Kisames' importance in chapter 605

Obito activated his MS at that early age, and by the time he recruited Kisame he would have enough practice with it to be proficient and very skilled. Obito sought after Kisame PERSONALLY. A skilled shinobi like Obito personally going after Kisame, and believing in him the most to do the tasks is really crazy even a feat almost.

Obito knew he didnt have much of a shot beating Kisame so he recruited him personally so Kisame wouldn't interfere later on down the line.

i think obito controls yagura after madara tells him about eye of moon plan because he has tailed beast and recruites kisami after but not because he can defeat him.
