This steam (individual water chakra droplets) rise into the clouds, where they start to cool and fall back down to earth. I then focus on the falling water droplets and change there moleculare structure, so that the individual droplet now accelarates fire when it comes into contact with an open flame.*

Well...i would use this jutsu as a support for other water jutsus that require a water source. Also any Raiton users would be drenched and harm thenselves while using certain Raiton jutsu. Also....your wet now

Description: The user first performs Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare and by tspreading their hands out forward they can use this jutsu to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. The target is unable to move while within it. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Focus your water chakra and perform the 'Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare' handseals after which you spread your hands out in front of you and create an orb of water around your opponent so they are trapped within it. Remember to maintain contact with the orb in order to keep your opponent trapped.
