He meant that he made madara so strong and he Didn't know how to defeat him so he asked his editor for help .

But it doesn't mean he still doesn't know how to defeat him .

He probably found the solution but he obviously won't tell us .

Kishi has been trolling a lot ever since the end of part one. Sometimes I really think does he make up stuff as he goes? This was blatantly obvious in the Uchiha bros vs Kabutomaru battle where he came up with the asspull Izanami.

Sasuke becoming Hokage? Clearly not foreshadowed. He made Madara so powerful to the point that it's hard to imagine how he would be defeated in a sensible way.
