speed.

Note: In circumstances that character is tearing at environmental objects ( that do not posses health points ) then the character will immediately severe it. In the circumstances that targets possess health points: if the character has reduced the health pool to zero with this technique, then it will severe.

Costume Name: Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap [ D4C ]

Costume Grade: B

Costume Perk(s):

Grants 40% Morale Point Multiplier.

Thunderbolt: The De-Assembling and Re-Assembling of D4C Requires the Cling Technique to be Activated and Maintained. When utilizing the Cling Technique to manipulate the dozens of pieces ( all small but visible to the naked eyes ), the Damage | Speed Magnitudes behind the Defensive | Movement Capabilities is determined by the Power Attribute.

Costume Description: D4C is an upgraded version of Pucci’s costume Whitesnake, which was modified and outfitted to consist of several segments lined/covered with lightweight metal. These metal plates are arranged to allow the character their full, normal range of movement when assembled. The portions are arranged as forearm and shin guards when not assembled, hidden under the character’s clothing. Consisting of metallic materials, D4C is naturally capable of being affected by the Thunderbolt’s Cling ability. Pucci can passively don and remove the costume through the Cling ability, assembling and de-asembling the costume as needed, if the Cling Technique is activated. When manipulating the pieces to defend, the character must spend a Block Card. The character must be careful because manipulating D4C, via Cling, will constitute as a Target being Tracked therefore making multiple projectiles with the costume can require more targets to be tracked by the character. The Appearance.

It had been quite a while since Draven had driven any sort of vehicle, so it was no wonder he accidentally placed the vehicle in reverse when he meant to put it in drive, the man foot pressed upon the gas flooring the vehicle backwards. Unfortunately, for Pucci standing right behind the vehicle due to eavesdropping just a moment before, was preparing to open the door, when he would be accidentally crushed without warning as he was ran over by the news van. The news van weight would break several bones and not to mention rupture several of Pucci's major organs as Draven fully reversed, seemingly not to notice the speed bump to which he had just ran over. To make matters worse, when Draven realized he was backing up he placed the vehicle back in drive and would run over the same speed bump, as he made his way out of the alley and out to the outskirts of Hollywood Blvd.

"Haha, oops, been a while guys! Hahaha, my bad!" Draven laughed as he hit whatever object was in the vehicles way with littler regard.

As Draven drove away, Pucci would lay on the ground unable to move due to his legs being broke, his chest cavity crushed and his skull cracked. No one would seem to notice what had just transpired.

Draven preforming Mega Move: Using the News Van to inflict Major Organ Failure and Broken Bones to Legs, Torso, and Head to Enrico prior to the van door opening, and the attack card being spent..

Far away from the empty parking lot, an individual was perched on the rooftop of a building while peering through the scope of a customized shotgun. The scope was highly advanced and equipped with lens that allowed for zoom magnifications. These lenses easily zoomed across dozens of meters, which allowed the individual to perform surveillance on group of students that arrived at the scene. Paranoia possessed no limits, evident that Professor Grey was keeping maximum distance from even his students. Wartime has truly shaken the man to his core, enough that Grey stopped being a productive member of society.

Only the pity of Horizon’s Dean allowed for Professor Grey to not only stay employed, but keep the rather brilliant hero free from the asylums. For Professor Grey, all people were capable of unspeakable evils. He included in such reality, more of a reason why he intended to keep to himself. Defend society from the shadows and when he couldn’t? Send in highly, complicated androids constructed by Doctor Corki and programmed with the conscious and tendencies of Grey via Professor Zilean’s Program Quirk. Cutting edge technology meets the mysticism of Quirks, sentient androids were existing concepts.

Although a double edge sword that worsen Professor Grey’s perception of reality. Nonetheless, the professor eyes began to squint in anticipation as he seen the student known as Belarus reach for a badge. He could witness the student speak, and for whatever reason the android clone turned to look behind him. The professor’s eyes would widen as he seen the kid compress the professor.

“What the hell?”

Professor grey would unhand his weapon and flip through a duffle bag. The Professor had been notified of the possible mole lingering in Horizon, so to see this student act against the script? Bringing out a tan, filing folder – the professor began to scroll through them rapidly to locate the file of Belarus.

Hakumen stood there while everybody was reaching for a badge. Hakumen getting off of the bus but still staying back, gazing at other people. Having full view of everything, he saw the one person who was in Class 1C reach for a gadget, but then suddenly reached for Gray. He stated that once he fired his gun, it was going to start Was this part of the plan? No... couldnt be.. It was too out of character. When Hakumen looked at what happened it seems that Gray been reduced to a marble.. This caused Hakumen mind to race since another attack is easily prominent. Hakumen stepping forward slight, his body towering over everybody he approached the guy who seemed to have reduced Gray into a marble.

"Oi! ..... I dont know if this is part of the plan or not, but he stated he need to speak with me, also he said it dont start until the gun shot. Turn him back and wait until he is done giving out orders...."

Hakumen was already on edge, and since the black kid tried to make a funny, Hakumen did the mature thing and ignored said person. Everybody off of the bus seemed to just be standing around, but for some odd reason the atmosphere changed. It was like malice. Hakumen wasnt one for silly games, but it seem that thats what he might have to do. It was several people behind him, he made sure to step infront of some of those people incase things weren't part of the plan.. Either way

Jeremiah listened intently as instruction was given out. Considering he had been given a once in a lifetime opportunity to escape he made sure he would take it. He planned out in his head how he would separate from the group and effectively go missing in action. He walked up and grabbed his badge then made a circle with the other students who had been chosen as heroes.
"Let's get this dub!" One of the students said as he began fist-bumping and ass slapping his teammates to raise team spirit. He was clearly the team captain.
However, one thing he could not shake was Gray saying "I as well as others will be watching you, so keep that in mind." Jeremiah looked at surrounding rooftops and wanted to see if he could spot anyone watching. Escaping via his own will would be crazy, however, they had 30 minutes from now until the start of the test. Considering Darkseid had not responded he figured he was busy.

Belarus had succeeded, as Gray turned his head, Belarus latched on, Compressing the man into a tiny marble. Shuffling behind him was clear that the other students were uneasy about what had just transpired. However, it felt too easy. Gray had succumbed too easily. Something felt off, and in a brief moment, Belarus remembered something he had initially missed, others where watching. How many other Teachers were around here, how many possible witnesses that he would be unable to take out? It seemed he was too hasty in his execution, the moment too perfect, and his inexperience showing strong. He had to find a way to save face, at least for now, because if others had indeed seen what he just did to a teacher, he was most likely not getting out of this one unscathed. Hakuman was the first and only student to step forward, speaking before thinking as per usual, but his words sparked an idea for Bell, and half smiling to himself, he thanked Hakuman in his mind, for providing such a good idea. Was it apart of the plan? No, but it was about to be. Slipping Gray's marble into his pocket, Bell tilted his head back, glancing back at Hakuman and the group as he spoke.

Apart of the plan? What plan? Are you truly as stupid as you look, or is this just an act? If you wish to treat this as simple war games, then you go right ahead, however, i won't. Gray placed me in the villains bracket, and that's exactly how i plan to act. So let me ask you, Hakuman, and the rest of you. Do you think a real villain will wait? Do you think a real villain will miss an opportunity? Do you think a real villain wouldn't take out the biggest threat first? If you even need to think of the answer, you will die immediately. As of this moment, iv'e set a standard. The other "villains" may choose against what im doing, but this is my choice in this exercise. Treat me as if im a real villain, i just took your teacher, and i won't be giving him back. If you want him back, you have to let me leave, this marble cannot be broken, and the only way for him to be free is for me to free him, locking down my quirk, taking me out, none of that will work. You have 30 minutes to take me out, or else i'll take you out. I'm taking this seriously, i suggest you do as well.

Without another word, Bell acted. With his left hand, he pointed it backwards, activating his gauntlet on his left hand. From this gauntlet, a single marble would be fired, at an angle. The marble would launch 1m behind Bell, Before bouncing a further .5m towards Hakuman and the other students. From his right hand, he faced the wrist down at an angle, triggering the Gauntlet again, shooting a marble down. The marble would hit the ground at the same time as the other marble, bouncing upwards and slightly to the right of Bell, towards the box with the badges. As both marbles entered their intended location, Bell clicked his fingers, decompressing both objects. The object to his right, was a primed Smoke grenade, which instantly detonated the moment it was decompressed, erupting into a huge cloud of smoke, blinding every student, including Bell, but unlike the rest, he was already ready for it. Having shut his eyes, and closed his mouth, he was mostly protected from the smoke, at least the most harmful portions. The second marble, however, was far deadlier. As that marble decompressed, it turned into a live grenade, military grade, which was, just like the smoke grenade, primed. The moment it decompressed, the grenade detonated, sending metal shards and shrapnel, as well as an ear splitting explosion, to anyone within the area of the explosion. The marble had been shot at the perfect angle, with Bell knowing the blast radius prior, and he knew that every student, Hakuman, Jeremiah, and the rest he didn't recognize would all be within the blast radius from the moment of detonation. What would they do, Bell thought, as he dash forwards, Rushing to the left of the smoked area, covering 4m and staying within the smoke. The grenade itself would mask his footsteps, as the deafening explosion would have damaged the hearing of anyone caught inside it. Bell himself was outside the blast radius, just, so he was safe. As he got into position, Bell prepared to anyone to come at him.

Quirk Drawback(s):

One would be surprised at the amount of stuff that went through Hakumens head when the guy was talking. His insults were the first thing. This person got into character too quick. Hakumen was always on alert.. Not Paranoid but ready for the inevitable. The person started spouting nonsense that made Hakumen eyebrow itch. Though nobody would be able to noticed. As he continued to talk, he spoke something of the sort such as "Taking out the biggest threat" ... What conclusion caused him to come to this? Gray never said he was on a side... Not hero or Villian... Gray also stated the goal was to take the badge from opposing sources... It seem harm was done to Gray in the eyes of Hakumen.

Hakumen decided not to even interrupt the guy. Everybody seemed to be in shock or in Awe.. This didnt seem like it was part of the plan.. No drill was ever this sporadic.. But what he said was true.. No villian would wait for a time to strike... Was this the case for even him. Hakumen noticed a marble was shot towards him.. It peaked his interest since Gray turned into something similar to what this was... Making sure to keep his awareness up, he decided to pick up the marble. At the same time the guy released another marble from what seemed to be gauntlets on his hand, this time it was right beneath him. Things just wasnt adding up in Hakumen head. In that brief moment, The guy snapped his fingers, and just like that the marble in his hand turned into what seem to be a grenade.. "Shit! GET DOWN!" Hakumen yelled to those around him. Hakumen mind raced beyond belief that he didnt even noticed anything else. In haste, without thinking he Jumped up four meters with the grenade facing upwards, slightly hovering over the grenade. For some reason his thought process quickly went into protecting the innocent. Without a moments notice the grenade exploded, causing hakumen to take the full brunt of the damage causing very little shrapnel to bypass his body only doing very small damage to the very few who were caught like cuts and small burns.

(Shit.... My body just acted on its own...This cant be a drill... If so this falls on Gray hands... No... This falls on HIS hand)
As Hakumen body fell back on the ground, smoke filling the area. Screams everywhere. Hakumen couldnt help but think, This guy was going to harm everybody with no remorse, even the villain portion but one thing that truly stood out that made Hakumen think it wasnt a drill was ... (This guy is able to reduce people down to a marble it seem by simply touching them, and from the looks of it, can undo it by snapping his fingers? If not he can shrink and unshrink... Though thats the same thing...... DAMMIT ! Gray made sure to say no casualties and If so that mean they automatically fail.. So then...) As Hakumen thought to himself as his body was gravely damaged... Not able to see a thing, feeling as if his body was going in and out of consciousness.. He simply lied there.. His body not able to move, even having several people stampede over him in panic.. Its not like they can see. It was until Hakumen felt somebody drag on his body.. Dragging him out of the smoke. It was the girl who he sat with on the bus. Hakumen wasnt heavy but a woman had to have strength to be able to drag him.. Due to his Visor, you couldnt tell if he was knocked out. The girl once she got hakumen out of the smoke, began coughing, while shaking him, calling his name. Hakumen at first wasnt going to respond due to how clouded his mind was but he decided to grab and grip her wrist.. Letting her know he was alive... But he simply sat there as what seems like commotion took place.

Due to having one defense, I take 4.5 Damage out of 5
Due to power I jump 4 meters up
